Just been refurbished looks great all staff there and breakfast as usual was delicious we had full breakfast and scrambled egg on toast. Coffee was delicious too. Staff always remember you and polite and friendly

Super friendly staff Aliyah was so lovely and friendly and helpful with the menu choices. Food was delicious and would highly recommend.

The Barn Tearoom is run by the lovely Maxine and her team of wonderful volunteers. Maxine is a beautiful baker and her scones are the best I’ve ever had. Her homemade soups are delicious too. If you’re passing, pop in for a tea, coffee, soup, sandwich or a wee scone! Wee play area in the corner for young kids too.

On the whole, a very decent takeaway. Weird people waiting for their orders in PJs and no underwear but apart from the Safari, it was great.

Great food with friendly and helpful staff

I was staying with family in the area who were looking for a "Local" rather than a big-chain Pub within walking distance. Popped in on a Saturday night just for drinks (not for food) .....The service was good, warm & friendly, as was the atmosphere. The cocktails were flowing as were the pints. They will definately be back.

The restaurant had been recommended to us by other family members and we were not disappointed. Fabulous starters and steaks and the desserts looked amazing although we had no room after being a tad greedy with the weight of the aged steak. Service was friendly and fas.

Wonderful night at the bowfield. Had a couple minor issues at first that were promptly resolved. The food at the Plumpy Duck restaurant is fabulous as well. Definitely be back.

The Spateson Inn is under new management and what a great job Susan is doing! It’s now much more of a community hub with books to read, board games to play, food offers and local community groups meeting there to do their thing. It’s bright, well-lit, modern, airy, spacious, welcoming and warm. I’ve only tried a few dishes to eat and both were good. It also has free parking, is dog friendly and on the bus route. Outdoor seating is available too for the nicer weather.

Just popped in for a quick pint. Nice bar area with 2 big screens. Pint of Tennents, Boe Violet and Slimline £10.15 Don't think they serve food other than bar snacks.

Have a great quiz on a Thursday night and also have a Sunday fun day with games and prizes. Good for functions as well.

Had been in spa and loved it. Went went fir meal a few folks who had been in the spa still in dressing gowns. It's a lovely restaurant why would they not ask the customers to be dressed?

always find that there is far too much, and a lot gets wasted. would be good if you if you supplied smaller quantities, and would be cheaper.
