Lovely place, fab and friendly staff and superb food, loads on the menu and some great specials. Been coming here for years and the kids (no longer kids) still love it If you’re in Blackpool this is the place to visit if you’re looking for a great place for food.

Lovely little find with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Decor and atmosphere great, staff treated us like regulars despite it being our first time. Food was great, though portions a little small for our liking. Would definitely recommend though!

I've been here a few times, the food is is nice and cooked well. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Three of us were staying for the night in Blackpool and we visited this place as it seems well rated on Trip Advisor. We each had a few beers at the well stocked bar, and we ate an adequate burger and chips from the menu. We were given a sheet of paper as we first went to the bar, and this was a music bingo card!!! There were two okay guitarists playing in the cafe and as they played shortened versions of famous tracks, you crossed the songs off on your sheet. This was a bit of fun, and probably done to keep us a little longer than we would otherwise have stayed - it worked. The lady behind the bar was friendly and the foods was just ordinary. We drank, ate and chatted so had a nice stay but it really isn't special at all, and certainly not worthy of more than 3 stars

We had a great time. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. We were very well looked after by all the staff.

The food was lovely. However, the service was as bad as it gets, which is a shame as it’s so convenient. There were only 4 tables and the waiter, Paul, didn’t see to notice we needed drinks. I, eventually, went to the bar. He argued that he was busy and was really quite rude. Maybe, because it was quiet, he wasn’t attentive as normal. The lady on duty was very good throughout.

Place from the outside doesn’t look that appealing but don’t judge a book buy it covers, went with friends for his birthday the food was excellent, liked it that much went back 2 days later food lunch, well done guys keep it up

Such fantastic service, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was gorgeous and half price meals so 8 of us ate for £63, bargain! Can't wait to go back.

There is nothing more disappointing than treating yourself to dinner out and leaving still hungry. Rubbery burger, cheap fries, the thinest sliver of blue cheese smothered in caramelised onion chutney. Horrible. Wetherspoons quality but double the price. This place has gone down hill massively. Only saving grace was the staff. Very friendly.

Best burgers in Blackpool. Always a warm and friendly welcome when you arrive. Seating for 50+ and it's recommended to book in advance. In the centre of Blackpool so no parking facilities on site and the front door is in a pedestrian area. Main restaurant is on the first floor, but there is a recently opened ground floor that does lighter meals, milkshakes etc. I've been coming here for years, it's a great place to get a casual bite for a special occasion (free meal on your birthday) or something less formal. Family friendly, so bring your kids! The atmosphere is spot-on - has that 90s vibe. Order at the table from the menu, no QR code BS. Prices are very reasonable and there is a fantastic burger selection, as well as hot dogs (as big as your forearm), mexican specials and steaks. Separate gluten free, vegetarian and vegan menus exist and are available by request. Most recently I went with a friend and we both got burgers (pictured). Delicious👌🏻 Good choice of drinks, including alcoholic milkshakes and mocktails. The team go out of their way to make you feel well looked after. I'm already excited for my next visit!

The food was amazing... the staff were nice but there were not many of the staff also go if you like not packed places but do not go upstairs because usually it is PACKED I rate it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived and staff were great with the kids. The food is amazing and there's such a variety of imaginative burgers. The "smokey squealer" had bacon Frazzles on :D Even the menu was fun to read - full of funny little doodles and clever names for the burgers. Can't wait till I'm back in Blackpool again. Prices were really good too!

Called into the West Coast Rock Cafe tonight and we were warmly greeted by the staff. The Cafe was quite busy with bookings but a table was found for us. Attentive staff who made us feel welcome and didn’t rush out ordering. The drinks and food arrived quickly from the point of ordering and everything was just perfect. The food was hot and very tasty. A great bunch of staff who had a laugh with us and I could see them moving throughout the cafe and interacting with everyone. Great service and atmosphere, highly recommend.

We both had the steak which was cooked to perfection, fantastic service just wished the music was turned down a little, very difficult to hold a conversation but this didn't distract from the fabulous food and service

Saw Steely Don here and it was great! Didn't have anything to eat, but had a few drinks. Bar staff were really friendly, a nice friendly atmosphere all round!

It's always been super consistent but it was a while since I've been st least a good 3 years . Still excellent really nice staff very inviting , good space between tables , the steak I had was excellent and that's not as common as people would think , I would happily recommend going here for some lunch or for some tea in the evening added to that they have a good selection to offer.

As two families come together for the first time... It was a tasty fun couple of hours before we headed off to a show. This place does get busy. So, I'd always advise to book in advance.

Nos topamos con West Coast Rock café y siendo un fanático del rock pensamos en darle una oportunidad. Vaya, la comida era realmente impresionante y a un precio razonable. Tenía Steak Diane y mi hija tenía un perro caliente masivo! ¡Despejen los platos! El personal también era muy amable y educado. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Wow! What a find. Called in after just passing by. All 3 of us had burgers. I had the King Kong burger and it was sensational! Great price for such a HUGE burger. We all loved it and will definitely come back! Well done to all involved!

Me encanta aquí. Lo encontré por casualidad dando un paseo. Entramos antes de una cena que teníamos reservada el gerente del bar era encantador, muy hablador y simplemente lleno de energía. Volvimos después de nuestra comida y nuestra familia numerosa vino a nuestro encuentro. El gerente del bar era muy servicial en el traslado de mesas y sillas para que pudiéramos tener nuestra propia pequeña área. Todo el mundo que estábamos con nos encantó la vibra y el entretenimiento en vivo! Volvimos a tomar una copa un par de veces antes de salir y sin duda volveremos!

Came in last night for my daughter's birthday party of 7 fantastic food and staff was amazing definitely Will return can't remember the name of our server but he's a credit to your team

We love it here, we come every year when we do our illuminations trip. The food is very tasty and there is so much choice on the menu. Will be coming back next year.

West Coast Rock Cafe is like the locals created their own version of Hard Rock, it’s not quite as well polished but it still has a rocky/ grunge atmosphere with the big screens playing music & guitars on the wall. Service was good until they got a little too busy then forgot one of our drinks but at least they didn’t try to charge us for it. I definitely think the burgers are the way to go food wise, with a wide range to choose from too. Safe place to pop in for food in Blackpool.

Possible picked a bad day to visit this place. Staff super friendly and quick to attend table. How ever i dont mind waiting if it means the food is cooked properly, ordered x2 phillysteaks subs and wings and ribs of the starters, really disappointed, £57 the ciabatta was dry not even grilled and peppers not grilled, steak was average. Then ribs and wings. Left them after trying one they smelt like fish which tells me there frozen and most likely out of date. Covered in bbq sauce, absolutely rank. Atmosphere was good but all in all I won't be visiting again. Trash.

Good quality food and service. Staff pleasant and helpful especially since we had a toddler with us who made a mess and dropped a milk shake on the floor. The staff just took it in their stride. Very nice food and served all together with no waiting.

Normally it's fabulous, but this time (Sunday) the burger was dry and way way over seasoned, far too much salt couldn't eat it. ☹️

Called in afternoon downstairs cafe for a late lunch snack. We had a tuna toastie and a jacket potato, both came with a side salad, the jacket had very generous amount of ham & cheese, side order of chips were hot & crispy. Special thanks to the young man serving, his customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend the food and the service.

Visited this cafe on a random Wednesday evening with a few friends and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of this place. The lady that tended to us was so warm and welcoming, she made us comfortable and took care of us. The food was generously portioned and good as well. Will recommend for an outing with your friends or family.

Found this Gem of Blackpool a couple of years ago whilst on a weekend visit, been at least 10 times now never disappointed staff great, food awesome, an evening get a 10% discount if you go downstairs after your meal on your drinks chin chin

Great atmosphere friendly staff, good value for money. steaks delicious and cooked perfectly which is a rarity in some restaurants these days. Its a great place to go.

Delivery was fast, food was unimpressive. Paid £40 for food that should have realistically been £10 quality was low and not what i expected from somewhere with such good reviews

Very good meal and the service was also very good.

This is an American themed café. We were greeted warmly by a friendly member of staff who showed us to a table. We were the only ones there so plenty of room. Once our order was taken it took a little while for the food to arrive as it is freshly cooked. The wait was worth it as the food arrived well presented, good size portions and well worth the wait. Not only was it hot but also delicious. I had to use the toilet which I found to be clean and tidy.

Recently visited West Coast Rock Cafe, all I can say is the food was amazing, the cocktail was awesome and what can I say about the Staff they was absolutely Fantastic always on hand, my son Enjoyed his Mocktail, Thank you West coast we will definitely be back

Currently sat in this amazing venue,just had possibly the best burger I've ever had ... kept walking past decided too try it ..oh wow be a new favourite when I visit blackpool...I urge everyone too give it a go ......AMAZING!!!!

Am here now ordered a smokie with cheese and chillie. Was with my family of six. Waited for ages The sausage arrived but it was cold tried the chili it was cold I took it back and they exchanged the original Dog was delivered in 40 minutes the replacement took 5 minutes a completely new one I suspect they are cooked in advance and heated up. I loved this place for.meals I has in the past and as a local it's not far but I'm real disappointed now.

Recommend prebooking. They do half price specials Monday - Thursday. We have been many times. Its half price burgers on a Monday, Tuesday is half price steaks (selected cuts) and Wednesdays is half price Mexican, and Thursday was half price smokers) . The food has always been tasty and service is friendly. They play music/videos on various large TV screens which is a little too loud in my opinion but the name of the restaurant says it all! We have tried most of the food from. The burgers, steaks, Mexican and most recently the smoker hot dogs which were really tasty!

Popped in here for a bite to eat. Had the chilli burger. It was absolute fantastic. Staff are great and service is quick. Also has live music and the prices are reasonable as well.

Sat in the sun watching the fountains they have a good selection of beers IPA and lager good prices too staff helpful letting me taste the one I asked about

Visited today and I can't compliment this establishment enough. Steak was so tasty and cooked to perfection, all meals delicious and the desserts are well worth trying. The decor and theme was great and the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely try them, you won't regret it

Fantastic Place.Good Deals on Food and the Atmosphere is Good and the Venue is Clean

I think the bacon burger there is great, their house rums are tasty enough AND we got to observe a public disturbance the news labeled a "riot". A good number of police showed up. 5 cruisers, 6 mounted, 2 wagons & at least one ambulance. Most of the area shut down for hours. Oddly West Coast Burgers only shut down during the immediate disturbance & continued operation after.

Outstanding food! Definitely not the usual Blackpool burger. Service great 👍 highly recommended

On a recent trip to Blackpool,we came across this establishment and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. It wasn't too busy so we found a table no problem. Everywhere looked very clean and well presented, and staff were welcoming. The food was nice and not too expensive but it was extremely loud with the music playing so difficult to have a conversation.
