This is the best place to grab a coffee and a snack on the University of Liverpool Campus, in my opinion! It should be noted that whilst predominantly used by University students and staff, this place is open to the public.
The staff serving are really friendly and extremely helpful. There is a decent selection of lunchtime items, including toasted sandwiches and soup. The hot drinks are reasonably priced, with pots of tea setting you back just £1.80, which I thought was very reasonable seeing as you get two full cups out of it. The tea also tastes very nice here.
As Frohlich's Café Bar is newly opened, I don't think many people know about it so there is literally never a queue, or indeed many people in there. This makes it a nice, peaceful café to either get your laptop out of have coffee/lunch with a friend. There are also plug sockets dotted around Frohlich's, meaning you can charge your phone/laptop whilst dining!
This place is also relatively clean, with plates and cups being cleared from tables briskly.
All in all, I would highly recommend stopping at Frohlich's Café Bar, whether you are a University student, a member of University Staff, or if you are a member of the public visiting the Tung Auditorium!
I recently discovered this lovely family run pizza takeaway coincidentally and I fell in love with the pizza they make. They really know how to make a great pizza dough and cook it in a perfect way. The ingredients they use are excellent quality. They were making this deal of 5 pizza for £20, and after I tasted the pizza, bought 5 of them which is a great deal. I live on the Wirral but from now on I'll go there every month and will buy their pizza and put it in my freezer. I highly recommend this place. It's a hidden gem. Thank you again for your hospitality and for the delicious pizza! :)
Have not a curry this nice in a long time. Place gives off this amazing Indian curry kitchen smell and the food tastes as good as it smells. Delivery was quick, food still piping hot and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

Used to be the best vegetarian chinese in Liverpool. If anyone knows where the previous owners/ Chefs went - post it here! The current occupants do not do the same vegetarian dishes.
