Last day of the school holiday needed a little treat for me and my son. He would rate Wilma's 15 out of 5. He loves it here! Staff are friendly and chatty, brownie was delicious and I even took a piece of carrot cake home for my daughter. Wlimas gets our vote 😊

I had heard about Wilma's in Leigh but never visited. They have just opened a branch in Rayleigh which is near to me so I went to try it out yesterday. I was really impressed with the quality of the cakes and drinks. Staff were super friendly and I found out that they actually bake all of the products themselves. Quite rare these days. If you are not able to get a table, they do takeaway too. Give them a try !!

discovered not long after they first opened then covid hit and I prayed they would survive. They have indeed and have even expanded. Wilma's provides a delightful selection of homemade brownies, blondies and cup cakes. I take my grandchildren there and usually buy a mixed box of 6 brownies/blondies for £15. The premises are pristine and they even do 'pup cakes' (for dogs). Real coffee, tea, milkshakes etc. There are a couple of tables outside but most customers want take away. Pleasant staff but dont be surprised to find a small queue as the word is out about just how good their brownies are.

Gorgeous sausage sandwich and latte coffee before enjoying an evening with Donna Murrell and friends! 😘 Sarah's always happy to say hello and ask about the family. Can't recommend this small business with a big heart enough x

We popped into Milton Cafe for lunch - never been there before and so it was a random choice on our way to the theatre. Wow! The pasta dishes were lovely and the service was fantastic. Also got to try their homemade garlic bread and hot sauce. I couldn't stop eating! Really friendly, lovely atmosphere and next time we're in Southend I'd definitely go again. And prices all good too. Thanks for a great experience!
