Read the reviews so we went. Absolutely wonderful. Big delicious portions. Heavenly lentil soup. Proper mugs of tea. Huge baked potato. Really lovely staff and a clean toilet.

Just started eating here since lock down. It is the best fish and chips I have ever had. Always very fresh and very crispy batter. The portions are very large.

Quantity, Quality and Service. Say no more, for around £6 with a Tea, try it and see. For a decent and filling Breakfast, and a genuinely nice Fella / Family who run it, you cant go wrong,

I came in here for a chicken escalope bap which was served with mayo and plenty of salad. It was absolutely delicious and good value for £5.

Have been buying meals here for years and quality never drops and the food is fresh with loads of healthy options. Wonderful coffee too ! Owner friendly and inclusive, going out of her way for customers who need a bit of extra TLC. Can‘t wait for it to be open properly again after lockdown - best cafe in the area and good value .

I discovered this place by accident when looking for somewhere for a quick snack near the station. It's lovely. Coffee is excellent . Worth visiting for coffee alone. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Have visited since and will certainly go again.

Visiting enfield my wife had a cappuccino. i had an excellent hot chocolate a greek savoury and a sweet honey and spicy sweet biscuit . It makes a change to visit somewhere offering mediterranean food. The owner and lady member of staff were polite and welcoming

There's comfort food, and there's Ambrosia...Cretan Bouraki is food of the Greek gods and from the kitchen of Marianna Levaditaki I warmed myself with a slice of her Zeus pleasing courgette, potato, feta and mint bake, topped with a browned bechamel, and a side of fresh crunchy salad. The next table was being served a dish of lentil with lemon and olives, topped with a piece of grilled chicken, soaked in some fragrant onion garnish. And a plate of courgette frittata awaits a chum coming over to give me a hand. I might have to help him eat his lunch. Every day, Marianna's team serve generous Cretan soulfood to the many makers and workers in this off beat caff. Come eat here. It's a direct line to heaven
