food is very tasty, the spice on the chips is very unique, definitely recommend if your undecided.

Kebab meat! Dry as an old leather boot. Frozen chips. Had to reheat in micro. Overall, never again.

I do not recommend this place. The food is bad. Avoid this place.

Amazing food! Super tasty and authenic. The menu is rich with choice! I ordered pizza and burger and I was extremely happy with the portion size. I recommend the pizzas for sure and the burger was super fresh. Would definitely order again and cant wait to try others things they offer

I’m relatively new to the area so I’ve tried all of the takeaways in shirebrook and this place does the best pizza by far. The doner wraps are very generous in size so you won’t be disappointed.

Great food, huge portions and kind service

Avoid, had their bacon and chicken wrap yesterday and ended up with food poisoning.

Don't normally go here so thaught we'd try it out.... Foods cold. Service is ok but never asked us if we wanted salad or sauce in our food and the cheese burger cane with salad, mayo and tomato sauce. Chicken and chips was so greasy the grease was seeping through the paper. Very expensive you have to pay an extra 2 pound summet fir chios and a can of pop alongside all your food. So it works out at like £10 for a burger chips and a drink. Not worth it. It should come as a meal.

Not going to slate Variety island. Our order of pizza and chips. The chips were cooked and wrapped before the pizza's even had the toppings on after being wrapped the chips were then put into the food warmer which was switched off so pointless. Maybe hold of cooking the chips until the pizza's are nearly cooked. The pizza's needed cooking a bit longer as still dough was just warmed in the middle toppings were somewhat lacking and covered in to much cheese thus making the bottom of the pizza's soggy. Thier 2 star food hygine rating was nowhere to be seen only found this out after looking it up.

Never ate such a disgusting food in my life ever,all the meat is with skin and feathers on it,fries are so dry looks like they changed oil before pandemic. So disappointing 😞 and looks they cook very dirty,didn't enjoy and definitely will never order ever.

Omg filth it came in the house though one door and went out the back door we ordered a £20 deal from them the kebab meat was white with hard dryed fat has it had not been heated up the chips u needed a chainsaw to just though them and the pizza it had more soggy bottom then ramsgate ow well the Pepsi max was 5 star

two times in a row i’ve ordered and we asked for plain burger and got cheese on both times but we made it very clear to the lady on the phone both times and missed two cans off pepsi

4 stars as the shop is kept quite clean , the staff is really nice and the food is decent quality . I would like to point out that the food might be microwaves do its not that fresh . I oredered some chips and a burger which were actually quite good , the chips only had salt and they hat a odd smell (maybe something from the microwave) it was kind of a burnt smell . But the serving time is really quick , only had to wait 5-10 minutes , and the staff is really nice to their customers ,Overall 4/5 would defo go again

This has to be one of the best take aways in Shirebrook, in my opinion. Always happy to add stuff or take out stuff. Always polite and understanding when I walk the dog down to collect the order. Prompt delivery too. Only thing missing is a slush machine. 😊

We were served fairly quick, and the wait was as expected. A fairly plain takeaway but the pizza was pretty good. The chicken wings were crispy and tasty as well. A good experience that will have me back again.

If you are looking for quality burgers this is the place for you. Delivery times are good, prices are fair and customer service is excellent. Delivery driver is very nice and polite.

As far as food and price is concerned but where this place falls down is time. When you ring up to order for collection and they say 10-15 minutes you expect 10 maybe 20 minute. Almost every time I go we have to wait an extra 15 to 20 minutes on top of the quoted time. Like I said though thats the only issue. Really do enjoy the food.

Menu says Saturday 12 till 11 never says any thing about delivery you need to be clearer

Kofta & donner wraps are great, pay an extra £1.50 n you get fries and drink , spot on but the pizzas are not great, loads of tomato puree & soggy dough base

Stay Away ! I had food poisoning from their chicken strips . And there pizzas were undercooked. Nice chips But I enjoy my life more than chips lol

Great food, good prices and friendly staff. Never tried the delivery option so can't speak for that.

Didn't go through the door the sight of the woman serving in a vest top scratching herself put me off

Walked in just after 1pm to order some chicken got told they don't do chicken till after 4.30pm bit like a chippy that don't do chips until after 2 hours after opening. lazy man couldn't be bothered to do his job sack the useless lump.

We placed an order food came wrong I rang to explain to then have the phone put down on me, I wasn't a after a free pizza just wanted the right pizza, I rang back explained again we had ordered 2 pizzas but if I didn't return both in full i wasnt eligible for my money back or a replacement pizza- although I had already started eating mine so this obviously wasn't an option- Very rude lady on the phone, then got told never to return. Don't worry I won't be putting my money in to that place again.

ordered a chicken classic meal with chips and a 500ml bottle of pop came with a can of pop instead for same price chips were cold and soggy and the chicken was pink and undercooked wont bother ordering from here again

Bad customer service and the chicken seems like left over for weeks and re cooked over and over again,is the worst ever chicken tasted.Disgusting.

Standards have definitely risen here, food was pipping hot and actually had taste. Staff are friendly and the premises look spotlessly clean.

Claims to deliver on orders over £7 with a £1 charge yet when you phone they say its £15 minimum order and still charge the £1 also they charge you more than the menu price for delivering the food rip off wont use again

If I could put less stars than zero I would! Not only is this place a joke for claiming to keep there food heritage alive but it’s also a joke of a place to get a decent service from. The guy there ripped me off and lied that they couldn’t do what I asked for even though it clearly stated it on the menu, which resulting in me buying a more expensive option. If you want a decent place to eat in shirebrook, go to Shirebrook Xpress.

I asked for a vegetarian burger without cheese or myonaise, I got both I simple can it be, of course I'll never go back

Rude staff that lie bout the time you rang your order never arrived after 1 hour 10 mins when initially stated it'd take 30 mins. When asked what time the order was placed they said 10 mins after I rung to check what how long itd be. Seriously who rings after 10 mins to check see were there pizza is and more to the point how can they cook a pizza in 10 mins. Just avoid this place like the plague.
