Always SO good. The best Japanese / Asian food in The area. And the staff are super nice!

The Salmon sushi’s salmon is very thin that you can see the rice. The tuna is not fresh. The ramen is not a proper ramen that taste not very nice. The meat also not like Japanese pork slice. The spider roll is still warm and crispy so it is good among all.

Probably the best sushi in Manchester! The rice, fish, sauces, and plates (for delivery) are all really good! Our favourites are the Salmon Set and Akura Roll - absolutely delicious! Thank you for the great service and food!

First time ordering a take away from this place and it won’t be the last . From the initial interaction with the lady that works as the front host , the service was fantastic. My daughter has celiac disease and I initially called to try and understand how the menu worked . She was so accommodating in every way , so much so that she called me back when my order went through to ensure that there was only specific parts of my order that was gluten free. We struggle with certain business’s not understanding the severity of someone with a celiac diagnosis, therefore this was very refreshing. Thank you so much for your service, apologies I cant remember your name however you deserve to be recognised. To top it off we loved the food and will be back, you are super convenient to us with only being round the corner :- )))

Staying away for work, drove out of my way to visit here for Sushi. It looked like they were having work done to the building when I arrived which is the only reason I 3 star the atmosphere. Service was good and quick and easy using the mobile app. I have visited lots of sushi places over the UK I would say portions per money spent were reasonable, the Salmon nigiri was lovely and fresh but I have been to other places where you get two more for the same price, I also had Softshell crab rolls and Salmon rolls with fish egg both were very tasty. A good takeaway, fresh well made sushi, reasonable prices.

We love this place, eaten has here several times and get take out often. The sushi is delicious and well prepared!

I've ordered from here many times and tried many different dishes. Zumu sushi is by far my favourite place for a takeaway, although I have never been in so I can't comment on the inside but I've never had any problems with the food and the service and speed has always been great. I would recommend this to anyone. They have great options for vegetarians and vegans too. 10/10

The food is second to non at zumu Worsley. The staff are always so welcoming and everything is so fresh and delicious. I love coming here to treat myself as I know I will not be disappointed!!

Food are fine in general. But of course is comparing to the local standard but not to Japan, Korea nor HongKong/ Taiwan.

成日都比俾佢啲食物相吸引，今日終於趁阿仔生日，同佢去食成一年冇食嘅拉麵😅，佢話唔錯呀；老公就讃chilli squid, 有大排檔風味～惹味；我就鍾意壽司船，買相就唔使講，難得有四種刺身，除咗三文、吞拿外，仲有sea bass 同yellow tail。座位雖然唔多，勝在環境清靜舒服，有心去就最好訂定位。

We normally order from Zumu and are always impressed by the food even when delivered. Tonight we decided to go to the restaurant since it's not too far from us. There's only a few tables, but we called ahead and booked and it wasn't too busy anyway even on a Friday night so would have been fine if we walked in. We ordered the togarashi fries, karage bites and Happy Sushi Box (30 pieces) which were all delicious. We then had the strawberry cheesecake mochi which was also tasty. Will definitely come back to try other stuff on the menu.

Food was tasty and fresh, with beautiful presentation. Better than many so called Japanese restaurants in Manchester. We've been there many times, highly recommend fries, salmon sushi, chicken wings and beef terriyaki rice. Ramen was not bad, but I'd rather had something else.

Ordered the Chicken Karaage Bao bun, they looked delicious and the packaging was nicely presented but the chicken was dry and very dark brown, they must use chicken thigh but not sure how many times they had cooked it previously but it was inedible. DISSAPOINTED.

We had katsu chicken curry and chicken ramen. Big portions and tasty! We are more picky than locals but this place is well worth the price and your attention

I asked my sister if she knew any good suhi restaurants and she recommended me Zumu Sushi.. Since the first day order u never ate sushi from anywhere else! They have great quality products, most of my orders are fresh and so delightful. Yesterday I went to the restaurant and ate there and I can tell you that they have a great service and amazing staff. This my favourite restaurant so far!

Hey everyone called by chance a year ago with my daughter who loves everything japanese and we're still calling each week the food is fabi gorgeous. Staff super friendly. Need to move closer to it. I usually get delivery but thought I would dine in as my friend was visiting, the food is great dine in and take out! Love the presentation of the food and very fresh. We was served by Alena she was very friendly. And they’re dog friendly which is a bonus😊

Very disappointed, ordered salmon nigiri and sashimi for delivery for the second time which on both occasions arrived quite clearly out of date and stunk. So had to be thrown away. Unfortunately when calling to advise we were given excuses that the fish is usually fine and prepared the day before and kept in the fridge. Though offered a refund, Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame as everything else is fantastic

Such good food! Really tasty I'd love to know what sushi vinegar they use. Parking is easy, restaurant is busy but comfortable and clean with cute wall art. Staff are nice :)

Absolutely amazing! I've been to much more expensive places that didn't come close to the quality and presentation delivered here. We had some duck gyoza and edamame, sushi platter, and I had a poke bowl. Everything was very fresh and the sushi had nice plump slices of fish. Beautifully presented. We also tried the chocolate mochi, which was filled with a lovely smooth mouse, and the mango mochi, which contained a very delicious sorbet, though it could have done with being taken out of the freezer earlier as it was very solid! Seating is very limited, from what we could see, so if you're not comfortable sitting right next to the kitchen then it's probably best to order take-away. Definitely my new favourite sushi place!

Really beautiful sushi presented like a 5* restaurant. Loved that they had tables so we could sit in instead of driving home with the food. Service was brilliant and can thoroughly recommend the rainbow roll and Bao Buns! Becoming our firm favourite takeaway.

One of the best takeaways I have had in a long time. Was the first time we have eaten there, we had a little of everything and nothing disappointed. Definitely going again.

Decided to order some food from Zumu after reading the positive comments on Google. Ordered makis, takoyaki, edamame, teriyaki chicken and beef bao buns. The only dish that was somewhat tasty was the beef bao. Everything else was really bad. Takoyaki were drenched in takoyaki sauce, therefore soggy and had a coriander garnish (?!). Since when is coriander which I really dislike used in Japanese cuisine??! Maki were filled with tempura prawn which were fried in old oil and the seabass on top the makis just tasted greasy. The rice was mushy and you can taste that it has been sitting there the entire day. I thought you can't do anything wrong with edamame but I was mistaken. They were hard and very cold. The least effort that could have been done was warming them up in the microwave. The fries that came with the bao buns also tasted like they were fried in oil that was used way too often. It gave us a very weird aftertaste. I can't understand why this restaurant cooked such bad tasting food after all those positive reviews. Very disappointing.

Great sushi with all the amenities, and very easily accessible through the Zuma app, with delivery or collection. Fair prices and good selection. I love the salmon and avocado urumaki, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

As always the food is exceptional quality,been using this place since they opened and would not consider any other Japanese food in the area the sushi is fresh and well presented as is the teriyaki,poke bowls and katsina currys,thumbs up from me

Oh my gosh! Absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared food. I'm blown away! Had the pork miso ramen and chicken kaarage bao buns - yes both to myself - no I don't regret it! Either is a good meal in itself by the way, portion sizes are perfect - I just couldn't decide. Now to sit in a food coma reminiscing of that experience! Update: this time I was adventurous and had sea bass sushi and salmon teriyaki poki bowl - oh my good god it was heaven!!

I tried Zumu because I was recommended to try it and the overall food quality and service was delicious. I’m only rating it 4 stars as we had an issue with the delivery. We ordered via Deliveroo, and all our hot food arrived but we hadn’t received the cold food that we ordered. We did have to wait over 30mins to receive our missing items which resulted in our hot food getting cold. Staff member Kathleen was incredibly helpful and assisted very well in providing us with a refund for the above issue. But like mentioned above, food was delicious and very fresh. I would order here again but not through Deliveroo.

I've ordered from here a few times and every time its amazing! Best takeaway Japanese place Ive been to. The sushi is great, the katsu curry and teriyaki beef are delicious. The kamikaze wings are a must. The food always comes quick and hot. Anyone who likes Japanese food needs to try this takeaway!

Just had a takeaway from here tonight. Was a little disappointed with the food for the price. The prawns in the uramaki were very plain. They were in breadcrumbs but also still had the tail and some shell. Not a great start. The tacos were amazing. The kamikaze wings were more sweet than hot. Unfortunately sad to say after finding this place may not revisit.

We ordered a delivery from the Worsley restaurant, what a fabulous meal we had. We had a selection of starters and mains including Katsu curry & noodles. All the food was delivered in great time and was tasty when it arrived. We would definitely be ordering again from here as we were so impressed with the complete service & the food. Thank you all

The best sushi we have had in GM and some of the best we have tried anywhere! The fish is shaped over the rice exactly like a top sushi restaurant should be, not just plonked on top. Also the fish was tender and not chewy. The rice was perfect consistency and seasoning. Plus we got a free anpan custard bun.

Teriyaki beef was very hard and chewy, thick cut didnt help and the teriyaki sauce was below average thick and too wsy too sweet, not very impresed with it. The sushi was not rolled nice and tight as soon as picked up the inside of it fell out. Just a mess to eat. Not many choices of food and sushi. Not ordering again, far prefer Koi Sushi and Oriental as they are cheaper and have more option! Their grilled teriyaki beef is to die for, just saying

Perfect....first time there today.Not found anywhere besides Manchester thats as good. Polite staff. Sushi was amazing. Definitely be back as much as i can. About time we had something better to eat other than pizza and kebab shops. A must for local Japanese food fans

Placed my order at 18.20 and was told that it would be ready in 20 to 30 mins. I didnt turn up for 35 mins and still had to wait another 20 mins so it made it nearly an hour. The place was mobbed tho. Also when I got home I found out that one of my dishes was missing. So not off to a good start That said.....the food is AMAZING. Taco is to die for. Eel nigiri was fantastic. Fries so moorish too so if the above hadn't have happened it would def have been a 5* review
