Zizzi in Gateshead

We have been to Zizzi’s from Plymouth to Glasgow, the food is consistently great. The restaurants have a similar atmosphere and prices are usually the same. The service on this occasion was of a lower standard than usual set in the Zizzi’s chain. The mannerism’s of the waiting staff came across as rude and abrupt. Further to this we did not recieve our food at the same time. IMPORTANTLY - the staff did take the food which arrived late off the bill. We are huge Zizzi’s eaters so will be back, just slightly disappointed with this visit.

We waited to be seated on Sunday lunch time despite all of the top floor being empty. The decor is nice and it does feel fancier than some of the other Italian chains. We shared the Cromer crab arancini starter from the specials menu which was very good. My partner opted for the calzone which was large, well risen and packed with filling. I enjoyed the stick pig pizza which is essentially two flavours, both of which were delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was high quality and very tasty, this was reflected in the price which we found to be quite steep, especially for a chain/shopping centre . £17+ for a pizza. £8 for some starters and puddings.

We went here for some dinner the food was very average to say the least. I ordered the strawberry mock tail that was tasteless and just tasted of soda. I informed the bar staff who just give me a bit of strawberry syrup to top it up with. They brought out the wrong order for my daughter. Mine was very mediocre but then my daughter found a long dark hair embedded in her ice cream scoop. A half hearted sorry and just asked if we wanted another one. This is my first time here and there won’t be a second one

Visited this restaurant for tea with my family for my birthday and the whole experience was shocking. Waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken which, on a Thursday night at 6pm with a half empty restaurant, is very poor. Our food came and it was okay, but this wasn’t our main issue. We asked for the bill and the young waitress came over with a hand held machine that she was tapping away on and told us the price was £72.75… but we had seen no bill. We asked for a paper copy which she told us we would receive after we had paid. I have never known a restaurant to give you the bill after you have paid, what if the bill was incorrect? She showed us the items on a small screen and asked us to check, this is not an acceptable way to give someone their bill. My dad tapped his card on the machine and saw a green tick to say payment complete, so happily put his card back into his wallet. The very inexperienced and frankly rude waitress said that the payment had not gone through and the payment was outstanding. We argued the fact that we had seen a green tick to say payment complete and she insisted that the payment failed and we still needed to pay. We are genuine people so believed her and my dad had to insert his card into the machine. As the waitress walked away without even a thank you, my dad was notified by his banking app that 2 payments had come out. He went over to the till and explained that the money had come out twice and the waitress tried to explain this to the manager which took her longer than necessary - clearly showing her inexperience. The manager explained that a refund is not possible on these machines, and that she would have to write to head office to request one- which could take 10 days. What if this had taken the last of our money out of the bank? How would we survive for 10 days? This is absolutely outrageous that a refund cannot be processed right there and then and we are now down 150 for a below average meal with even worse service. Then young waitress did not even bother to apologise or look us in the eye, apart from a quiet thank you as we left. Absolutely shocking… eat here at your own risk!

We had a fantastic experience at Zizzi! The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One of the most important things for me was that they took my allergy seriously with every dish, which made me feel really comfortable. The service was excellent, and the team made sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back soon. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great meal and a great time!

I came on Tuesday 14th May around 5pm and me and my friend had the caramelised onion flat bread to start and chicken and pesto pizza for main. We used our UNIDAYS voucher for 30% off food however our waitress also took 50% off of my friend’s pizza - she had told us the girl in the kitchen was making pizzas for the first time (which both of our pizzas tasted amazing and I couldn’t fault them) it was simply that one of the pizzas was smaller than should have been, we told the waitress we were more than happy with our pizzas and didn’t need anything changed or taken off the bill however she still did so. We were well looked after by her throughout our full experience and I would love her to get the recognition she deserves (unfortunately I didn’t take a name but she was brunette). From start to end she made us feel super at ease and really made our time exceptional (I feel like you never receive this kind of service in a chain restaurant so I was so taken back with how well we were greeted). I LOVE Zizi, however I never come for the service, until meeting this waitress on Tuesday, now I will be coming back just to see her ! She made our days.

Ooh Zizzi! Youve fallen for the American style of payment with suggested tip on the card machine with staff member standing over you which intimidates people into paying it. My husband was uncomfortable with this and it spoiled our visit. Not good. We don't need the American tipping system here. It's out of hand over there so we don't want it. We paid the price on the menu and the staff did their job. Then they asked for a charity donation! We used to love this restaurant but we'll give it a miss from now on thanks.

Lovely service but very poor food. Six of us ordered, two chose the only vegetarian salad on the menu. We were informed that the kitchen did not have some of the ingredients but there was no other choice on the menu so we proceeded. Basically a bag of salad leaves on some beetroot hummus and some balsamic glaze added. Very poor effort for £14 each. The service was great as we had a wheelchair with us and the staff could not have been nicer but the food was appalling. Others in the group later commented that their dishes were poor too. This is the second Zizzi's I have experienced poor cooking in one year. Won't be returning.

the food was greasy and unpleasant - we have eaten at various Zizi restaurants around the UK but this was awful. The waiter was nice and friendly but I cannot recommend the food at all, it makes me nauseous to even think about it.

Visited here at lunch time today. We arrived at about 12.15 and it was fairly quiet, however did get a lot busier soon after. I ordered the Sofia Rustica Pizza and modified it a little with more chicken, peppers & chillis. I also went for the new smoky chilli dough. It came about 15 minutes later and tasted as good as it looked. I particularly liked the thin & crispy base. It had a decent kick too with the extra chillis. My mam got lasagne which she said was also really nice. Would definitely come here again for a pizza especially.

Food was amazing and our host was lovely!

Went for a meal with a friend got to say the meals were absolutely fantastic, the PICCANTE RUSTICA PIZZA I had provided a taste explosion in every bite, containing Pepperoni, spicy Nduja sausage, Spianata Piccante salami, hot roquito chillies, mushrooms, mozzarella, rocket & mascarpone. Most awesome combination of taste well put together and served perfectly, my friend had CASARECCIA POLLO PICCANTE which is Spicy piccante chicken in a creamy sauce with fresh tomatoes & baby spinach again well put together and presented perfectly. The customer service was spot on, very efficient and good value for money.

Me and my daughter went for tea here the night before flying away on holiday. We arrived and placed our order, the waiter didn’t use a note pad (which is a bug bear of mine!) because of this he had to return and ask what we had ordered. We waited a while for drinks and then our starter but then it was 1hour and 10 minutes from sitting and having to ask three different waiters for our dinner to come! Because it was then rushed through my lasagne wasn’t as hot as it should have been and my garlic bread was only just cooked. My little one then asked for another drink again it was about 15 minutes!!! Very very very poor service!! I like Zizzi’s but this has put me off for a while!! Disappointing!!

Visited Zizzi at the metro centre this evening and was highly disappointed! We were seated by the host, the second we were sat down we were asked by our server if we wanted any drinks, having not been offered a drinks menu yet my partner asked what beer they had, she responded with just Peroni. She followed by giving us an actual drinks menu which we then realised there wasnt just peroni. After that we ordered drinks and a sharing starter, we were sat quite close to the bar, so we noticed that the bartender had made our drinks and put them on the bar for the server. 15 minutes later still no drinks! They were still sat on the bar, the restaurant was not busy, we saw our server clean tables stand around, take other people's drinks, still our drinks did not arrive. We had to ask another server to grab them for us. 30 minutes after we were seated our mains arrived, even though we had not had our starters, they were returned and our server informed us there would be a wait on our starter, and asked if we were okay with that.... what else do you want us to do! Starter came after another 15minutes and it was delicious the only good thing about this experience. Our mains arrived and my partners pasta dish was bland, watery and over cooked, a dish the menu suggested as a favourite we sent it back and complained. At no point did a manager approach us to apologise for the quality of food or lack of service. The server asked us for desserts... obviously our answered was no! Couldn't wait to get out of there, the bill said our server was called Julie, poor service and I shall not be returning

We were seated straight away. We waited a while to be served, the guy was not friendly at all, I had to ask for the bill for ages before I eventually got it with no apology. Over an hour wait for food that was just okay is not good enough.

Lovely place to dine with family. We were all happy with our food except my husband who had the lasagne - it was a real disappointment for him - burnt and dry and not much there!

This was our second visit to this restaurant,friendly staff,great food especially the chilli infused dough which gave my pizza an extra delicious taste,i like the fact that you can see the food being prepared,the metro centre was busy but felt we could have been sitting anywhere just relaxing enjoying good food and wine,we will be back soon.

Zizzi is perfect for a meet up with friends or a large family meal. I’ve been there for both . Drinks are good .Quality of ingredients is guaranteed and service is good .

This place is worth every penny! Fast fresh and so tasty! I had the under 600 cal pizza and it was so filling with a fantastic coleslaw! My other half had a huge pizza that we had to get wrapped up! Brilliant!!

We visited with friends and although I don’t really like chain restaurants I found the food really good and enjoyed my visit . I ordered the Calzone which was amazing and will definitely be back to try other things on the menu

Visited for lunch. Busy but there was a table for two. Pizza and salad came quickly. New rainbow salad was great- very tasty. Would like to see more vegetarian not VEGAN options though, as a vegetarian seems like I’m being forgotten, I don’t wish to eat vegan cheese! Friendly service.

Visited here with my partner and got the pasta dish, food was beautiful and staff are very friendly. We visited during the day and it was very quiet only a couple of people in but had to wait a little while for food. Overall very good.

Stopped off for dinner with the wife & daughter & enjoyed what we had. Tasty food from our starters right through to our desserts.

Reviewed here before and as usual Pizza's ok but a tad expensive in reality - thought I'd try Seabass as we will soon be on holiday in Italy & wanted to compare when we go away - well I know we will get better fish without a doubt - Zizzi Seabass Fillets with Verde green beans & herby potatoes ah well very bland Seabass where was the Verde - sauted patatoes with no herbs taste whatsoever at least the green beans were green - my wife's Pizzas was good - verdict I will stick to Pizzas as well in the future as they are usually good & have my Seabass elsewhere shame never mind

Food was nice, if not slightly small portion on the bolognese but as I was using a compare the market voucher buy one get one free I didn’t mind so actually thought after discount it was worth it, staff very friendly and efficient. Only slight quibble was I really don’t like wooden boards but didn’t deduct a star for this, will defo return.

Fantastic food and waiter/waitress service is outstanding, so polite and helpful. Three course set menu was perfect, and our 4 year old felt so special. Well done Zizzi metrocentre 👍🏻 Our waiter Dave did the restaurant proud, so helpful and made us feel so welcome, Thankyou

We ate here twice in a week and was excellent both times. Our kids love the kids menu and the little chocolate milk at end. Staff are lovely and friendly

I know that there has been some criticism recently about chain restaurants, but the food at Zizzi is well cooked and tasty. We have used another restaurant in the chain in the past and we found that although the food is the same, the atmosphere is different. Pleased to see new additions to the menu as well. The staff were cheerful and attentive and you could tell that they have worked at building a rapport with regular customers. We would use again.

The restraunt is clean and tidy and childfriendly. Staff are really friendly and even went out of their way to source a straw for my little girls drink. The menu options are great, even including plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes! The only drawback is the portion sizes. My husband and I both had mains and deserts and still left feeling hungry.

Good value and tasty. With 25% discount off the bill for MetroCentre staff this place is super value. The pizzas we had were all spot on and the place has a nice atmosphere. Recommended

Have eaten at this restaurant on several occasions since I last reviewed it, and always find it serves very good food with excellent jovial staff, (It is even better value when bought with a tastecard, that takes off the cost of the cheapest main course) We recently chose a glass of merlot, a sassy pear drink, a fritto to share as a starter, a skinny king prawn pizza and a skinny primavera, and the cost was ££28.10. which is exceptional value. Always look forward to going back.

Popped here for dinner with husband before shopping. We are both vegan so checked online beforehand that it would be suitable. The staff went above and beyond, so friendly and helpful... love that there is purely a vegan menu & that your food is labelled vegan when it arrives. Really nice touch to give peace of mind. Will definitely be back !

We use Zizzi quite regular today the food was good as usual but unfortunately our waiter needs a bit of training. A bit brusk in his way of speaking and I big big big dislike of mine leaning hands/arms across the table as you are eating to pick up empty glasses & bottles with his arm almost in your face - hey man why not say something like "hi guys shall I take some of the empties away to give you more room"? - not just reach over and grab like you did

Due to professional reasons spent my birthday alone, I’ve decided to go for a meal to try to cheer up myself, going to Zizzis was the best decision ever. Had a delicious meal and met David that is such a lovely guy. His smile, friendliness, kindness and positive attitude made my day. Had a great time there. Thank you Zizzis and thank you David for making me feel that I wasn’t alone on such a special day.

Came for late lunch yesterday. There was four of us and we ordered a sharing fritto misto starter, a couple of pizzas and a pasta to share

My wife and I stopped here after a bit of shopping to get a bite to eat.

From the moment we arrived the staff complimented us on "being happy" which was a great start - we had had a very successful shopping spree and were ready for a bit of relaxation! We tucked into olives ciabatta and a mozzarella platter - not leaving a morsel and wine spritzers were a wonderful accompaniment. Service was prompt and it is such a bustly restaurant with a lovely atmosphere.

Another great meal at ZiZi Metrocentre. There were 13 of us including 5 children, 2 of those have allergies. The restaurant caters for vegetarians, vegans, and allergies. We had a table next to the food preparation area and the cooks had a great rapport with the children, giving hats and joking. The place was very busy when we came at 1 p.m. but eased as time went on. Excellent food and service.

We visited here as it was a ‘buy a gift’ treat for our wedding anniversary from our son. It was a three course meal with a glass of prosecco.

Came here as I had been gifted a 3 course plus prosseco experience for 2, and we were shopping at the Metro centre.

Zizzis at the metro centre is one of our favourite places to eat. The pizza garlic bread with mozzarella is the best ever, and so is the pasta pollo piccante. We were served by Jonny who is always very friendly and helpful.

I was horrified at this place, it promised authentic Italian food and delivered pasta with plastic cheese.

Decent menu choice, pretty good service, all dishes were well presented and tasty. I dine here if I'm shopping but wouldn't come here for an evening meal,personal choice but that's what is all about! Would recommend for a quick lunch.

Great service, one of the best me and my partner have ever received, food was really nice and didn’t have to wait that long and really reasonable pricing, I look forward to my next visit and recommended if looking for a reasonable priced Italians.

One of the first things that impressed us was the service here. The men who served us were lovely. Not just good looking but really professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much bother for them. They were polite and attentive without being in our faces. Perfect. They gladly brought us the new Vegan menu and it was AMAZING! great choices of starters and mains and puddings - yes puddings!! We shared a vegan pizza and a bowl of tomato spagetti and both were truly fantastic and tasty. Then we shared the hot fruit calzone with vegan ice cream. OH MY! out of this world! Excellent food, excellent service and the cutlery is good quality. Perfect

This is a great place to grab some dinner. One of the lads who worked in zizzi’s Metro was very accommodating and was a very nice lad. Service was great and fast. Food was lovely and they couldn’t have done enough for us. Will be going back.

When ever we come for the weekend we go there for a late lunch . Never disappointed. No mater how busy . We had pasta and pizza with a half carraf of house red . Wine so nice we took a picture of the bottle . House red Shiraz . Bill came to £34.

Great Sunday evening out and can highly recommend the cheese fondue starter it was really delicious and the lasagne main course was fabulous! Lovely crispy topping and piping hot!

Had a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday evening and we got seated immediately. Was perfect timing.

Dined here last week when I was shopping in the Metro centre and deeply regretted it. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time I came and it took almost fifteen minutes for a drink order to be taken, and then another 10 minutes for my food order. I decided to order a pizza with king prawns. Very bland with no flavour or spice. Very stingy on how much cheese they put on. I did ask if I could have more, the waiter came over with a block of cheese and was about to grate some over my pizza, although he had no gloves on so I refused it,

I am a regular visitor to the Metrocentre for a variety of reasons; and eating is merely an afterthought. Because it’s the biggest shopping centre in Europe, for some reason I can’t fathom, my wife finds it attractive, so we attend regularly.... We will still attend regularly, but never at ZIZZIS!...I ate here in Nov 2017 with my wife and son, and expected what we’d had before....good food, good service and atmosphere all reasonably priced...not so this time or ever again. The restaurant was nearly empty but our single courses took nearly half an hour, and I was less than pleased.... we all had chicken in one form or another, but 30 mins....really?...However.... the main reason for this review, which still upsets is the accolade of the most expensive beer in Britain. My son is sadly registered blind, so I had to read the menu to him and he asked if Peroni was available, which it was. The price was not advertised, which I believe is illegal. When the bill came, I was astonished to find I’d been charged £7.20 per pint!!!!Im a pensioner, this was my sons treat so anger contained we left the place calmly with my avowed intention never to return. Never will....see my review for cafe Vivo in Newcastle if you want a near fine dining experience....Enough already!!!

Busy Saturday afternoon had a pre paid card from the High Street (Twas a giftoid)

We often go to the zizzi in durham and love it. The metrocentre one was very busy today and the service was good overall. Orders were taken promptly and the food was excellent. Service between the main course and dessert was very slow there seemed to be lots of managers but not enough staff serving. Would go back but would recommend they have more staff to deal with the volume of customers.

My son and girlfriend visited at metro today.He had booked a table on line which he explained to waitress, she told him to go and stand with everybody else.He was about to get the email of conformation on his phone when she came over and said Right Come over in a very aggressive way.They had their meal the pizza was not up to the same standard as Glasgow Zizzi which they use all the time.He then tried to use his Tesco vouchers to pay which he does in Glasgow with no problem only to be told they do not accept them !!!.My son and his girlfriend are only 15 but he payed full amount for meal so therefore I think they should have been treated as any other customer.Won't be back stick to Glasgow in future where staff are fantastic .

Well, we always visit here, recently we visited zizzi in durham and it was amazing, metro centre wad terrible, I ordered exactly the same as durham.

We called in after a day of Xmas shopping and were glad we did. The Toscana soup and the chicken/funghi risotto in particular were delicious. A special mention to our waiter, Dave. Excellent service. 3 courses each, 2 drinks £53. Great value.

I often visit Zizzi for food and wine when finished shopping or having been to the cinema. I have even visited alone and I’m always comfortable there. No one in my family can resist the mozzarella bread with caramelised onions, mmm my favourite main is the King prawn linguine yummy and very spicy. On this visit the waiter gave my mother and I coffee on the House ! He said they are allowed to chose to do this occasionally for nice clients , ah coffee and compliments !!

After Christmas shopping with the family this was just what we wanted. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Excellent food and really good value. We got a table for the seven of us right next to the open kitchen. What a pleasure it was to watch a team of professionals working together brilliantly and serving up good, really good, food. No hassle, nochaos, just people doing their job properly and looking like they were enjoying it. The front of house team were great too and a surprise dessert for our 10 year old birthday boy ... no problem! My Italian Hot pizza was perfect and all of us enjoyed our wide and varied choices of food. Will definitely eat here again.

Stopped off at Zizzi on our way home from work. Given the choice of table, and immediately given the menu to peruse, and asked what we would like to drink. We enjoy the skinny pizzas so we chose a skinny king prawn, and a skinny primavera . Both were delicious as usual. we chose 2 large fino blush rose' wines, followed by a cappuccino and latte to finish, and using a taste card the bill came to £35.70.

I have been visiting Zizzi for many years now. However, on my last visit I was extremely disappointed with the way in which the waiter went on and the quality of the food. I have noticed on several occasions that this waiter can be quite abrupt and impatient. So much so, that he even "tutted" when my friend was reading the menu and changed her mind! I did let this pass but then I was annoyed at his reaction and comment when I mentioned I did not enjoy my starter. I know the "Fritto Misto" has changed slightly in the last year. They have replaced the whitebait with cod bites and they taste like cheap fish fingers. So I told the waiter, in a polite way. Instead of saying "oh I'm sorry you did not enjoy them, I will pass this onto the chef." I got; "well that's how the dish has always been!" This dish has not always been served this way. Anyway, I spoke with the manager who then suggested that I return to the restaurant with a 50% discount and have the same waiter serve me - oh he will have been spoken to! By the way, I already get 50% off with my taste-card and I definitely do not want to be subjecting myself to an uncomfortable situation. Even if I was getting a three course meal for free, I would not want to be waited on by the same waiter!

I reserved a table for six and having been several times before (but not for quite a while) I specified the table I would like so I could have somewhere to rest my crutches and watch the goings on in the kitchen. Being a Saturday they would. do their best to give us that table, but no guarantees because they would be very busy.

I’m new to the allergy world, so the allergen menu was absolutely fantastic for helping me choose. Every restaurant should have one of these!

Everyone knows Zizzi is quite pricey for a pizza, however the food is always of a high standard, and the staff couldn't be more attentive. Top marks to all at the Metrocentre restaurant.

Restaurant wasn't busy and the 3 waiting staff seamed to be struggling in clearing plates and generally keeping the restaurant tidy, the bar area was covered in glasses. A long wait for starters and the main course. Lack of service throughout, no offer of more drinks etc. too top up empties whilst waiting for food and ate the main course with no drinks.

Visited today for lunch and it was perfect.

Might as well have been in McDonald's, no dining experience. Just sat at table...cramped with veryllittle atmosphere. I asked for a nice table on booking. Wouldn't go back.

We are regulars visitors to Zizzis, we love it. Fabulous food and great staff. Very enjoyable lunch and saved £10 off the bill with a voucher!

I went in with my wife and one of the kids for a meal after shopping. The food is always consistently of a good standard. It’s always nice to see it being prepared in front of you. The garlic bread with mozzarella and caramelised red onion is always a highlight. I had the spaghetti with tomato sauce which although very basic was delicious and everyone else enjoyed their food too.

Really enjoyed trip to Zizzis. Do go here regularly.

I have allergies and find dining out is often problematic I but read about Zizzi in a magazine and the way it catered for gluten free and vegan diets. I found the separate gluten free menu offered a good selection of gluten free meals, many of which were vegan too. I found both staff members who assisted me with my selection helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the pizza but loved the sticky toffee and praline torte. A very pleasant lunch without the hassle of wondering what was going to arrive on my plate- a situation I am sure that many allergies suffers will no relate to.

Food was excellent, very authentic, very fresh. Service was particularly slow, might have been a busy night though.

We had a lovely meal. Kind staff. Each dish was well presented . Starters are excellent , try the fonduta formaggi. The king prawn linguini was excellent, the pizzas nice thin and well covered. Deserts are great, try the tiramisu .

just loved the setting, atmosphere, menu and the friendliness of the staff. We were shown to a table as soon as we arrived. Sipping a peroni within two minutes!!! We shared a cicchetti platter and a mozzarella garlic bread. They arrived on wooden platters and we were delighted with our choice. Made the most of our well earned break and set off totally refreshed with a spring in our step .....ready to try on shoes and sandals and more shoes!!

Visited recently with my daughter and everything was spot on. Our waitress was very attentive and our food was perfect (great pizzas).The loos were clean too!

After a girls night at the cinema we fancied a bit of a nibble before we headed home. zizzi was the chosen place and we had a variety of dishes to suit our different tastes.

I would recommend any Zizzi as the food is always a very high standard and of course you can't not have the garlic bread with mozzarella and caramelised onions... phenomenal! The services was also very friendly, which I always find.

We went in February for my birthday and it was amazing ... i got a gluten free pizza and you cant even tell the difference it was that good ... always a fantastic stop for a good pizza :):) Kate

We've often ate at zizzi, either as a couple or as a family. We've always recieved good service and excellent food, the garlic bread with caramelized onions is our favourite!!

My sister and I met up with our three cousins for our yearly get together. Zizzi's is the place. Not over priced and the food is great. The atmosphete was so relaxed and 'buzzy'. We stayed three hours and never stopped talking and reminiscing. The young man who served us was pleasant and apologised for not giving us more attention!! What! we never noticed as everything was tip top. We also had a voucher that one of the cuz' s got on line - 25% off! That was the topping on the cake. It'll be Zizz's again next year.

Our first visit to Zizzis was in May last year - good food and excellent service. So on our annual visit to the Metro Centre this year, my daughter and I decided to have our lunch there again. We asked if there was anywhere quiet to eat but, as the manageress unsmilingly pointed out, it was lunch time so there won't be anywhere quiet to eat. Which was unfortunate because we had difficulty hearing the waiter and so he would have to repeat himself about three times. And he certainly was letting his impatience show! The pizza was ok although very difficult to cut through - I gave up in the end and just ate the topping. But, the best bit was when I was paying the bill. I was not going to leave a tip for mediocre food and service which was an option on the card reader - consequently I had my payment card and receipt just "thrown" onto the table and the waiter walked off. Quite amusing really. Not going there again.

Nos encanta este lugar y a menudo visita con amigos. Esta última vez, disfrutamos de la comida muy buena, pero nos decepcionó que el servicio ha ido cuesta abajo.

Zizzis has been my favourite restaurant for a while, I can't fault the food or service we get every time!

this was last year and an unplanned visit for mid meal snacks but the choice and service was very good and I would visit again

Zizzi es perfecta si usted vegetariano o tienen un requisito de la dieta. Tienes que pedir el menú especial (vegetariano / lácteos / sin gluten). Hay una buena elección en todos los campos. Ponen una pegatina en su plato, especificando sus necesidades dietéticas, así que el riesgo de tener algo que no quieras allí es insignificante. La mayoría de sus vinos es vegetariana también - el personal están dispuestos a punto de lo que es apropiado.

We ate here recently and the food was good what impressed me more was the service we received. The staff were most helpful.

Un salto atrás en Domingo almuerzo y encontramos el establecimiento ocupado, pero el personal me recibió como siempre y me senté. Los servidores son muy amables y aún sentir que el personal de Metrocenter son las mejores en toda la cadena zizzi. Dejando de venir a no te apresuran, incluso si usted está aquí para un café. Todos los miembros son muy entusiastas y capacitados para asegurarse de su experiencia zizzi es genial.

Fuimos a Zizzi en el Metrocenter. Esta opción de nuestro hijo era temprano comida de cumpleaños. Sentaron inmediatamente. Personal muy amable y atento. Buena elección en el menú. Nuestra hija en ley es vegetariana y ella tenía un montón de opciones. Tienen un menú vegetariano/vegano por separado y personas con intolerancias alimentarias. Incluso tienen vino vegetariano. La comida estaba bien presentada y sabor encantador. Buen tamaño de las porciones. Lo recomendaría.

Me he alojado aquí unas cuantas veces y la calidad de la comida y el servicio nunca ha cambiado, siempre bien. Yo visité este lugar calle 1 en una noche de trabajo. Hacen un increíble ravioli de queso de cabra y di capra espinacas.
