I have been visiting this bakery for many years and their bread and rolls are excellent. Unfortunately we live about an hour away so cannot visit every week,if we could we would buy all our bakery items from here. The service is fantastic and very friendly. Make sure you have cash when you call as cards not accepted.

Visited on Friday 20th Sept. Terrible service. Myself and colleague were sat for at least 15 minutes with the waitresses not paying an ounce of notice. My companion walked over and asked for a menu to be told "they are over there". Somebody finally came over to take order. No welcome, no smiles, nothing ! Order placed. Some time later returned with said order and just plonked it on table and left. We got up to find own cutlery and condiments etc ! I ordered cheese on toast with a poached egg as I was disappointed to note there were no veggie breakfast options. I was busy chatting when I then noticed that I had two soggy pieces of bread with cheese on and a sorry looking fried egg for Ā£4.50 !!! I had gone past caring at this point to be honest. Only picked this place as we were meeting for work meeting and the reviews seemed good. Won't be returning.

Would highly recommend this cafe my full English veggie breakfast was the best I have had. My Husband said the same of his breakfast too (full English meat). Very friendly and welcoming service toošš

I ordered 2 Vegetarian platters and despite my mistake of ordering too late, the lovely lady on the phone went to work on prepping and cooking my Saturday night treat. Admittedly I took the photo after eating half of the food (couldnāt wait to dive in) but I thought it was important to show how it was served, there were additional sides of boiled rice, lovely soups, popadoms and chutneys... oh and a freebie paneer dish which I really enjoyed. I would recommend everyone gives this lovely little business a try. Very refreshing to find a vegetarian/vegan Indian take away. Please note that orders are taken on a Friday ready for collection the following day.

Chanced upon this bakery after lunch & we were attracted by the old school, traditional shop front & the tempting treats on display. Got a vanilla slice & a pineapple tart. The vanilla slice was full of thick custard which oozed out the side when we bit into it. The pineapple tart was very interesting; we haven't come across it in other bakeries. There is a crumbly crust at the bottom, filled with cooked down pineapple, topped with cream, with the yellow icing on top. It was very messy to eat on the go, like the vanilla slice, but was a yummy treat! We were tempted to go back in for more sweet treats but resisted. While we were there, there was a steady stream of customers, so it's clearly very popular. Great little find! Defo recommend a visit when you're in Rhyl!

The Welsh Shop, a well established ran shop in Llangollen is maybe one of the first shops you see after getting out of the Market Street car park. Offering Ice cream and other items to eat and drink as well as a great collection of Welsh items for sale. a Must visit and see place in this marvellous town.
