Sunday lunch took 50mins. Meat was cold, frozen parsnips overcooked,frozen roast potatoes no gravy. When complained rude manager. Left without eating or paying. Awful.

First time in the week with my 2 pups staff were friendly and food was fantastic

Had steak pie- it was ‘ok’ but not home made & more out of a standard box of pies. Service was good. Food came quick but surprised they didn’t have chips and had to go out to get some. On walking in, it wasn’t very welcoming- more like a “ what are tou doing here?” But once seated food was quick and service improved. Wouldn’t rush back.

First time here and first time eating here and have to say it's a 10 out of 10 for me. We went at dinner time so was quiet. Staff with very friendly and polite. My dogs were welcomed with open arms. Highly recommend.

We called Tuesday afternoon for a drink and a meal. The barman Tom was very welcoming and chatty. My wife was delighted with her food, it was tasty and hot. There were treats for our dogs. We will be back.

They weren't serving food on our visit, but the bar is well stocked, and the staff are very pleasant

We went there and checked on their website that there is deal two cocktails for £10 and food served till 22:30 when we arrived we was apologised by staff and its been stated that the food is not on and cocktails are £7.50 each not a fortune but stop misleading customers. Wanted to sit outside I've checked all three patio heaters that were there they all been out of gas. We left hungry and disappointed

The food is great, the people are great and so is the atmosphere. It may be slightly expensive for drinks but it's worth it, due to the massive amount of entertainment in terms of music and the amazing staff.

Food was awful. Seemed it was all microwaved and not fresh. Ordered starters and mains, they all arrived at once. Barmaid was too interested in sitting with her friend outside and vaping, left the bar un-occupied on numerous occasions whilst people were waiting to be served. Then someone who works there who wasn't on shift but was in as a customer had to bring our food over because the barmaid was to busy outside and didn't hear the bell to bring the food out. Shocking food and service.

Really lovely Sunday lunch. Delicious food, great choice and food well presented and tasty. Great service all staff polite and friendly. Dog friendly pub nice bowl of treats and some slices of meat for our furry friend! We had a lovely afternoon visiting our daughter and her boyfriend in Leeds and we will definitely come again. Thank you.

Booked for Mother’s Day 5 people no table when we arrived as someone had sat in our allocated table we were asked if we would sit at a large plastic garden table but we refused so the other people were moved to the table We ordered waited a good 20 minutes for starters then another 40 minutes for our beef dinner beef was red and tough we couldn’t eat it all I as was the roast potatoes as the sprouts and carrots were hard a few peas awful asked for beef to be put in doggy bag to take home for the dog deserts ordered but after another 45 minutes gave it up as a bad job and asked for our bill which they tried to charge us for drinks and dessert we didn’t have that sorted and after arriving at 1.15 our booking time it is now 4 o’clock and left all fed up Will never go there again!! Disgusting

Went with family for Christmas Dinner and was quite disappointed with the experience! We had to wait ages for our food to arrive, so much so that we nearly walked out before receiving dessert because it was taking too long! The food itself was ok but the veg was rock hard and the dessert was supposed to be a deluxe chocolate cake was a slice of hard cake from the freezer! Atmosphere wasn’t Christmassy at all! In fact it felt quite depressing! Staff were rushing around and not once asked how our meal was or if everything was ok! I am assuming because they knew it wasn’t! Felt like a waste of money and a waste of what should have been a lovely Christmas dinner treat! Would definitely not eat here again!

Clean beautiful food great happy staff. Fantastic value for money too. Had sausage and mash which I wouldn't normally have, and it was gorgeous. Will return definitely.

I was met by Tom the landlord... Nice chap who opened up early so I could complete my work. The wool pack is nicely decorated with extended seating areas, open fires at either end for them cold nights. Large carpark with 2 electric car charging bays.

Amazing service the landlord is a great laugh we don’t know him that well but I think he goes by the name Tarquin food is amazing friendly place would recommend to anyone in the local and visitors to area

A cosy inviting pub. A great selection of food and well cooked and well presented. The peri-peri chicken wrap was hot, hot, hot but as it should be and very crispy chips with the skin on. Even better was the unexpected bonus of a drink for £1 extra! Some restrictions on this but still a great choice. The biscoff sundae was HUGE as well as delicious although not good for my waistline. Accompanied by coffee! All for well under £20. Easy parking and a great selection of music playing, which was at a pleasant volume which makes a change in a public place. Excellent customer service and attentive without being in your face! Well worth a visit.

Lovely little pub. Great beers - Madri my favourite. And not as expensive as most. Good range of seating. Especially comfy sofas which are always a favourite of mine. It also has a good outdoor seating area with atmospheric lights and outdoor heating. All in all, a fab little pub.

Called Wednesday. Got a pint of morretti. Went flat,after one mouthful, tried another one again went flat.they gave me a pint of bitter.1/2 price again went flat.they need someone to sort the beer out.very disappointing.

Booked a table for four people ( email received confirming the booking) for a surprise birthday meal. When we arrived we were advised that food wasn't being be served because they didn't have a chef. Bar person was polite and did apologise and said he couldn't find a reservation ( I showed him the email confirmation).A totally wasted journey. A message or phone call earlier in the day would have given us time to make alternative arrangements. Average rating given due to polite apology otherwise it would have been a poor rating.

Outstanding! We visited for a drink on a Saturday afternoon before going out. We had never been before but we were incredibly impressed and will certainly come back! Billy the bartender was absolutely amazing! So friendly & professional and incredibly efficient, serving the whole bar while maintaining such high standards… I am incredibly impressed and he deserves recognition for being so amazing! We got a snack while we drank (chilli fries), the quality and taste were sooooo good! Such a lovely environment, modern interior and very welcoming for new customers! We will definitely be back.

Friendly, welcoming place. Called in the afternoon, so a little quiet. My sister had a nice glass of wine, I had a cup of tea (as driving) by the time the tea brewed, it was cold. Not recommended. Food wasn't available at the time.

Welcomed by a polite, smiling lad at the bar. Smelt very clean fresh. Beer great, food amazing and quick to come out. Good background music and the decor was lovely. Very attentive staff! Will definitely return.

The food was a step below wetherspoons and it was like eating it in a creche. The kitchen staff were play fighting continuously with the young waitress, shouting, screaming and swearing. Perhaps it's more a pub for a pint after work with a group of lads than it is an eatery for couples or families.

Visited the woolpack on the Saturday 4th. We had a great meal 10/10. It came out fast and the waitress was lovely. The service behind the bar was also very welcoming. Will be coming again.

Great choice of food, decent beer, friendly staff.

Usually watch football at The Station in Guiseley but after a recent negative experience we thought we would give The Woolpack a try. I am so glad we did! Reserved a table for me and my son as we had decided to get something to eat. (I requested a view of a TV and we could not have been better placed). Friendly efficient service from start to finish and the food was amazing. We opted for 3 bar snacks (£14.95) Beef Brisket, Tandoori Chicken Tacos and Chicken wings topped of with a side of skin on chips (£3.25). Could not fault anything. Piping hot, served in a timely fashion and very tasty. This will definitely be my new “go to” venue for sport on TV. The only downside? We drew 1-1.

If you are visiting #ilkleymoor, #otley, #harrogate or maybe a tea at #bettystearooms. #lba (Leeds & Bradford airport) is a stone's throw. You will not be disappointed. Shout out to Tom (landlord) doing an immense job with a great team excelling In the culinary world. Young Nathan is let loose with your tastebuds to bring Yorkshire to life. Great ales, draught drinks, company and surroundings. Large carpark, If your car is electric - 2 PowerPoints on hand. Prices are reasonable, the food is exquisite and forever improving. I cannot fault this establishment. (Local of seven years) enjoy your visits like so many more tourists and locals. Feel at home.

Our “warm welcome” was a customer sitting at the bar using foul language at the top of his voice. It seems that this is totally fine in this “family friendly pub”. It wouldn’t be so bad if much of his bad language wasn’t during a conversation with the member of staff behind the bar. It wasn’t challenged so it seems that it’s the norm. Needless to say we didn’t bother with a second round of drinks and it will be the last time we visit The Fleece. Let’s hope the management get a grip of this issue and improve staff training before terminal decline sets in.

What a lovely pub. I have an electronic car so used this place to charge the car whilst I went in for refreshments. The staff are so friendly and the food looked delicious. If I call again I will definitely be trying the food.

Called in here for tea tonight, worst meal I've ever been served, £15.95 for rib and wings could count on one hand the amount of chips on the plate, think the half rack of ribs was off a mouse!, No onion rings as stated and not skin on fries as menu said. Was appalled by the size,waitress said she would get some more chips and she didn't say it but you could tell she agreed with me,refused to eat and got a full refund. Would avoid at all costs.

I'm sorry to say the service behind the bar was appalling nobody seemed to actually no what they was doing had a meal and was asked if we wanted are starter and main mail together then the main meal waspoor in the fact I think I counted 12 chips on my plate sorry to say wouldn't go again heard such good reports aswell what a shame

Nice food ,friendly host ,lovely venue

Popped in on Sunday for a late lunch. There was six of us in all - four ordered Sunday roasts and two orders for burgers. The beef roast dinners were really good - came with roasties, green beans, nice roasted carrots, Yorkshire pudding, a carrot and swede mash and red cabbage. I ordered a side of buttery mash and some cauliflower cheese to share too which was delicious. It's a great home-style roast dinner with good portion sizes - we were all suitably full afterwards! The burgers - which came with cheese and bacon - plus fries and a really tangy barbecue dip on the side were also really good with nice juicy patties not just your standard dried out pub burger. We were served by Nikki the pub manager who was as welcoming and friendly as always and made this a very pleasant and great value for money alternative to cooking a roast at home. Good choice of draft lagers too - including current favourite Madri and IPA Beavertown Neck Oil. If you fancy a tasty, home-made style roast dinner with all the trimmings coupled with a cosy atmoshere you can't go far wrong here.

Short on menu items, however the staff were fantastic and the food that we did have was nothing short if excellent

Its nice decor inside a nice looking menu unfortunately the food did not match up. It was dull and tasteless. The fish was very dry and over cooked the pulled pork was soggy. Nice place to go for a drink but would not eat here again.

I was passing through on my way home after a long bike ride. I was close to this place so I dropped in. B I found the Woolpack hosts to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The bar service staff really friendly and the food arrived quickly and was top quality. I've never been to this area before, but if the Woolpack is the benchmark, other establishments have got their work cut out for them. Celebrate great customer service and dine here.

I came with my Uncle for a few drinks and if you are looking for a village/country pub feel... then this is the place! Staff are very friendly and so are the locals, chatting away to my Uncle and it made it a great afternoon. Keen to please and even better it's Dog Friendly and Kids too!

Staff were really friendly, the food was really good. The let down was that we wanted a cocktail, when we asked for a long island iced tea we were told that they didn't do it anymore and it just hadn't been taken off the menu. We looked for another cocktail and was told that it was not known as a cocktail bar so couldn't have one. The removable sign on the bar behind her that was advertising Cocktails makes us think the staff that were on that night just didn't know how to make them. Such a shame and disappointment.

Great Pub, got a dartboard, the cricket and the golf on good TVs, beer was good, staff were friendly and locals were too!!

Called in Tuesday 5th for a few drinks, Nikki on the bar was amazing, great with customers and great at looking after the cellar, lager always on point never an issue. Great local to have on our doorstep.

This is a fantastic place particularly on Friday afternoons when its lively and infectious. People finishing work and some just called in like us. I had a great meal of Gammon Ham which was superb and the other meals look great also. Highly recommended try it you wont be dissapointed.

I arrived at the Woolpack with the intention of eating lunch & spending money. I found it although clearly open, deserted. I had a good look around, studied the beer selection & the food menu at leisure. Eventually a staff member appeared by which time I was on my way out of the door. No apology offered just a very terse ‘I was in the back.’ .... ‘Woolpack’ you are in the HOSPITALITY Industry!
