The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Reigate Central Reigate and Banstead South East

Had a horrendous takeaway from here, full of hair. Looked them up and found they had a 1 star food hygiene rating and it shut down a couple weeks later. They've re-opened since then and will never go back

We have a been a long standing customer of this establishment for over 8 years. Food has always been good and never had an issue with delivery until our most recent order. It was 6:15pm on a Saturday evening. We placed an online order and duly paid by card. Estimated delivery time was 75 mins however we'd never had to wait that long in the past. When there was no sign of our food after 75 mins, we called to follow up and were told "We're very busy. Your food is only just being cooked. It'll be 20 mins". Still no sign of food after another 25 mins, so we phoned again to which we were told "He's just around the corner". Our food finally arrived after 2 hours. When we phoned to complain they were rude and refused to offer any kind of compensation for the major inconvenience. I suspect if we'd have paid in cash - they would have been more willing to come to some kind of agreement!!!! Highly disappointing after many years of good service and spot on delivery times.
