West Midlands Chip Van in Walsall

I popped to Herbert Yard again today and I had fish and chips with curry sauce with the chips and fish in masala and fresh coriander. It was very tasty and the chips were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle; I'm looking forward to having it again.

We were really excited when we saw that a food van was coming to Herbert’s Yard that does orange chips, even better when we saw that it was Indian inspired. We were really disappointed though. The chips literally aren’t battered at all and the pakora just tasted like standard cod bites. Disappointing.

We hired The West Midlands Chip Van for a recent work event and they were fantastic. The food was fresh and flavorful. They offered a great selection to satisfy everyone. The staff were friendly and efficient and handled everything with professionalism making the event a success from start to finish. Very impressed with the quality and service and we will definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommend!!!

The best food truck ever!! We had the team cater for a wedding event we had in the house for over 100 people and every single person was in awe. The food was so fresh and tasty, the staff were so lovely and accommodating and the whole vibe it bought to our event was just what we wanted! They even went above and beyond printing out our very own personalised menu, they also made sure to cater to all our needs before and throughout the evening. 100% recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again!!

The best chips EVER! Bold statement, but true. Incredible food, service and packaging. We had them for a private event recently & the guests haven’t stopped raving about the food since…thank you once again & looking forward to having you guys at MANY more events.

This chip van has got the best staff, always happy and on the ball, me and my wife travel a lot, we go to seasides regularly, and I’m always looking for the perfect fish & chips. The main reason why I’m always so UN-impressed with seaside chip shops is because of this van!. Which is undoubtedly the best I’ve haf, absolutely top notch, although it has ruined my seaside chip shop hunt!. Keep it up, it’s 5/5 all day.

We had the pleasure of having the guys along for the evening food for our wedding and it was an absolute hit!! Everyone has not stopped talking about the fish and chips!! The guys were great, super friendly, having a laugh with our guests. 5 stars isn’t enough! I couldn’t recommend them more.

Exceptional fish and chips! Fish was lightly battered, and tasted so fresh. The battered chips were also light and tasty. May have to start following this van around…

Drove over an hour to try battered fish and their special battered chips! WOW! Did not disappoint! Customer service on point, the food was on point and the van was so cool! Must try!
