Ordered from here for the first time and so glad we did. Food was amazing! Ordered for home delivery, food arrived piping hot and quality, quantity and freshness of all the dishes was fantastic. Excellent food and excellent service. Would highly recommend 5 ⭐️

We have never had a bad takeaway from here - it’s quickly become our favourite place to have takeaway the food is always great quality, they are always really fast with their delivery, and the staff are lovely.

Just wanted too say that the service was above and beyond. The front of house guy was lovely and was able too make my curry hotter than normal They added in extra poppadoms as a kind gesture. The curry itself was the best I have ever tasted. So fresh and the absolutely amazing for taste. Will definitely be returning Thank you again xx

We absolutely love zaffran. The food is always amazing, as is the service. We ordered takeaway for our wedding anniversary and recieved a few extra surprises in our order. We recommend the kebab cocktail starter an absolute favourite of ours and a usual item on our orders. We have tried many curries on the menu and none have disappointed. Thank you all .

On a busy Friday night food was ready for collection on time and was piping hot. Mixed kebab starter was delicious, Lamb Rezela was cooked to order (medium) The nan breads were perfect, we will definitely use this as our local Indian takeaway now. Prices aren't too bad ours was 32.00 for 2 starters 2 mains 2 nans 1 rice.

Over 2 hours for a delivery rang when it got to an hour and half was told driver on his way but stuck behind learners turned up 40 minutes later claiming to have been pulled over with Luke warm food curry was ok not a great deal of meat, garlic keema naan dry as a bone

Rude, Arrogant no courtesy. Ordered some food just now (walk in). After paying for the order I asked how much time for collection, the owner said it will be 10-15 minutes. Before I left the premises the owner asked the kitchen and informed me that the wait time is 30-40 minutes. I feel if there is delay of 30 minutes or more, I should have been informed before placing the order and said this same thing to the owner and also asked him that is this the type of service they provide. The owner very arrogantly said YES and I was taken aback by the answer. I believe one should not patronise any business that gives incorrect information and has no courtesy to apologise for the same but instead be arrogant and imply that this is how they run their business.

Nice choice of dishes, fast service with dishes cooked to order. Particularly like the Naga Chilli Chicken with balti rice

Yep... its good. I love a madras and this was first ordered onnline..simple menu and ontime delivery. Food? Madras heat perfect. Sauce spice and flavoursome. Rice fluffy and fresh. 4* from me. Think I've only ever given a 5* once....and that was for a curry house in Magor.

The food was ordered for 8pm but arrived at 5.30. The food was very hot which was good. I ordered a lamb madras. The lamb was like rock not chewable and had lots of gristle. I'm a big fan of spicy food but this was supposed to be a madras and was so spicy it was actually inedible. I wouldn't order from here again. I still feel unwell this morning

Regularly very good tasting dishes. Good balance of flavours & consistent, which is appreciated. Coming from the curry capital of Britain, I know a good curry when eating one. Highly recommended !

Had a couple of takeaways from Zaffran whenever I'm in the area, most recently a large order for 10 people. Zaffran were great - all of the food is delicious and great quality, and they were kind enough to give us a pack of poppadoms and loads of dips/salad to top up our order. Really lovely! Thanks guys, will definitely order from you next time I'm in Caldicot and fancy a takeaway 😊

We have had a takeaway twice now from the Zaffran and on both occasions all our meals have been stunning. Really tasty curries, lovely chicken. Nice to finally have a good Indian takeaway in this area. Lovely staff too

Very good food and helpful friendly delivery driver. I am a fan and will be back. That was my original review. Forget that. After delivering to my address three times, I tried to order tonight and they refused because "it is outside their area". If you are hungry, live close, otherwise, find a restaurant that isn't bound to a rigid, ridiculous geo system. My five star rating is rescinded and I will never order from this outlet again.

An easy to use website with a choice of an array of dishes. The service was prompt polite and friendly, The dishes piping hot, excellent portions, beautifully cooked meats and exceptional flavours. Overall, highly highly recommend. We will definitely be using again.

Really enjoyed our first takeaway from here last night. I would highly reccomend and will definitely be using this indian again. Food was delicious. Set meal for 2 was well worth the price of £19.95. 👍👍
