Great food, friendly staff, good service

We order online for collection and they missed the order, we waited because they looked really worried about their failure but at the end we had margerita pizzas instead of doner pizzas. Really disappointed with the food and the service, it looks like they don't know what they're doing.

Really disappointed. We aren't very demanding customers but I'm forced to say that they need to improve in order to, at least, offer something decent. First they missed our online order so we have to wait under the rain for them to get it done, and after that and quite a lot of apologises, we found in the flat that our Donner pizzas were margaritas instead.

Eveone beware of the food from yum yum of this take food not fit for human consumption selling green chips that are posin when eaten the delivery missing items when delivery comes.it lookes like chicken is pink in side when it cooked not only that the food id not good I think this company yum yum just taken the piss out of coustomers I will be taken up the complaints with aberdeen city council food safe becomes chicken pink had anyone been sick or unwell front this takeway Don't buy anything from this takeaway sell mold burger buns and not cooking burger

Dear god, I decided to try out a new kebab shop because I was fed up of going to the same one. As soon as I got in they all looked at me up and down in a very threatening way. I still proceeded to put in my order and then I felt a pain on my foot. I reacted without looking and kicked up my feet then saw a furry ball fly through the air. I gasped, I clutched my pearls, I almost fainted. It was a rat. It had bitten me. I told the manager and he just said “Don’t worry that’s normals. Do you want extra salad on your chips” and I was like “First of all having rats isn’t normal and neither is putting salad on chips” he brushed me off and continued to put a whole cabbage on my chips. The rat that I kicked away just got picked up by the manager, no gloves, put in the deep fat frier. The immediately left to go to hospital and had to get multiple injections because not only did they have rats but the rats had rabies. I do not suggest eating here unless you want a rat and rabies supper with a whole cabbage on the side. Sickos. Total sickos.

Ordered food 1hour30mins ago and still not arrived, try calling at 8pm when it said it arrived and it was the wrong number of the website tried the one on google and the man dismissed us and said will be 5-10mins it’s now been 20minutes since the call. Terrible service

Here nearly every second day, the staff now know my order and are incredibly friendly and funny. Swear down best food I've had in years can never say no to a yum yum, personal recommendations would be a donor hogie with chili sauce and red cabbage, mixed Bursa (seriously the bursa are bloody incredible) and a mixed donor calzone. All of which are amazing portion sizes and price. I've saved a lot of money since they are cheap and around the corner for me not to mention lost weight too!

I've ordered kebabs, burgers, pizza and chips from here and the food is always good. First time ordering pizza though. Double pepperoni and cheese and it was beautiful. You always get a warm welcome when you go in for a collection and the customer service is first class 👍

I buy food from here weekly and usually I buy the chicken shish as I know they will cook it straight away. But tonight I bought chicken kebab.. what a waste and disappointment. More than half was burn, hard they actually scub the tray for last piece of the chicken, when they had full shish cooked.

A place of the highest kindness and respect. We feel reassured in all aspects. The highest quality and the best service. Amazing attention.

Used this place quite a few times now always been pretty good but last night we stopped for some food on the way home and it was poor... portion size shocking about 5 forks of chips for a large and curry sauce was pure water. Disappointing

We went in tonight with our little girl to get some supper and the food was excellent so tasty and cooked to perfection!!! The staff were so kind my daughter got a free juice and everyone was so lovely towards her. Thanks again for the fantastic food and for all your kindness.

Served me with 1 minute 'till closing. Donner kebab was top tier - would recommend

Ordered the large Chips and Döner, I really liked it (especially after my bad experience with one of the Kebab Shop in city centre), the staff is also very warm and kind

Food is decent if fresh however their service is absolutely terrible and they lack the basic ability of taking accountability. Ordered kebab for delivery and explicitly specified the need for cutlery. The delivery driver did not bring this which is fine - people forget, things happen, it’s ok. When I called the woman on the phone she said she’ll send within 10mins. These 10mins were longed out so much that our food got cold and was basically inedible. Not once did we get an apology. I am not entirely sure which colleague I spoke to but it was a female and she has the communication skills of a 12year old - no ability to effectively communicate to customers or provide a simple apology. Genuinely disappointed. When I started explaining how I felt about the service she told me to leave feedback online in a careless manner. 0/5 if I could.

I have been their customer for a while now, and they never failed me once. I have my usual, which is slightly off the menu but they allways do it for me for which I am very thankful. I can only recommend them as these guys are doing an amazing job.

Honestly… ripped off. Food: The special mixed kebab (lamb shish, chicken shish & doner) Menu price said £9.00 for a LARGE we were charged £9.50. Took ages to cook, but no problem as the meat was cooked from raw. The biggest disappointment? THE PORTION SIZE. £9.50 for a dish with a tiny container of salad, no chips and the smallest amount of meat on a doner I have ever seen. PHOTO OF FOOD IS ATTACHED. I’ll be honest me and my flatmate had one bite each of the lamb meat before taking the pic, but you can still see the portion size for a LARGE Kebab - that top layer of meat you can see, there is no more meat under there, just pita bread… If you’re hungry and want a good deal for your money don’t come here. I am willing to try Yum Yum Kebab one more time and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Took an hour to arrive (from three hundred metres up the road), salad and sauce were missing, staff unwilling to replace, sent the driver round to shout at me and call me a liar. Meat was overcooked and tough, chips were soggy. Very disappointing, won't use again.

Ordered my food, a large doner kebab. Paid for a large doner as per that price and what I had asked for. They gave me a medium which wasn't what I wanted. The person in the queue before me had a large doner so saw what it should've looked like and mine wasn't that. Also asked for sauce on my food and they just handed me a tub of garlic sauce instead. Told them this wasn't what I wanted and they tried to make it out like I had ordered wrong, so they couldn't have cared less. I wasn't impressed with the brother's attitude and won't be returning.

Have been giving this place the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough now. There is a Chinese girl working there that will ruin your meal!! When I visit a kebab shop I want it made by people who know what they are doing, this Chinese girl had runined my order on 3 occasions now. Do not recommend this place, she should be working in the place next door not here!!

We ordered take out and the driver did not ring the bell or knock. He just walked into our house scaring our baby. The driver then defended himself saying the restaurant told him to just go in. The driver stood in our home arguing with my partner about it. Horrible service!!

Delicious Food. Had a quarter pounder with some Wings. Was made quickly and efficiently And Absolutely Delicious. Sadly No Eating in but We'll worth a visit. Very Friendly Staff As well..👌

So glad I tryed this restaurant food was delicious delivery came early food was hot and and fine portions especially there pickled chillies amazing and the staff were friendly and more then helpful, thanks 😊 will be back again for sure

Check your website rates, as last time I was told that order via your own page is cheaper and its not true. Order via Just Eat same choice several pounds cheaper. Why? Food is tasty no questions

My Friday treat is a takeaway delivered to my door and the last 3 weeks it's been from here. The mixed donner bursa kebab is packed with donner and chicken donner with chunks of crisp pitta on the base. The sauce combines with this to make a delicious dish. I've also had the spicy sausage kebab and special kebab, all to a high standard and delicious too. A prompt reasonably priced delivery service and good price makes this great value.

First things first. I phoned and sked if I can order my food and just pick it up at 6.10 pm and the lady said yes no problem will be ready. So I'm there at the time it's raining as f. And I'm coming to the door to say I came to pick up the food they said 2 minutes so I thought they just about to place it to the box and hand it over. In fact they just started making it and I had to wait another 10 minutes outside which made no difference if I called them before or not. Next the salad on the first day was best ever, the sweet onion lots of red cabbage, all together was so tasty. Now it is tasteless. The onion so different and some tiny bits of red cabbage. 😥 Chips awesome as on the first day but it is not a chip shop tho so I wish the rest of it was the same as the first day plus if you don't take phone orders just say to come and order id put some warmer clothes on 😉

Gave us the wrong food in our order, took it back and they tried to blame me (somehow this was my fault), also in our tub of Garlic Sauce there multiple Dead Insects, Not ideal, Would not Recommend.

Oh dear order didn't come as asked tonight after the last order. I really hate salad in sauce poured all over my food. Ends up soggy in not very nice. Big change from other night.

wow first time ordering and was so good had a spicy pizza and chips and cheese and the pizza was cooked and made to perfection definitely be back 😍
