Pretends to put extra on the kebab and doesn't...asked for mayo and coleslaw and got neither even though he pretends to put it on. Will never use the scammers again! Terrible place😡

Disgusting, was not told home delivery was cash only. When I called was told to f right off. Do not use. Very rude to my customers last week

Extremely Dry small kebab(ordered large) chips cooked in old stale oil . pay with cash and watch them bypass the taxman (straight to pocket).

I have never been threatened by a kebab house about them kicking my door down and hurting me up until I ordered from Wimborne Kebab House ... In Shock.

I nice mosquito cooked into our pizza. Close to closing time to assumed we were drunk which we were not…. Told us the mosquito landed whilst we opened the box… definitely cooked into the pizza? Staff member picked up the mosquito infused pizza slice and chucked it in the bin and threw us a can of Coke. Said shop is shut. Nothing else they could do. I’m sorry but gross. Will be spreading this photo around town!

Disappointed, not a nice doner kebab. What has happened it used to be lovely. Even the chilli sauce was not nice. Think I will try else where

Ordered online - food didn’t come - called them to ask where it was - they cancelled my order and kept my money. Came across aggressive when I spoke to them.

I'm amazed there open ! After using plenty of other kebab shops in South Cambs I thought I would give it a go as I'm in the area staying at my son in laws, I can confidently say it's the worst kebab I've ever had ! I ordered a large chicken kebab so-called (special), lol ,blokes were OK, and precooked chicken came out of a warming barrel ? Very dry pitta, dry chichen pieces,no pickled cabbage too much onion other bits were OK, peppers which were deep fried in front of me and tipped on top of the kabab when cooked(oil n all).

Kofta made from a slab of grey meat cooked on a hot plate, packed into a stale pitta accompanied with some large chunks of raw onion.

Often used this kebab takeaway, we thought we have a treat and order one this evening, the food arrived cold, burnt and very small portions, I ordered a large potion of chips but not enough to feed a 5 year old let alone 2 adults, the chicken burger was half the size and a lower grade chicken that we had before, I called the manager off the shop only to be told I was not telling the truth!! no offer off a refund or a sorry, only to be cut short, maybe new owners but one thing for sure I won’t be using this takeaway again or recommending it to anyone.

Having ordered a delivery for 7.10 pm I arrived home at 640 pm only to see a voicemail having previously had my phone turned off. The message consisted of a screaming voice demanding I collect the pizza. I phoned the takaway only to be told I didn’t ask for 710 and no one answered the door ( of course I didn’t I wasnt there ) I arrived at the takaway to be shouted at again saying that I didn’t book a time (very convenient for them) and then given my COLD pizza. Shocking service at every level. How would u fancy an hour old pizza ?

I have used this place many times, and with my wife being celiac I have previously managed to get staff to help and provide her with a meal. Today, sadly the member of staff wasn’t interested in helping with her dietary requirements and even then walked off to do something else. No order made and not likely to ever do so again. Very disappointed as previously been very helpful.

DONT BUY FROM WIMBORNE KEBAB HOUSE, they messed up my order, sent the wrong order then refused to fix it and overcharged me £1.50! seriously avoid! nothing but a let down and charge £2.50 for stuffed crust which is paper thin! wish i could give it less than 1 star

First time attending this place last night. got my food got home and the meat was cold and i called up a few times no answer and then finally a man picked up and refused to take the complaint said that the meat got cold from the salad lol the salad wasnt even cold it wasnt even in the fridge when he was putting it in the wrap it was on some counter dont even know why i bothered ordering considering it all looked abit of a mess the moment you walked in and he expected me to come back so he can make another i mean whos got time for that ended up throwing it away as i didnt want to get food poisened by some dodgy kebab. Oh and he also hung up on me while i was talking Really unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to their overly priced dodgy kebabs with awful customer service. Never walking in there again

For year ordered from Dominoes etc but so pleased to discover Wimborne kebab house. The food is always good. We usually order for delivery which is unbelievably quick and always friendly. Good food and great value compared to other take away! Thanks guys!

We visit this takeaway often for a quick bite to eat before work. The shop is always clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The food is always really good and tasty, would definitely recommend to anyone. Good choices of food options aswell.

Awful place stinks, if your walking to takeaway and crossing the road lookout for the owner who also delivers he will drive at you and fast. Food is terrible shop stinks fat and food waste outside side door. Strong smell of b o from owner! Wouldnt buy anything from this place if it was the last place on earth.

Thought I had ordered a chips with my meal but must not have clicked it properly, I spoke to them over the phone and asked about it and was told it was not on the order, I apologized for the inconvenience and said it must have been my fault, however the chap on the end of the phone was rude and argumentative before slamming down the phone on me after I had apologized.Usually a regular customer here, however after this service, I will not be using them again. I recommend you don't either

Went to the kebab store for a kebab, they had no donner meat (hour and a half before closing) so had a burger instead. Burger was rubbery and tasted like it was burned. Wasnt pleased to see the guy served after us leave with a donner kebab in his hand...

I have had mixed reviews regarding this take away, so here’s what to expect if you’re popping in for a midweek pizza to go.Fresh ingredients, nice thin crust base, fair portion of mozzarella, friendly enough service and at a fair to medium price.I noticed quite a diverse range of food here and the kitchen/serving area appeared to be well kept and hygienic.I shall returns and perhaps try a kebab next time although the burgers looked very nice too..We shall see

This takeaway used to be great but since it has changed hands has gone downhill terribly, the guy that served us had no personality and seemed very rude and unwelcoming, The chicken had already been cooked and was in a pot so not cooked fresh to order and the salad only consisted of cucumber, tomato, onion and green lettuce, no red cabbage or coleslaw as before. The burger was ok but charged £1 for one piece of bacon on top. All the prices have gone up. We have been going here for a long time but due to change of ownership we won't be going back again

Ordered popcorn chicken. Paid just under £5, got about 8 cold popcorn chickens. Complete waste of money. Can't believe they thought that was acceptable.

Fantastic selection of "fast food" and really large portions of chips. Everything cooked to order so may have to wait a bit but never that long. Friendly staff too.

Visited this takeaway again in October and found the service quick and the portions generous. A regular size diner kebab is more than enough and topped with lots of salad and coleslaw. Good value, service and food.

Este llevar solía ser genial y el personal es encantador. Pero después de que nos dijeron que ellos no lo entregan a lejos ya estaban ocupados, pero estaba bien el otro día. Jefe es grosero no importa que él ha perdido un cliente relación calidad-precio. Que me deben dos bebidas se olvida en mi último pedido, pero me cobraron por ellos. Sabes donde vivo para su entrega. No utilizar este sitio de nuevo!!! Una estrella porque no puedo dejar sin estrellas.

Día húmedo mientras aquí en vacaciones para comprar un coche. Personal ofreció inmediatamente a los niños, que era un buen polos bienvenido. Mi hijo (9 años) nunca había tenido un kebab y el personal de buen grado le dieron una pequeña muestra de la carne para probar (me encantó!). Donar ordenados varios kebabs y un Kebab de pollo. Todo con patatas fritas. Rápidamente y recién cocinado. Disfrutamos por todos.

We ordered a Chicken burger, chicken and chips and jalepeno bites which were all cooked well. Won't hesitate to call and order again.

Desde visitar aquí en muchas ocasiones comprar comida en este lugar recomendaría ir a otro lugar, el personal parece ser grosero y me cobraron y otros tienen en muchas ocasiones esperando que no te das cuenta. La comida no es excelente en comparación con muchas tiendas para llevar alrededor de Wimborne y está sucia por dentro, sin duda, beneficiarse de una actualización.

Después de un día fuera, nos apetecía un doner kebab llamado en Wimborne Kebab House. El personal era amable y el servicio muy rápido. Pedimos una grande y regular con ensalada de col y doner.

The kebabs they serve are a good price, a good size and whipped up pretty quickly. What more could you ask for? They're in the centre of town, do delivery and get the job done. I'm never particularly bothered about the staff when I've had a few and fancy a kebab, but they're ok. They take your money, get the order right, and you walk out being able to stuff your face! Sorted!

Standard food for takeaway shop, ordered chicken burgers and chips for myself and partner, quick service and was ok food.

Awful, staff are rude they talk about you the customer in a derogatory terms but try to do it in Turkish but you can still work out what they are saying. Food is not right, last three visits left whole family with an upset stomach, bit into my kebab and broke my filling on a metal bolt which was off the doner spit. No apology, no offer of a replacement or refund just laughed at me! If you choose to eat here check what they charge you and your change, they have a habit of adding food items to your bill you didn't order, overcharge you and give you incorrect change. They use their language barrier as the excuse behind it.

We've been getting a range of kebabs from Wimborne Kebab House for about a year now and have always found them to be a really tasty takeaway. The food is always freshly cooked and they offer all the usual meats and side dishes - the chicken & lamb shish is always a favourite! The portions are generous, especially for takeaway when they will happily provide you with chilli sauce, homemade coleslaw and mint yoghurt to take away. Its an authentic taste of Turkish food and now they deliver we are even happier! Thanks for a friendly, local takeaway.

Just a quick takeaway night with some friends. The food was okay and served quickly. The chicken tasted better than other kebab houses around, but having to collect it ourselves instead of delivery can be annoying and the large kebab didn't seem that large. The chips were a decent size though.

I used to like to order Kebab from this place but really really disappointed the last two times. The delivery took an age and the food was rubbish. I know it is just a standard kebab house but how hard can it be to create a chicken and lamb kebab. I wouldn't bother again.

Cheap, and always fast delivery. Ideal for those nights when you don't fancy cooking! A great selection of pizza, burgers and kebabs.
