It’s the service and how they treat there customers polite, respectful . If anyone ever comes across and thinks it’s expensive it’s really not. Really good value for the type of food you get never once had a bad experience within wing city favorite food place in Plymouth by far

Smash burger and chicken tenders were unreal

First time and this place is a treat. Wish I lived local!

Wing City is hands-down my go-to takeaway. The wings are always spot-on, cooked just right, and bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, and they never skimp on the sauce. It’s the one place I can count on for a great meal every time. I’ve tried a few places, but nothing else comes close!

First time Eating from here absolutely gorgeous staff was friendly, gonna have to go back and get the Buffalo wings

Me and my partner ordered this and it wasn’t the first time, we are regular customers because we like the food but was left furious to an incomplete order, a £34 order and my partners food wasn’t put in the bag, I rang the shop to be told ‘we check out orders so it’s not from our end’ (the bag was stapled and sealed) I then asked the lady if she was accusing the Uber eats courier of eating the food (didn’t tell her the bag was sealed until after) for her then to change her story and put someone else on the phone, was passed to three people on the phone for no solution, will NOT be ordering again.

I know I haven’t left a review in quite awhile but I just wanted to say that you guys make the most satisfying food I’ve ever eaten and considering I’ve ordered here countless times the food is always delicious and consistent. I forgot the name of the gentleman who handed me my food but if you know who he is please give him some praise as his attitude was very polite :)

All so good and a man gave us a free drink 5 stars thank you.

Coming from the US, it really surprised me with how close the food was in taste. I liked the Buffalo chicken burger a lot! I also recommend the Mac and cheese.

Sorry for not leaving a review sooner I completely forgot! The food was amazing and when i ordered a burger unfortunately there was no meat patty however you guys offered a can of apple tango and a bag of 6 mozzarella dippers as an apology which I really appreciate. Great place and will definitely order again in the future!

Service was great, food was perfect and the price was even better. People behind the till had great chat and were perfect help to pick what I and gave tips on where to go in the local area.

Great food, tastes incredible. Only criticism is the amount of sauce on the loaded fries makes them a bit soggy. But tastes good all the same!!

Ordered 17:10. Advised 17:55-18:15. Called 18:08 as order still said received & not preparing. Advised order is cooked & waiting to be picked up, driver delayed by 5mins(traffic). Waited until 18:43 to call again, advised driver left 15mins ago. Good shows clear traffic & 17min journey between home & store. Food finally arrives @ 18:50 cold & one item missing, we were really looking forward to a nice meal unfortunately ruined by this experience.

I’ve been a returning customer for 2 years now. Throughout that time I’ve watched the business flourish and the menu change and try new things. Basically if it’s on the menu it’s good food, I’ve tried almost everything there. In the picture is best seller loaded fries and Mac & cheese. But I regularly revolve between those, the Buffalo chicken wings, the smash burger, the Buffalo chicken burger, the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken shawarma. Every time my relatives visit this is the essential spot to get some food from. Wait times can be long some times but all the food is cooked to order and I swear it’s worth it. The people behind the counter are always welcoming, kind and polite. By far my most favorite spot in Plymouth!

Recommend the simply smash burger, BBQ and honey BBQ wings and Mac n Cheese. Customer service was very good, even though it took a bit longer to get our food due to how busy they were, the hospitality was still on point. They gave us free drinks which they didn't have to do but very appreciated. All the food we ordered was, hot, delicious and filling. New #1 spot to munch when visiting Plymouth.

Great family run business with Saeed and his brother coming up with a great idea. The chicken wings were cooked crispy and then rolled in their handmade sauces👌🏼

The food was exquisite the service was impeccable along with the price probably the best food I’ve had in my entire life not only dose my stomach thank you but I do too and I will definitely be coming again this food is blessed (highly recommend getting the honey BBQ wings, they are insanely delicious) 💙😋

The wings were delicious. The burgers were also tasty. Everything was let down a bit by arriving cold and the macaroni was a bit odd. Kinda spiced and stodgy. I wouldn’t be deterred from trying again though just for the wings!

Food cold, chicken uncooked will not use again

Food was a little late but expected due to it being new years day, food was banging and the "toot" drink was exactly what I needed to cure this hangover, second time ordering and it won't be the last

Five star is a understatement. The overall energy in this place is like no other. They treat everyone every costumer as family they make the food with love and there no where in plym that can reciprocate the food or energy they provide. Food quality poor, wrap was ok nothing special, I usually love blue cheese sauce but tasted odd with other flavours. Ordered daddy burger but did not come with toppings described ie onion rings. Takeaway is expensive but it had good reviews so thought it would be worth it. I’d rather get a cheapy kebab, same quality half the price. Food was also late.

Very expensive for what you get. Wings were tasty but the chicken fillets were quite dry. Paid 37 quid including delivery for 6 wings 10 strips and some coleslaw

Good first order with them, they kindly called when the order was on its way to apologise it was going to be late (only 10 minutes in the end, good on a bank holiday), and the food was pretty tasty overall. Only gripes were that the burger was small (better off going for a wrap instead), and the Chicken Loaded Fries were unexpectedly spicy (no description of it at all in the menu, so it did come as a surprise). Still a good first effort though, tasty smoky mac & cheese, nice chips, and tasty wings, we'll hopefully be back!

Delivery took nearly 3 hours and they refused to pick the phone up at the restaurant the whole time. I thought it was never coming, and when it finally did there was no apology and they refused to refund any money.

Wow!!! Read the reviews before going here and it definitely lived up to its name. I’ve had wings from all Over and these are some of the tastiest and nicest I’ve had. I had the buffalo OG with Mac n cheese and they didn’t disappoint. Very tasty

Sat in and ate at wing city last night & they did not disappoint! Really hot, fresh & flavourful. We had the chicken strips with sauce, onion rings & macaroni cheese, we also had the shawarma wrap which was really juicy and toasted perfectly on the outside ! 🤤 The chips were great & full of flavour, not just plain chips! They are absolutely smashing it ✨

We got this to takeaway yesterday and the service was super friendly and speedy and the food… absolutely unreal!! we thoroughly enjoyed it, everything we had we loved, so fresh and so yummy My partner says these are the best wings he has ever had and the chicken strips basically taste like KFC but x10 nicer, everything has so much flavour. Such a hidden gem, I am tempted to say the best takeaway I’ve had from anywhere in Plymouth.. don’t know why we didn’t try it sooner! x
