What a burger! Milkshake to die for as well. Highly recommended

Ordered via just-eat last night at 20:20, food didn’t arrive until 22:20 and it was freezing cold. I took one bite of the chicken burger that I ordered and it was raw. This is hy far the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. AVOID!!!!!

Kids love Zak’s. Item we ordered was not available, shop phoned to let me and arranged alternative and no no extra cost to us. Staff are always pleasant on phone. Driver was polite, cheery and checked all items where in bag before handing it over. Great service all round

I cannot even begin to fathom how absolutely VILE the food I received from here was. The wrap was tiny and 90% wrap 10% filling; the wrap was chewy and stale. The "wings" are laughable and without a doubt the worst "wings" I have ever had from anywhere. I ate 1 and a half wings. They were soggy, covered in some garbage batter (which wasn't in the description) and the buffalo sauce was generic hot sauce. The taste was diabolically bad. Extortionate, also. Id be embarrassed to own this place.

Food was late and arrived cold. Portions were small for the price. It’s a shame because it all tasted great, but the service was extremely lacking!

if u have placed an order at 10:30 and the app stays it has been delivered and me the customer still waiting for the order @12 :30 and that too 2 milkshakes !! pounds disappeared into thin air guys .never again

Shocking prices for the very small portion sizes. It was nice but wouldn’t buy again for this reason.

I’ve waited around two hours just for a milkshake and it’s shown as delivered when I haven’t received anything and no one will pick up the phone

The nachos were so poor. There was no cheese sauce. Purely a slim layer of cheese, loads of crisps and a small layer of chicken/beef. For the price I’d have expected more.

Ordered beef nachos, arrived cold and with a sprinkle of cheese. Won’t be ordering from here again, disappointed as reviews are good. Spent £16 on them with delivery and got £7 refund after having only 2 mouthfuls. Shame on you Just Eat. Cobbing Runts!

Didn’t even deliver two wraps.

Order time was over an hour from when we in the first place but was still 30 mins late. I do understand the place was busy but we had absolutely no updates whatsoever. Eventually when the food did come the fries were cold and the dessert was a disaster.

2nd time where delivery has been way longer than promised, no refund offered just an apology at the door. It wasn't even a weekend either, a standard week day, won't be ordering again, such a shame as food is so very good

£15 for zinger burger and I got the smallest bit of chicken what was also look warm same with the fries.

your chicken wrap is the best I found in my area so far. The grilled taste of it was delicious and I would love to be your customer; however, as I don't like chillies, it was too spicy for me. Is there a way you could make it without chillies? at least to give the option for those who don't handle chillies well?

Both chicken burgers were inedible rock solid batter and the thinnest slice of chicken can't believe they sent this out like that absolute disgrace a don't ever complain but will never eat or recommend this place ever again

Chicken wrap very greasy, oily, very basic with far too much red onion. Couldn’t continue after two bites. Burger was average again far too much red onion.

Boxed well to stay hot. Utensils were provided to eat with which was useful. Good quality food, happy overall. Bit on the pricier side but worth it as a treat.

we ordered a few things as 1st time and wanted to try bits.. Peri Peri chicken wings with Zaks sauce- AMAZING. Cheeseburger fab too sauce is lovely. Loaded beef fries were quite dry felt like to much beef & not enough sauce. Lastly the filled churros these were v bad, very undercooked, the batter was so soft I could hardly lift them. I had to put them in the air fryer to try & crisp them up but this just dried out the filling. Despite this is I can see Zak had potential to be great

Zinger burger was phenomenal just wish it was bit thicker with the chicken , wrap and milkshake was unreal and was ready within 20 minutes . We’ll be ordering again !

The food is nice - the only thing that lets them down is the packaging isn’t suitable for the chips as it makes them soggy and wet. Just a bit of feedback if there is a better way of keeping the chips fresh and not soaking with condensation.

I ordered a plain double cheeseburger, I received a double hamburger. Disappointed. Food was lovely but unfortunately after going to collect at set time I still had to wait a further 20 minutes.

Delivery driver was very pleasant and gave me a call to say he was nearly here. Fries were lovely and salty, wings were lovely and flavourful and the zaks burger had so many flavours it was incredible. I would definitely order again.

This food is delicious. Dirty American deliciousness. Cooked fresh so not very fast food but great food nonetheless.

Food was really lovely. Not a drop of grease in sight. Delivered super quick. Milkshakes were delicious. The only thing I would say is that we probably wouldn't order again due to cost. £36 for 2x burgers, 2x fries and 2x milkshakes is really steep. If the pricing was revised we would definitely order again.

Placed an order costing over £80. Chips under cooked, not breast of chicken & burgers under cooked. Customer service very poor. No manager & apparently young girl in shop herself. DO NOT USE.

food is always amazing from here but I was really disappointed tonight, I ordered a meal deal and chose the option for Zac's fries, i hadnt had them before, they were REALLY salty, and burnt my mouth, when I looked at the sides menu they were listed as Zac's salt fries, but on the burger meal deal it just said Zac's fries, if it had said salt fries I wouldn't have ordered them. I ate some fries first and it ruined the taste of the burger, food is usually 10/10 but not tonight, waste of money!
