Messed up my order completely with £16 worth of stuff missing, phoned the shop just to be told there's nothing they could do about it and that when it leaves the shop it's nothing to do with them it's all to do with the driver soo basically now you have to hope you get your correct order! I'm sick of this shop always messing up something and not caring one bit about the customer. They blame just eat that we've just to get a refund from just eat I'm sick to death of this place tell you we will be in touch within 7 days it's a joke!! You pay for what you want and don't get it and have to wait a week just to see if just eat think your reason is acceptable for a refund. A complete and utter joke never again will I order from them again!
