Great katsu chicken curry at a reasonable price

I ordered vegan options online. Arrived on time, warm , delicious and yummy. Thank you , I enjoyed the food!

Normally great but this time I found hair on my food. Chicken teriyaki rice. Bought 1st October 2024 around 5-5.30pm.

Mariuz (I hope I got your name right) was so helpful and kind. Honestly the best service I’ve received in london. I feel like everyone is so moody and disconnected with their customers. Mariuz was so friendly, kind and recommended more options to buy in according to what I was looking for. Honestly the best service I’ve had in Ealing! Thank you for putting a smile on my face after a long day at uni !

After 1h waiting, just know for my order I just cancelled and I'm from South Ealing. Disappointing, 27.09.24 you just lost a customer. Good luck and shame on You

We bought 3 sushi boxes take away... we asked the shop assistant about the ginger and wasabi. She said: i will put it into your bag. Yes, she did - one piece of ginger and one piece of wasabi. No soy sauce. I prefer Itsu in the future, service is not that rubbish there than in Wasabi.

Good for relatively cheap, slightly less guilty l, tasty fast food meal. This particular branch has a very nice and helpful woman working there, happy to make things to order. D3c3nt vegan options, shame the miso soup is not vegan.

Great place. Love the hot food counter, they did not have what I wanted and then they made it fresh for us.

This place is so good, their food is so cheap, but delicious. Katsu Chicken is one of my favourite dishes and they sell it for only £7! Totally worth it!

Food is so lovely love the sweet chilli chicken one and katsu soooo nice . Specially when reduced in the evenings .

Great selection of food. Really tasty salmon and the chicken katsu balls were delicious! I went a little later in the evening and there was still a good selection of hot and cold food available. The prices to eat in are a little steep but we just took it away instead.

It was just as bad as it looks tastles food,over worked staff.. will not be back at all

Our last trip here resulted in our 8 year old son having a 3cm fish bone removed from his throat in hospital. He ate a salmon onigiri; he had no way of knowing there was a bone hidden in it. I reported it to Wasabi customer care and they said “sorry, but these things happen”. Be warned!

My favourite wasabi store. This store always stocks what I want but the best part is the customer service. Staff are so friendly and helpful it makes coming here enjoyable. The best customer service and food experience than any other branch I have visited in London.

We all know that Wasabi uses tons of sugar in sauces used for hot food, the sushi is meh and they microwave everything a lot to the point everything gets pretty dry but I think their food still has its charm. It’s kinda cosy that it never changes in a way! So I don’t know why people are complaining about it here, it’s fast food at the end of the day. The only thing I don’t know why they’ve changed ( I don’t think it was like this before?) is wasabi paste. I mean it doesn’t even taste like horseradish like every single sushi restaurant in UK uses as “wasabi”. What’s that paste? It doesn’t taste like anything, has no kick to it. You might wanna stop offering this paste as it literally does nothing? Waste of plastic! The staff served us was very efficient and polite. Big up to her since we don’t really get this kind of service here! I’ll come back here

Ordered terakayi chicken and rice. They just gave me rice and sauce without any chicken. A complete con.

I've been here multiple times for lunch with friends at the weekend. It's spacious, there's always seating, the staff are friendly, the vegetarian and vegan options are good, and it's centrally located in Ealing, close to the 65 bus stop and Ealing Broadway station for the Central, District and Elizabeth lines as well other buses to Harrow, Uxbridge, Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick.

The food was tasty and hot, the place was relatively quiet and there were no overwhelming smells, tables could have been a little cleaner and would have been nice to have some more smaller tables, but a good experience overall :)

A convenient outlet to buy good food for either takeaway or dine in. Nice clean layout that is beneficial if in a hurry.

Should put one star as well. They use sushi made by machine. Rice they use been made day before. Chicken is frozen not fresh. Fish is frozen, not fresh fish. Sauce is frozen. I know all this as I worked in the kitchen. Don’t go here. All their shops getting sushi and chicken dish from their warehouse located in park royal.

I used to like sushi from Wasabi as a cheaper and fast sushi alternative. It was never brill but also not meant to be. But recently they add SO MUCH SUGAR TO everything. Sushi was so sweet that I couldnt finish and felt really bad after. The hot meals also are sweet like a dessert. Inedible..

Excellent for a snack during the lunch break, ready-made dishes both hot and cold with an excellent quality/price ratio.. not many seats, but on a beautiful sunny day why not enjoy lunch in the park.. ✨

my partner bought a chicken katsu rice at this wasabi last week and i had one of the worst food poisoning cases of my life, it took me over a week to get over it and i'm not not completely bankrupt yet because I'm not eating a normal amount at the moment (not enough because it's impossible for me to digest properly). I don't know how this dish was prepared but certainly not in good condition, I will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Everyday less food no rice in bento, reduce the food chicken mkatsu always smoller terrible place to buy wasabi food , last time I have to buy rice in the tesco to add to my bentonite because there was not rice att all just mayby 50gr terrible

Today I got a Chumaki Set, the rice is not fresh and the service doesn't understand English. It's full of people that choose to take away and instead remain so full of people. Unfortunately I left a bit disappointed

Dear Jane I did contact you but no response? Will I hear from you soon? I have ordered the take away yesterday and I got a food poisoning! Most likely from fried prawns in the sushi which I only had not my partner. Whole day feeling sick! They only refund for a one meal how nice for me being in bed feeling sick and my stomach hurts! There should be a full refund full stop with even more. As I love Wasabi will never order from that shop again.

Ordered Korean BBQ beef ramen - on the stand it looked very rich on beef, but in reality, I found lots of noodles, mushrooms and only 3 small and thin slices of beef - same colour as mushrooms, that made the dish look rich on quantity. Very disappointing. Would be good to have a fair representation of the fish on display.

Locale molto carino per una fast pausa. Il cibo è buono puoi scegliere se mangiarlo lì con una piccola maggiorazione oppure portare via. C’è molto cose particolari. I have been buying food in Wasabi Ealing for several months and for several months now the Chicken/Veg Gyoza has been burnt on the top, the staff explains that it is the oven's fault, but for such a large company the management should invest in new ovens that do not burn food

Busy, popular, and authentic. Hot food is a bit bland for my palate. Expect queues. The sitting option is not ideal .

Went Friday around 6 pm and some items were already run out. The tofu curry I got was way too salty for me. Staff was friendly.

Je donne 50 pounds en billet à son collaborateur puis avant qu’il confirme l’achat, je lui dis de me rendre le billet et que je voulais payer en CARTE BANCAIRE. Il regarde sa chef qui, elle refuse en me disant qu’elle collectionnait avec son collègue de travail les billets. J’ai cru que c’était une blague, mais non. Franchement vous devriez avoir honte ! J’espère que votre comportement n’en tâchera pas l’enseigne car ils n’ont pas demandé d’engager une femme aussi impolie que vous! S’il vous plaît si vous en avez la possibilité les cadres, je vous demande de regarder la vidéo surveillance de quand ça c’est passé elle a vérifié le billet en rigolant de moi car je ne parlais pas trop anglais mais j’avais compris son vice !

I love wasaby i come every time i can but, price is going up near 2£ after the C v d, bit thats not the bad think the bad think now the chiken pices are half size than before the rest is rices or pasta... people still buying i reduce 50% of the times visiting wasabi because es two times more spensive i understand if they put up the price but if they redice the quantity of chiken then why put up the price? Some mums never cooking now people accet to pay whatever

I just love this place! Hot or cold, light or heavy there is something for everybody. Affordable.

Love this place Always fresh sushi and pristine clean. Suggestion: try their salmon and mango poke salad and the pumpkin katsu curry with rice. I enjoy the aloe and pomegranate drink too, zero sugar but full of flavour.

Two women servers at the till with no professionalism were rude giving me two sets of chopsticks first, second two forks 🙄 for a seaweed salad, a salmon onigiri and a salmon hand roll... mind you I'm a chubby woman that came here alone on my break to eat. Also I was asked three times if i want to take it away...Felt uncomfortable the whole time. Wierd behavior. Wonder what they'd do if they'd work in McDonalds. At least try to smile and seem like you're interested in your job, can't even offer that...

Above average Sushi, Bento, Soups, Salads, etc. Best for a quick lunch or dinner. The interiors are clean but not the nicest place for a sit down meal.

The sashimi was off. The miso soup was tasteless. The rest of the salmon box was decent.

I usually just stop by here, grab a quick bite or get a meal on the go. The service is efficient and food is freshly prepared.

Fresh and delicious food! Huge variety of Asian dishes. The staff is always nice and polite. For dessert, my favorites are the strawberry cheesecake and the raspberry white chocolate mochi. Really recommend to try this place!

I’ve just had lunch in here. Food was ok. As I was leaving there’s a guy that works there, who I’m assuming is checking the displays to make sure everything is stocked, put trays away etc…. He openly is picking his nose, which is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! And then touching everything!!! Never again will I eat here!!!

I had a tasty sweet n sour chicken bento. Nice large area unlike other branches which are too small.

Quality has decreased for a while now, you know you are going to get good food but nothing great. Chicken katsu and sweet chill chicken are very formulaic. Sushi (nigri especially) lacks flavour which is overcompensated with copious amounts of salt. Also closing hours should do 50% off custard dorayaki... mmm custard dorayaki

Portions used to be bigger and the rice used to be separate from the meat and sause but now they are both mix in a bowl which cuz the sause mix with your rice

Appalling customer service, they have a board saying 50% off closing time but chooses to sell food at full price and then lying to your face. One Asian lady named Safi at the till took my food away and put it back on the shelf as I was talking, the disrespect this lady Safi has given me is beyond disgusting! Don’t buy anything from this branch other branches are way more nicer.

Luke warm food, not appealing that is way too salty. May be it was the evening, and staff were too tired to keep the consistency everyone talks about. I should have taken pics to how the really looks compared to what they advertise. I won't go again though.
