Food was top drawer , best takeaway in ellon 100% !!!! Ordered it , 20mins it was ready , the rest of the takeaways in ellon 1 hour , 2 hours for collection , unreal..... Will defo go back , love the rainbow chicken...

Tried here for the first time tonight. Really highly recommend. This was by far the best takeaway I've had in a long time. My friend had the lemon chicken and loved it. My curry was delicious too. Will definitely be back. Cash only

I had my first takeaway from here last night, the spring rolls were OK room for improvement, but the curry was outstanding by far the best Chinese curry in Ellon, very similar to Mr Li's (former head chef of wok wok in Aberdeen), thoroughly recommended *****

Over all good food, I ordered honey chilli chicken and the carrots and onions weren’t cooked. Tasted like they chopped up onions and carrots and just put them in the dish.. the chips were really good and my partners curry was really nice too!! Recommend!

I was here with my aunt. We had the special: a falafel toasted wrap with mango chutney and hummus. It was a lovely atmosphere. I have had cakes and carry-outs from here. That was the first time I had lunch there, and it was tasty.

3 Netherly PlaceThis is honestly an absolute gem in Ballater and one of the nicest tearooms we’ve ever visited. If you’re in the area it’s absolutely worth a visit. Built on the restored Victorian railway station you are seated in oodles of history and charm. It’s beautiful inside with plenty of seating both inside and out. On the right as you enter is booth seating that replicates a corridor train layout and on the left an open plan area with a replica of the royal family’s railway carriage. Beside the main door turn to your left and you’ll find a replica of the royal waiting room which was beautifully presented. We loved the attention to detail throughout and how spotless the whole place was. They have a nice selection of hot and cold food and drink and loved that the menu showed where each of the locally sourced ingredients came from. The menu isn’t huge but this shows they specialise in quality rather than quantity. Their cake and home bake selection is amazing and each looked as nice as the last. We went for some hot drinks, breakfast roll and a cake each. Everything we ate and drank was delicious and you can tell the ingredients were quality and worth every penny. Two younger male staff served and both delivered excellent customer service. We head out Deeside a lot and can’t wait to go back.

14 High StreetWe did not stay at the hotel, just stopped in for lunch. It was a wonderful lunch. They do an over 60s special on a Friday. We had a three course lunch and every course was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
