Good food , got free garlic bread from the boxin machine

I ain't ordering from here again. Dry and horribly salty some of it burnt and some not cooked properly and to top it off nearly 2 hours to get delivered!!!!

Ordered chicken strips they was dry like been left for hours also a kabab witch I received no more then 3 slices of donner meat on a large nan bread won’t be ordering from here again!

my food was great, but I ordered hash browns, but was given mozzarella sticks instead, no complaint though, because they're nice, but just informing you , overall the food is amazing, thank you x

The quantity and quality of shawarma and doner kebab was very less when compared to direct buying from this shop and even the side dishes like lettuce and onion and even mayo was kept very less I am very disappointed &never going to order from here

First time order - Food was delivered on time and everything was really nice. Best chips/fries I've had in ages, really crispy, as was the SFC. Only one down side is that the gravy isn't very nice :/ will defo be ordering again, just not the gravy!

The order came very late, they didn’t answer the phone and didn’t leave a message. When the food eventually came it was greasy, cold and bland.

When I ordered my twelve inch ham and pineapple pizza. I expected there to me more pineapple pieces. And taste of ham and pineapple. But some of the slices just tasted of ham

We ordered our food at 8.37 pm on Just eat, the delivery arrived at 10.40pm. We rang twice, we had someone very rude, proper liar saying the food are on this way, then we rang again and saying the delivery is behind your door but no one was there. We rang the shop the guy does not want to take back his goods who looks so messy and some piece were frozen, the fries soggy a dog who do not eat that take away. We requested a full refund and ask him to collect back his food and no one will eat them, he refuses and pretending his food are from fresh meat. I did not believe one word, i went on the hygiene rate and this place has got 2 stars. If you want kebab i will recommend you to find another one as the staff is nasty, the food let you down.

Ordered from Zinger Wigan that's less than a mile from my address at 20:37. I waited until 21:25 like it suggests on the app. I rang the shop was told it had left should be here in few minutes, 5 calls later it's now 21:50 called again said he had phoned driver will be out side in few minutes. 22:15 called 3 more times and the shop didn't respond completely ghosted our calls. 22:50 after thinking we had been fobbed off knock at door food arrives stone cold and I mean like not edible gravy had congealed. Rang back spoken to like it was my fault completely understand sympathetic said it had just been cooked so I challenged him and said then why did you tell us over an hour ago it had left your shop ! Said I could have half my money back so I refused that as I clearly wouldn't be eating this food so I asked him to take it back and he out right refused. I told him I would contact just eat the day after. After several emails to just eat I was offered £12.89 compensation for my order of £34 I was fuming asked them to escalate this and I kept getting the same response sorry your unhappy but it's policy. So I called Zinger the same day at 4 pm and he was nasty on the phone to me told me to call back when his shop opens to date I have had no resolution it's outrageous that just eat who gave this shop a 4 star rating when we went on Wigan councils website it has a 2 star hygiene rating and looking at the reviews I wouldn't of ordered next time I will definitely not use just eat and I will encourage my family and friends to avoid it just just eat but Zinger Wigan. Customer service is not existent you don't even have a phone number to get through to a real person have to hide behind emails and you need to review your policy if I ordered directly with the shop in question I would have gone back with my food and demanded a full refund but seen as some of your partners don't want to accept the food back is a big problem it's like getting back from a supermarket and having rotten food and not being able to take it back I didn't pay for fast food to have it cold

We ordered our food at 8.37pm, the delivery was between 21.20pm to 21.40pm, we contacted them 3 times, twice they told us it s on his way, it is now 22.38 pm and we just received our order at 22.40pm, i am not happy at all with this order!!!

ordered chicken shwarma and it was a small portion, ordered 2 large milkshakes and they sent 2 small ones, so rang them up they said they was gonna send replacements and I have rang up 3 times after being sat here waiting for and hour and half and each time they saying they gonna be sending delivery driver out, and now I've just rang back and still not answering to my phone number so won't be going to this place again

Arrived around 40 minutes after the latest delivery time. Around 2 hours between ordering and delivery. Food was lovely though!

Everything tasted really good, good quality, great value for money.

Every time we order from here it’s late. And every time we ring it’s the same answer “the driver is on his way” . Last time he was on his way for over an hour when i live 5 minutes away! I asked the delivery driver when he got here when he had set off and he said 5 minutes ago , told him they’ve been telling me he’s on his way for ages and he said they do this all the time and even he gets annoyed with it , probably because he gets all the grief !

The food is excellent from them, but every time I order food from them it's is always late, 35 minutes late this time, they should do if it's not on time you get it free, I bet they'll start delivering on time then!!!

it was on time just, food was piping hot only thing I didn't get was a fruit shoot but I did get a can of tango in place of it so a win for me haha. I'd order again but I'm out looking for a good zinger burger but most takeaways like this one cover it in sauce not quite what I'm looking for but will order again for things outside of chicken. I'd have to try the kebabs to see if it would be my regular or not, but not for chicken. but glad I tried giving the reviews of missing items but was good

Food was over 2 hours late, chicken was undercooked couldn't eat it and garlic bread cold. No chilli sauce on burger. Never ordering again.

Great food bit let down I only receive one part of meal my main. didn't receive my desert. food great when all received I don't order much as I work on a tight budget and when I do put a order in it gets let down. all other times food great but today I was tired and hungry and let down by service. hope next time I get the meal I wanted and paid for to. they could of sent me something to replace order than send nothing at all disappointment I hope for better service next time not so happy custom

Food was sub standard, chips were cold and literally tiny in terms of portion size. We got the family pizza deal and it was just a rip off. First time ordering but absolutely the last.

Rang as I didn't receive my chips or can which clearly states on uber and gives no option to change to a meal as advised by the restaurant. Very spicy kebab which I wasn't expecting, garlic bread no taste at all. Did arrive very quickly and was boiling hot

Today is the third time my order has had mayo added when I have called and requested no mayo. They take note of my request then deliver it with mayo anyway. I'm allergic to egg, third time the food has gone in the bin. Not ordering from here again.

Generally good food, I’ve ordered from here 20+ times, but every SINGLE time we ask for no mayo via a comments section via Just Eat etc (I know it’s on the menu) they do not do it….. tonight, I thought for a change I will ring the restaurant and ask them by phone to not put ANY mayonnaise on anything and despite ringing, we have mayo on our burgers ….

The guy on the phone was nice to me. He even rang the driver to get a time on when it would arrive. But way too late for me not to put it on here. Which I dislike doing because he was helpful.

Not happy at all rang after 30 minutes of being late to be told it would be leaving in a minute then to have to ring another 40 minutes later to be told it's only just left. Not happy.

This was a pre-order so I don't know what is the restaurant excuse when you had the order in yoir system at least an hour before the delivery time. Also, the food was a going cold.

Placed an order at 6pm and at 9pm order still not arrived. Delivery was supposed to be at 7.15pm at first then knocked back to 8pm then got told was out for delivery at 8.15pm still hadn't arrived by 9pm was told on its way they was very busy. I understand places get busy but over 3 hours for an order is an absolute disgrace

Firstly lied that food was on the way and then when I rang for the 4th time was told to hold whilst they call the driver but just kept me on hold didn't even bother ringing the driver as could hear everything..over 2.30mins later and still not arrived though driver supposedly left over an hour ago. When I rang was told your address is far we don't usually deliver there If that's the case then don't except the order or just call and say don't make people wait about

I wish there was a 0 star option. Because they don’t deserve 1 star. Ordered from just eat and its been 2.30 hours now whilst we are round the corner from them. We rang up 4 times and the guy put us on hold and pretending to contact the MIA driver who apparently left an hour ago. We could hear everything there was no effort made to deliver a good customer service. Really disappointed. You really need to work on few things to get good reviews. Before ordering from this olace please check reviews on just eat.

2 hours late when we only live basically around the corner rang the restaurant twice and they said it it was only 5 mins when it continued to be 20 mins - food was ok but wasn't worth the wait

At 17:20 and still no food even after being told the food is with the courier 25mins earlier, the shop is a 9 minute drive from my address, was told it would be here at 16:55! Really disappointed in the level of service and communication. I will not be ordering from this shop again. I want a full refund.
