Takeaway. How hard is it to mess up a beef chow mein? Dry noodles, grey, overcooked meat, no seasoning and a few beansprouts. Disgusting. I called to ask if there had been a mistake in the kitchen and was told there was not. No attempt to apologise. I could cook better chow mein 20 years ago as a drunk freshman at Uni. The steamed pork and prawn dumplings were horrible as well. Grey throughout, tasteless and 50% water. It was like biting into a fish eye.

I ordered at 18:37 the time is now 20:21 I was told 90 minutes for food. Now nearly 2 hours down the line I phoned for an update and I've been told another 35 minutes. Poor performance and when I challenged it on the phone the lad hung up. No offer of any money back from my order just a hang up. Shocking and will not be ordering from here again poor customer services and poor timing. I do not expect to wait 2 and a half hours for a take away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
