Venchi in Kensington and Chelsea

Nice enough ice cream - good consistency, reasonable size serving. Unfortunately the, friendly, staff weren’t knowledgeable about the product. I asked about what kind of vanilla the ice cream was made from and the chap who served me had no idea what I was talking about: “it’s vanilla”! Oops.

Very nice place to come when you want to have a nice ice cream moment with your family. The ice cream is definitely one of my favorite (principally the strawberry and Vanilla, it creates an refreshing feeling on my mouth, its amazing!!). Ps: the employee Priya is very nice, I enjoyed more my Venchi experience because of her <3

Wherever we go we love to find great gelato and Venchi does not disappoint. All the flavors are excellent and we look forward to our next treat there.

Really enjoy my visits to this Italian ice cream spot on Kings Road. Nothing more enjoyable than sitting on on of their outside tables watching the world go by! I usually choose a large tub with four different tasty flavours!

This is a very popular and worthwhile chocolate, gelato, and sorbet store on the Kings Road. They have a very large variety of items and the service is efficient and reasonably friendly. I ordered a small cup of the sorbet. The strawberry and melons sorbet were delicious, but I thought the price of 4.6 pounds seemed somewhat expensive. I would definitely go back.

The ice cream here is delicious and is on deliveroo too. Highly recommend the cremino as well as the hazelnut and pistachio. Really delicious!

Glassen är helt otrolig! Det finns ingen annan stans i London där de har så god glass! Rekommenderar väldigt starkt! Mycket trevlig personal! Personlig favorit är mango sorbet. Denna glass och choklad butik är italienskt. De använder klassiskt recept ifrån Italien.

Good ice cream, very tasty, although the actual atmosphere inside isn't that nice, it is very bright and busy, not a place where I would like to enjoy an ice cream with friends or family. Probably better for takeaway instead of eat in.

A combination of average ice cream, high price and rude staff unfortunately sullies this experience.

My wife and I quickly popped in for an ice cream today while doing the weekly shop. I wish we hadn’t. The lady in training who served us really was unduly rude. It came from absolutely nowhere and we were bemused, and slightly shocked at the way she spoke to us and handled the entire experience. Barked orders at us, leveraged a sarcastic tone, answered a question with a dismissive gesture. A bad attitude. So bad that I’ve bothered to take the time out of my evening to write this review. Won’t be returning and my wife and I will go a few doors down to where they value local customers. You really should not be so rude to people for absolutely no reason.

Discovered Venchi while staying in the neighborhood. My daughter loved their gelato. Really fresh and good tasting. If the weather is nice they have some tables in the square you can sit down at to enjoy your treats.

Comida gostosa , variada a preço justo. Atendimento muito bom e atencioso. Local limpo enfim decoração bem interessante.

This is not the first time we have visited this place and it still ticks all my boxes for a great coffee and an excellent ice cream. This time i had Gianduiotto and chocolate sorbet. OMG could it get any better.

Great ice cream - tasty, good size and a very kind staff! One of the best, if not the best, ice cream in the neighbourhood. Salted toffee flavour is so yummy!

Paid £4 for a two-third full small cup of very mediocre chocolate, at least to an Italian's taste. Oddono in South Ken has much bigger and better-quality chocolate and ice cream at 2/3 of the price

How lucky we were to have a coffee and ice cream on a cold and drizzly day. Having enjoyed a Jazz concert nearby we wanted a treat. We were not disappointed. The coffee strong and restoring, the ice cream creamy and full of fantastic deep flavours. The servings not large, but with something as delicious and such good quality you wouldn't want to be greedy!! Definitely go back again when we are in the area. Nice staff too.

This is a very attractivly designed chocholate and ice cream shop. The display is very tempting and staff are nice. They invited me to try before buying and they were helpful. I liked what I chose and wouldn't mind going again.
