There are varieties of teas to choose from for a very reasonable price and cakes are also very nice. The owner and staff are all friendly and welcoming. We visited with our 8 day old son and I’m so glad that this cafe is the first place that he has ever visited - it is now a very special place for him (and for us)!

Wonderful cakes! Good coffee too. Service was food and fast without rushing us. I recommend this cafe to you if you like cakes, coffee or I assume the lunches too.

We had a fantastic afternoon tea delivered to us. The package is ingenious consisting of a stand for all the food and of course the food. The sandwiches were tasty, the chocolate strawberries glorious and the many cakes a delight. To me though, the scones (two each) were the highlight with plenty of cream and jam. I will be using again. Thank you!

A new discovery to us during lockdown. They have a fascinating menu with lots of new and exciting dishes to try. My favourite is Nagariya Chicken but I can highly recommend the mince meat and chicken dish called Gurkhas Revenge! and no it doesn't come back to bite you in the morning. One thing to point out is there are no vegetarian options on the 'Just Eat' menu;their preferred method of on-line ordering. However, when I phoned the take-away they do have vegetarian options so check direct if that's your thing. Delivery is spot on. Each time I have asked for a Sat night delivery for 7.15pm it has arrived within 10 minutes.....amazing! Well worth a try.

Billericay 35 High StreetOur visit was for Afternoon Tea for Fathers Day and a family gathering. Lovely, bright, clean venue. Friendly, attentive staff and most of all great food. Excellent value. Will certainly visit again. Well done.
