The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in Blaenau Gwent South Wales

Awful service and even worse food! All our breakfasts came out cold amd missing items but everyone was so hungry they eat it anyway My sons fruit took so long I gave him my cold breakfast and when it did come it had ice cream on it (at 10am) take into account my child is dairy free as he has CMPA Sent the fruit back not even an apology from the staff at this point just awww OK Over 20 mins later a new fruit bowl came out once everyone had finished eating even my son so at this point. I had eat nothing. I told the waiter I did not want this now as everyone was ready to leave at this point. Made a complaint to the manager who again diddnt seem to care much a quick sorry and refund of the fruit is all she could offer. At least it beats the time before when we waited over 2 hours and never recieved our food. Will not be going there again. Its a shame really because we visit merthyr one all the time and it's fantastic, great atmosphere, great service and great food and drinks.
