Yummy House in Sheffield

Me encantaría revisar la comida. El menú tenía una gran variedad de comida y se ofrecía durante el día, ideal para un almuerzo de oficina como recompensa corporativa. Lamentablemente, quince minutos antes de la entrega de una hora, recibimos una llamada para informarnos que no pudieron cumplir con nuestro pedido y, como tal, canceló la entrega. Una gran decepción en todos los aspectos.

Comida grasosa terrible mantente alejado de aquí chips pollo inedable muy masticable algunos alimentos no estaban calientes y algunos parecían haber sido cocinados varias veces

La administración tardó 1 hora y 50 minutos después de que dijeron que no duraría más de 1 hora y 10 minutos. Rang para saber dónde estaba el orden dos veces. La segunda vez habló con un hombre que dijo que estaba demasiado ocupado para hablarme mientras estaba preparando las órdenes. La comida finalmente llegó y hacía frío. ¡Y no había galletas de gambas! ! !

Pedí a The Hungry House, recibí un mensaje de confirmación y un correo electrónico de. Unos 20 minutos más tarde, recibí un mensaje de texto que decía que mi pedido había sido cancelado. Impresionado con Hungry House, me llamó enseguida, se disculpó y me explicó acerca de un reembolso. No me impresionó con Yummy House, ya que ahora es demasiado tarde para ordenar desde cualquier lugar porque no queda nada abierto.

i asked for less vegetables they gave me extra extra vegetables basically no meat, when i had got through the picking all of them out and the meal was a third the size! not happy

Not ordering from here again waste of money.chips nearly cold.sweet n sour Hong Kong style chicken was waste of time more onion n peppers than the small pieces of chicken we got in it. Free wings looked like last nights food. N took 1.45 minutes to come. Wish we ordered from somewhere else next time we will

Order was delivered extremely late! When rang the restaurant there wasn't an answer! Food wasn't very warm either! Doubt very much if I'll order from them again. Not happy 😢

Terrible service. Order was declared delivered well before it was received. Calls were being ignored. New management is very poor.

My order was 30 mins late and two items were wrong. I received pineapple chicken instead of lemon, and seaweed instead of sweet and sour chicken... Thankfully Just Eat arranged a refund.

The food took over an hour and a half to come when I rang after we had been waiting an hour and half and all they said was it should be there any minute! No apologies or explanations at all. The food was cold, they missed the rice out even though we paid for it and everything else was very disappointing! It used to be good but somehow everything now tastes different and it is very slow. We won't be ever ordering again from here.

After waiting 2 hours for my food and calling 5 time being reassured that the food was on it's way each time, they managed to forget the extra sauce I payed extra for too. Terrible service and okay food

Food was verging on cold. Salt and pepper chicken had about 6 tiny pieces in there. Disappointed it took an hour and a half to be delivered.

Over 2 hours late and we received no compensation after several phone calls following up on the order.

Ordered food at 00:45, was told that the food would be delivered at 2am. Called at 2am and was told my food was ready and they were just waiting on a driver. Food arrived at 3am, and was cold.

Great tasting food with generous portions. All topped off with a reasonable price. The delivery lady also made sure she was delivering to the right person by confirming my name since I live in a block of flats, something no other delivery person has done from any fast food service. Top stuff will be using them again.

Mal servicio después de ordenar en hungryhouse. Se llamó 10 minutos después del tiempo de entrega máximo indicado para que se le informara que estaba en camino. Volvió a llamar 30 minutos después de que le dijeran que se había ido hace 5 minutos, y no hubo ninguna explicación de por qué había una demora. La comida estaba bien después de una larga espera y, sorprendentemente, no hace frío, pero no vale la pena el retraso.

Honestly cannot fault either the food or service or price of food

ordered at half past 11 still not delivered 2 hours later rang the takeaway twice for the man to say he's spoke to the delivery driver he will be 2 minutes that was half an hour ago will definately not be ordering again still no idea what is happening with my food

Wont be ordering from here again. I ordered from here to have the time changed to the have to ring them twice to be greeted with very rude customer service to then have to seek food elseware

food was ordered around 6:30 and still waited at 20:25 and it is not here yet. would suggest changing order time so customers are informed. the food is good though.

Lacking in hoisin sauce and red thai special curry sauce compared to what I normally get!

It's the second time I order from them, the food was not bad, also they added a free treat to my order (chicken wings). It's not the best I have ever had, but it's a good deal for the money! :)

The food tasted as tho it had been reheated up on a microwave as the chicken was very chewy the sweet and sour sauce was luke warm the mushroom rice was ok but the rest of it was awful. Don't think i will be ordering again from them as it's under new management.

I placed an order online and also paid for the food, the wrong order came actually was prawns that I'm allergic too when I called the restaurant they said to call back later their busy, I tried to explain that I ordered chicken not prawns they offered me a free can of coke, when I said this was unacceptable they put the phone down, I called back and they said to contact just eat there busy and again put the phone down, I contacted just eat who offered 80% refund I had to go back to them again for them to offer me a full refund, I'm still waiting for this refund from just eat so I'm out of pocket with no food.

Never ordering from here again!! Shocking customer service. We ordered BBQ spare ribs and sweet & sour spare ribs, they were 30minutes late saying on just eat it had been delivered but when we rang it was still in the shop. BBQ spare ribs were fine, sweet & sour spare ribs came as a tub full of sauce and veg and 2 tiny pieces of meat. called the shop and they asked us to ring back 15mins later so we did and they were awful, the lady who we spoke to would not listen to what we were saying and she said she sent us the "special ribs" whatever they are, which we didn't order! after 10mins of talking to her my boyfriend spoke to another man on the phone who was just as bad talking over us and not listening. We ended up hanging up as they had no customer service skills whatsoever and were not willing to listen. Finally called just eat and got the order refunded. Never ever ordering from here again! vile customer service!

The portions a lot smaller than before & hardley any meat & vegtables, very disappointed.

The food was amazing - I can't fault it! The delivery was a few mins earlier than expected so I'm happy! Will definitely be ordering from there again!

Delivery wasn't the fastest (an hourish) but nothing major. Other than that it was great! The restaurant were happy to change things in my order when I asked and all of the food was delicious. The delivery driver was really nice too and apologised for the slight delay

The food quality rating is a guess as the food didn't arrive after 2 hours at which point I gave up. I called an hour ago and was assured the food was on it's way, now the number is busy. I hope to get a refund.

Our food was over an hour late. Communication with the managers was difficult and when asked what time it would be arriving the answer was "later" but never specified an actual time! Even when asking for a refund it took ages for them to sort it out. Also food was not hot by the time it was here. Best avoided in my opinion.

Ordered given previous review. Food ordered, Yummy house moved delivery time by ten minutes when accepting order. 15 minutes after due delivery time I rang takeaway, who said it was en route. 20 minutes later I rang again and was told it was in front of driver now who'd deliver it straight away. Arrived 45 minutes after due time. Food reflected this - tofu was dry to a crisp and not edible. Wish I had checked before paying, as would have returned food. Driver was pleasant and apologetic upon delivery, saying they had been unpredictably busy. I wouldn't mind that, but the fact that the first person to take my call lied and food was inedible ruined my experience. No suggestion of reduced payment, only if wanted to cancel order but given it was 10pm it wasn't an option to reorder elsewhere.

Very nice!! my food came with some spring roles to my sons delight. Dim Sum was full of flavor, perfect with my chicken noodle soup. Best dinner from a takeaway i have had in agers. None greesy and clean tasting. ON TIME TOO!!

After almost 3 hours they were preparing my order with an excuse of being busy!!!!! I am so disappointed. Not recommended.

We ordered a Chinese from Yummy house on a Sunday evening. The food never arrived. We tried calling the restaurant numerous times but the phone was 'user busy' for 40 minutes. Very poor. Would not order again!

My order has not yet turned up and it's an hour late. The app says it's been delivered but it hasn't.

Great quality Chinese, came earlier than expected and with a few freebies which was really nice! Will definitely order again

Waited an hour and a half for food, when it finally arrived the driver couldn't find the car park of the student village. He hung up after a while and I waited 15 minutes in the car park - nothing else until I eventually rang back very angry. When he finally arrived I asked if he could take off the delivery charge because I was very frustrated at this point, and he said he would have to ring his boss to check. I told him never mind, but he did anyway, after a 5 minute conversation he told me he could take a pound off. Altogether took nearly 2 hours to get food and it was cold. Won't be ordering from here again, and sounds like many people have had similar experiences...

I have always ordered from this take away in the past and given good ratings, but sadly this will be my last time. I wonder if there is a new chef, as every dish was so different from previous orders, I honestly would have believed it was a different takeaway. The food was either very bland or far too spicy, it just wasn't tasty. We asked in the notes section for egg free rice, but they clearly do not read the notes, as we were given rice with egg in. Plus we were given free chicken wings, which was rather bizarre considering every dish we ordered was vegetarian.

Nearly 2 hours we have been waiting for our food and still haven't received it!!! Rang after waiting an hour and 10 mins to be told "it's on it's way to you"... We live 2 mins drive away and 30 mins later, WE ARE STILL WAITING.

Last 2 times orederd Cantonese spring rolls & been given veg after been promised they are Cantonese but again they r veg, if u have sold out take them off the menu please

Ok. 50 mins later got my cold £25 order. Let's not meantion the countless calls or the laughing from the rude lady on the phone or the driver lying bout getting in to the premises or the fact order was wrong oh and knocking on the door vut we ignored. the driver drive past me ignore my call to him and walking on to the next block of flats... constantly getting told he's on his way in ur area yet 35 mins later still nothing.. Told I could have meal recooked but after waiting nearly an hour extra no I won't have it recooked. Full refund I can have but need to speak to just eat about it!

Given veg spring rolls again but ordered Cantonese rolls & promised they were definitely Cantonese!!! Please take them off the menu if you don't have them, don't like the veg ones!

Very disappointing, not sure if Yummy House is under new management or something but the entire thing wasn't great. Food arrived 45 minutes late, they sent us chicken when we specifically said not to because we're vegetarian. Food was cooked poorly in comparison to previous times and sauces were stingy. Used to be our favourite Chinese, we'll be looking elsewhere in future.

Did not deliver. Kept saying it was on the way, Just Eat even tried but the restaurant ended up not answering. Terrible!

Didn't receive my order in full Staff were second to useless, no manager around to resolve problems. I hate complaining about service but this was horrible from start to finish. Delivery girl also cleverly forgot to bring any change so she got a considerable tip for terrible service. Would not recommend if it was the last place on earth.

2 hours late with the wrong order, was out of order as when the delivery man arrived he blamed me for getting the wrong order, by this time the food was cold

Food was an hour late. Tried to call them twice to ask why and they didn't pick up. When they did, they said it was on the way. Then the driver called me to ask which road I live on, even though this was clearly stated with my order, like any Just Eat order. When the food got here it was pretty bland, and badly packaged so that syrup from the banana fritters got on the other boxes and made everything sticky.

Waiting an hour for delivery after ordering on just eat, then rang up to ask where it was and was told my food was on it's way. Half an hour later it still hadnt arrived, so I went down to the takeaway where the staff had no idea about our order. The delivery driver said that my address wasn't on the list for delivery, but lo and behold my order was sat behind the counter in plain sight being kept warm! When we did finally get the food home (over an hour a half after ordering) it was greasy and m ost of it was cold., however the spring rolls were very nice. And they did throw in some free chicken.Would not order from here again and would not recommend
