Third time going here and yet again did not disappoint! New fav place In town! Chicken tikka Balti is tasty and a good spice level! 😍

My husband and I had a lovely meal. The onion baji were light and flavourful without being too hot (spicy) or oily. Our mains were lamb rogan josh, and the tandoori mixed grill. The meat was tender and portions were generous but not excessive. We will definitely go again.

THE BEST INDIAN IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME

Ordered takeaway twice and first time i had lamb it was gorgeous 5 stars, chips lovely and homemade. Second time I still enjoyed it tho chips were soggy and tasted a bit reheated, i had chicken tikka but my family who had regular chicken said it was near inedible, barely ate any just had the rice and sauce so worse than 1 star for them. I did message to make zuri aware but just told would be passed into the chef which isn't really a resolution for us wasting £20 worth of uneaten curry not including the sides no one really wants to eat by themselves and i can't trust reordering personally. I'd say if you order stick with chicken tikka don't get the regular chicken but better to go for lamb. Everything just a bit more expensive than others too which i can easily justify on the lamb but the sides taste like everywhere else and adds up when you're ordering for a family everyone having rice, naan, potato side, poppadoms etc which are all a quid or two extra so times by even just a family of four an you're looking at an extra £10-20 just on sides compared to others in darlo.

Very nice food but a bit expensive compared to others. Seems to be same price as in restaurant, usually cheaper to takeaway? The meat was great, sometimes Iamb is tough and chewy this was all well cooked tender fat. I usually like butter curry sauce but not keen on this one, i don't want to blame restaurant as everywhere cooks differently but did find it a little bland compared to others I've had. I prefer masala in general but read bad reviews about it here so didn't get it. Would like to try masala but not sure if we will as don't want to pay so much to dislike sauce again. Poppadoms put in bag weirdly and arrived smashes to pieces and a bit soggy which was a shame, edible but hard to dip. Delivery very quick driver polite, everything hot. Would recommend but maybe could do with getting on darlo eats ;)

Great food, delicious drinks and a fantastic customer service, highly recommended.

The last order we had was spot on, but this week it was awful. Both dishes were just lined with oil, more oil than curry and the chicken had grisly bits in.

Absolutely delicious, so full of flavour and really high quality ingredients. The fried aubergine side was amazing, I’ll definitely order again. Thank you!

We tried Zuri's tonight for dinner and the food was perfect. The onion bhaji's were nice and crispy. We had a jalfrezi and a dhansak, both were very tasty and the meat was very tender. We found the service first class and will definitely be back.

Very nice but the curry wasn’t on the bone?

The Tikka was realy spicy, and the rice was super spicy too, Warning to anyone who doesn't like it hot !

Great new addition to the Darlington Indian scene. Ate in with prompt service, friendly staff, and lovely food. Give it a go!

The tastiest Indian food I have eaten for a long time , every thing was perfect, my next Indian takeaway will be from this restaurant

First time ordering from here. Rice, breads and chicken were good. Sauce for the masala wasn’t so good. Never had a 1 cm layer of oil on top of a sauce before. My partner and I usually get this meal from other take aways and she can’t eat spicy meals. But these masala’s were very hot (Normally not spicy at all) which isn’t specified on the menu.

Food was late. Food was stone cold and everything was wet due to being left for ages.

Ordered a takeaway. But never arrived. They took £. 22.35 out of my bank. Cant get in touch
