The best restaurants in Abbey Dumfries & Galloway Lowlands

Excellent meal. We had 3 courses and everything was beautifully presented, great quality and very tasty. The blue steak was especially good. Staff were friendly and helpful when we made a special request about seating. Definitely recommended.

Both had the fish and chips. It came quickly and was nicely cooked. The cheesecake dessert was delicious. Had two glasses of wine which was reasonably priced. The service throughout was very friendly. Overall good value and a good bar meal. We will come back.

In Dalbeattie High Street. There is parking nearby. We had an amazing soup with bread which was needed on a November day. We followed this with cakes & coffee. The coffee was good. Friendly staff. Good toilets. Attached shop with some luxury food/drink items. Prices very reasonable.
