Wok Oriental in Belfast

Waited 1 hour and a half on delivery food still had not came even though the girl told us 25 minutes. Have ordered from here before so we phoned back for the girl to tell us it is too far delivery after leaving us waiting on our food coming while I’m pregnant. We pay extra for delivery for before but no one was going to tell us it was never going to come until we phoned and she said if we wanted it delivered we would need to wait another 45 minutes. Shocking

Give us salted chilli chicken it was so awful we were sick! it would need to be sent to a food hygiene place and they would be closed down absolutely disgusting and it took over an hour for them to get part of the order wrong and have to wait another half an hour for that. Then refused refund when we asked for salted chilli chicken refund as we got it with noodles which is extra cost off around 70p with the meal then tried to charge full price noodles nearly £4.80 absolutely shocking won’t be back especially after always using this Chinese and having a few bad experiences with food and staff before !!!! Staff and owner are so rude and not helpful at all! Do not recommend!!!

Lovely staff, allowed us to come in right on closing and served us 2 amazing boxes full of food to top off our great night out in Belfast

This place needs a clean, on entrance the lighting is poor..ordered food to take away, charged 50p extra for each dish to takeaway they charge for containers..on waiting for food we sat at table on looking around there were cobwebs all over the place..disgusting, on lifting my harms from the table, I was stuck to the tacky dirty table.. At this point I was having second thoughts about the food but obviously we needed to give it a go..we ordered chicken noodles, sweet n sour chicken, chicken n veg stir fry, all with chips n rice. The chips were disgusting must have been warned up several times..AVOID..!!! The chicken n veg stir fry terrible..noodles and rice not too bad, and sweet n sour not too bad.. The cost is reasonable however I would advise to pay a little more and have something more edible..

Definitely not the most welcoming place. Not at all clean. Price is ok but food is not at all well presented and very basic.

To give the benefit of the doubt I thought I'd call at 23.00 on Tues night, only to find yet again it was closed, what a shame and a let down. Can someone explain why?

food was delicious and very well priced.

The sour hot soup was not eatable, the spring rolls were vinegar rolls. The curry was halfways edible, the chinese chicken pretty much ok. Not enough to go back, the place needs a deep cleaning

I enjoy eating here on nights out, really good food when you've had a drink

Rang for delivery. Nope sorry you live too far. I said I only live 3 miles away and 8 mins drive. Sorry too far. Definitely not helpful. I call in regularly. Won't anymore

Was advertised that it closed at 12.30am on Google however much to my disappointment and anger after leaving a party at 23.40 only to find it was closed when I got there at approx 12.05, This is not the first time. Please update something. Ragging

Surprisingly good chicken with black bean sauce. Was a bit scared when it was ready in under five minutes but I can’t fault it, was tasty!

Average place. The dine in setting was ugly with sticky tables. The chicken and fish dishes we had was OK, but the rice dish was not good with too much sauce and oil. Overall average place at best and I think you can find better Chinese restaurants around Belfast. They only do cash, no card.

Pathetic delivery service. 2 hours and counting. Woeful.

Rude woman at the till .Could learn a thing or two in service delivery.Made an order, wanted to ask about the discrepancy in change , she threw receipt in my face . Edit (response) I asked if the prices differ on the menu to the till.The difference turned out to be an extra charge for the rice , and you just threw the receipt .The problem is not about the change as it was ok but the conduct which could have easily been clarified in a polite manner.

Las cantidades son muy abundantes, lo único toooodo el tiempo que nos hicieron esperar y que no aceptan tarjeta. Tuve que ir a un cajero a sacar dinero para pagar. Pero la comida para llevar esta bien y las cantidades son muy grandes.

Tasty reasonably priced sit in or takeaway. Clean Love fact you can watch food being prepared for you No alcohol served Good friendly happy staff.

Always enjoy the food from wok oriental. Their chicken chow mein is best I've ever tasted.

Better than we could have hoped for on a Thursday night at midnight. Delicious, affordable, generous servings of hearty and flavor packed wok. Drunchies of your dreams... Beats kebob and fought off rapidly approaching hangover. 10/10.

Always come here for a Chinese. Best Chinese in belfast! Only 2 issues; only takes cash and isn’t on a delivery app.

Not happy about going back twice and the dirty looks from someone who obviously worked there, could have been the boss either way it was not a nice feeling .It was their mistake as I could have ended with two meals for myself but that would not be my way of doing things. Girl serving was pleasant enough. Though not attentive.

Outstanding !!! Food is freshly made , hot and full of flavour. Fantastic portion size so youre not going to be complaining youre still hungry. Staff are pleasant and service is second to none. Wok Oriental is a must if youre in Belfast and love Chinese food.

Absolutely disgusted ordered food foned after 45mins to be told it wouldn't be long waiting on driver foned back after hour and a half later to be told he still wasn't back and I said just cancel it and they hung up fuming wouldn't be in it pure ignorant

The food was utterly vile. Quite who would put up with watery black bean sauce and noodles that were so greasy that they couldn't stay on a fork is beyond me.

As native Taiwanese in Northern Ireland I find their food very tasty. Courteous service, good communication, and delicious food. :)

Love this plave but I've just had the worst meal ever out of it!! Not sure if they have a new chef on tonight but it was woeful... O would put it up there with worst ever takeaway I've had.

Great Sirloin Steak with all trimmings and a Diet Coke for less than 8 Pounds. Quick too.

Best Chinese food in Belfast! Consistently delicious! I've been ordering their food for the past decade now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my salted chilli chicken and chips;) other dishes equally as good and chips are always crispy - even having spent 10 min walking home, they never get soggy! Would highly recommend!

Doesn't look much inside or out. But superb Chinese food. Big portions and speedy. Taxi drivers, bouncers eat here and like me their stomachs show their enjoyment. Try it.
