Wherever we are in the Inverness area we make a beeline for a Harry Gow shop. We stay at Dingwall campsite so use the local one there. Best bakers in UK. Brilliant homemade soup, a different one every day, delicious filled rolls, sausage rolls and what a fantastic selection of cakes 😋😋.
We visited Seasonal Flavour when they were at the Braemar Gathering. I enjoyed a fantastic Highland Venison Burrito. One of the few times I've had venison. And a Crispy Buttermilk Wild Pheasant Sandwich with fries. My husband loved it, my kids loved it. Great meal!
Comida exuberante. Delicioso café y gran servicio. Llegué soñando con avo smash & eggs - aunque no en el menú que estaba preparado en un instante. ¡Fue sensacional!
We went here to get some food for a beach picnic and this lovely local sandwich bar did not disappoint! They had a nice selection of bread/rolls to choose from as well as an array of freshly prepared fillings. They have homemade soups and homebaking available too. Sausage rolls are to die for - so you need to try them! All very reasonably priced too. Oh and if you like your fish - they have a fresh fish counter too!
Great coffee and sandwiches right off the highway. This is a little horse carriage stand, offering quick bits to get you back in the road. Offered both meat and veg sandwiches that were hot and delicious! Caramel coffees were yummy too! Satisfied us and our teenage son. This is right past the railroad tracks, so keep an eye out for the flags and signs by the highway.
Best coffee served in the outer Hebrides! The cinnamon sour dough buns are to die for as well, so lovely and unique compared to the more sweeter cinnamon buns we usually have! Lovely friendly service and whilst the cafe gets quite busy it has a very cosy atmosphere. One of my favourite places whilst travelling, and I've been on the islands for the entire summer season so I've seen a lot! Range of teas on offer as well, and the lunch food options are small in choice but great in taste.
this bar is a retreat away from the crowd so tastefully decorated even Rabbie Burns would love this him self cocktails were amazing the bar staff know how to deliver satisfaction right to your table .
Staff were very pleasant. The restaurant which was run by a religious organisation had to very friendly ladies working in it. I had the Soup and Pudding Lunchtime special. Both soup and the lovely hot pudding was home made and very welcome on a cold Scottish winters day. Excellent place for a light lunch.
Not as much food on sale as expected. Its mainly clothing and gifts. Deadly silent and not much lighting. Felt like the place was closed.
Very expensive coffee bar adjacent to the entrance.

I had the slow cooked lamb. The other person had the venison. Both were perfectly delicious. Service was attentive. Atmosphere was relaxing. A wonderful experience overall.
