I was travelling on holiday and decided to have a quick bite to eat and some beverages. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff called Amy. Amy went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. This really made a positive experience for the beginning of my holiday as a solo traveller. Thank you Amy!!

Food delicious, and service quick, but very overpriced.

Great and fast service from all the guys on the bar and the floor staff. Food was also tasty and came out fast and was warm.

I ordered via the App & the food and drink was at our table within 10 minutes. The food server, Dale was very friendly. A great asset to your team.

Great pub to experience before going away, The staff Kelly, Paula, Jack, Neve, Amy, Zoe and Becky are all such lovely individuals and make the experience fabulous!

Messy spot in the airport. Slow to clear tables. Service at the bar is slow, one girl taking orders (dark hair in ponytail) and not paying attention to order. Had to move to another serving area for drinks, also slow. This is when I discovered that the first girl had ordered black coffee for me instead of tea. Waited 10 mins of bacon roll to reach me. Roll looked as though it had been flattened by a steam roller. The roll itself had been toasted lightly on inside but bacon (3 slices, good portion) was cold in the middle. £12 for this and it's not great...

David served us food and he was very friendly. His attentive service made our dining experience enjoyable before the long flight ahead. Highly recommend!

Its a bar in the airport 🛫 that's the best I can say. There are only a couple so you're limited. Slow bar service, no atmosphere, bland food and not cheap

Not a bad airport restaurant by any means. Got the cheesy melt with chips and it was nice. Nothing special. Also ordered a tea which was slow to come out and the mug then smelt strange. Probably wouldn’t rush back, but if you’re stuck it’s not the worst.

The best place to grab a drink before your flight at Glasgow Airport, it is close to the toilets and has departures screens.

Don't think I have ever had faster service and the food was excellent. I had the chicken Balmoral with chips and it was one of the best I have had.

Got served by this lovely lady on Sunday. Charlotte. Very helpful. Would recommend this airport tavern. Me and my Wife have been travelling for 40 years now, and have rarely found an airport bar with such excellent staff. 5 Stars.

Got served at the bar by a very helpful girl called Charlotte. Only had drinks but it was a decent price for an airport. It was not too busy, there were lots of tables free.

Very tasty Nachos and good service

Stopped in whilst waiting for my flight this morning. Greeted by Dale who came across to be very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job by putting the customer first. My meal was served promptly as well as my latte which was perfect temperature and tasted great. Good atmosphere and the staff really are rushed off their feet at peak hours.

I ordered toast and scrambled egg the cost was nearly £10. For that I stupidly thought I'd at least get a decent portion but no 1 slice of toast with some slashed egg on top absolutely disgusting. I know airport charges are more but this really took the biscuit. I'd advice anyone eating here please check the portion sizes it is definitely not worth the money

Should change back to breakfast/morning rolls instead of floury baps! Lorne sausage too thick and dense. Provide one sausage and charge less. Food is overpriced.

If you are familiar with the worst toilet in Scotland then welcome to the worse breakfast too before you get there. Horrific assemblage of fat soaked monstrosities. Just avoid anything that doesn’t not have the word crisps on it.

Traveling for work is always a nightmare, the bus was late and it was raining, everything that could go wrong did, until l walked into the beardmore lisa hit me with a smile which l could only describe as lighting up the room. She was kind, friendly and professional. If you're stopping by glasgow airport i would Recommend stopping by

Avoid this place at all costs, my partner got food poisoning from here. We thought the menu here looked decent and reasonably priced (for an airport). My partner got the ham and cheese toasty which left her with food poisoning ruining part of our trip. I got the sausage and mash. Sausages were dry, it wasn’t even hot. Just tasted like a microwave meal. Save your money and your trip, go elsewhere!

Overpriced like everything else at Glasgow airport and why do they need to blast loud music at 8 o'clock in the morning,? it was like being in a nightclub.

It's not as good as the spoons it's replaced, more expensive, and the same food. It is definitely quieter, though. Expensive breakfast and drinks for the 2 of us, nothing to warrant the price.

Recommended 100%. My friends and I were there yesterday before taking my flight and we were delighted with the service and attention of La Erin, the place has a very pleasant atmosphere, but Erin made it feel even more so.

Food was on the rather expensive side however customer service was outstanding from Dale and other members of staff, would go back again if I find myself back in Glasgow Airport.

Although on the pricier side of things (to be expected for an airport), this was counterbalanced by the excellent service from Dale who went above and beyond for me and my family. Good service goes a long way.
