Food was as you would expect. However there is no phone reception and the centre WiFi doesn’t work……they won’t give out a password for there WiFi…….doesnt really do much for dwell time or costomers who are on a lunch break.

Asked for a veggie burger and got a cob with a couple of bits of onion, pepper, lettuce and cheese on, no burger and chips that were viciously salty. Only attend if you’re a carnivore who wants a coronary. Will not be visiting again.

Great burgers, nice place for lunch while shopping.

£18 burger fries and water at best a 4/10 feel robbed. Go elsewhere save money and get a nicer burger. Never again

Lovely food but disappointed that they were out of fries but was still serving them to online delivery. food must be good because a pigeon flew into the restaurant 😂

It’s fast food at a cost, the quality is good the service is good, you come here if you know what you want, if you’ve never tried it and fancy a change it’s a good option!

Do not recommend I have had food poisoning from here last Wednesday only started recover now, meat tasted like it had been left out not good and the drinks had all bits in it when dispensed

If you haven't tried the bacon milkshake, then you need to visit a Five Guys. The idea of meatshakes has been around for a while, but these guys are the first to really introduce it to the UK. The bacon pieces taste good and the combination with Salted Caramel works well. It's very sweet though so more a dessert rather than a main course.

Our visit today was my first time at Five Guys. The food was of good quality, fresh and hot. Tasty fries, although the cup in the bag was completely tipped upside down as we sat down. The drinks were value for money as we refilled 3 times, large choice and nice drinks. The bad part was the state of the tables. Firstly, we struggled to find a clean one to sit at, and we could not believe my eyes when a member of staff worked her way around wiping one table after another with just her bare hand! No anti-bacterial spray or cloth, just her bare hand,then wiping her hand on her jeans,disgusting. Also moving babies high chairs and 'cleaning' them the same way. We both work in hospitality and ensuring the tables are regularly cleaned, properly, within your eatery is not only basic but essential. There was easily enough staff on shift to be able to clean down after customers. Whether spending £1 or £40,the tables, and chairs should be clean ready for use. This is not acceptable, and has put us off from revisiting in the future.

Went to five guys for the first time yesterday with my partner and whilst the food was ok, the size of the burger and hotdog were very disappointing for the price. Very overpriced for what you get. We shared a double burger, hotdog and regular fries and one drink which cost £30 and were still hungry afterwards. Even McDonalds is just as filling for half the price. I think I prefer a whopper from Burger King over a 5 guys burger. We definitely won’t be going again and would recommend

Pictured is a grilled cheese with bacon and pretty much all the options. Not bad,but still cost £6, which is the main problem with five guys - it's expensive for something that easily fits in the palm of your hand and isn't particularly filling. Usually the fries make up for it, but they cost as much as the sandwich and having been here a few times I can say this particular restaurant offers the smallest portion of fries out of any Five Guys I've been to. Need to sort that out. You'd probably be better off buying five portions of fries from the alternative burger restaurant located just up the road.

Great food and friendly service. If you know five guys then you know it's not cheap, but irrespective of that we still feel we got a great meal with exceptional service.

22 quid for a cheeseburger, a tiny hot dog and some chips. Not worth the money, complete rip off

It was my first time trying food at Five Guys, and I am really disappointed with their service and also quality of food. I had to wait about 25 mins to get my veggie sandwich after placing an order. Would you call this as fast food? I wouldn't. No mention of sorry and advising customers before taking order to say it's going to be a wait. About the food quality - too much of roasted onions. Only good thing was free roasted peanuts!

Been to many five guys in my time and this one is one of the worst. Burgers are barely warm and look anaemic. It’s like the burgers were cooked in advance and then steamed upon order. Service was ok, lady at till was nice enough but my gosh the food is terrible. Wasn’t just mine either, my partners was just the same. He had to throw half of his away. Stay away!

Bit pricey but worth it as a treat as the food is so good, service here was amazing and the place was really clean

Food was immaculate and up to a very high quality, the service from Rhian on the other hand was atrocious, the attitude she had was foul, never once did she make eye contact or smile and frankly I didn't feel welcomed. Would happily come again, as long as I'm served by others who seemed a lot more smiley and helpful.

Every delivery is missing items. Really frustrating. This time missing coke. Will contact deliveroo but stating to think they do it on purpose. Cannot beleive it when it's EVERY order. Also why offer sauce saches when you never send them. You need staff double checking before it's sent out.

First visit! Scrummy food. Jayden served very polite and helpful and knew everything about the food portions! And the fries stay hot! Lovely experience highly recommend! Will go again. Thanks Jayden!

Bland, tasteless and overpriced. Visited today with my wife for the first and last time. At just under £10 for a cheeseburger I was expecting great things. The staff were friendly, and service was efficient but the food was a let down. The chips: came in a drinks cup! And was not great. Despite their high price they can not even.put in the effort to peel the potatoes. And no, using peanut oil does not make them taste good😡. The burger: two decent sized hand made patties with cheese on a seeded bun wrapped in foil. Looked the part, but was so bland and tasteless. Even McDonald's season the burger with salt and pepper, and burger king flame grill. But five guys, nope.. Just a rather tasteless burger. Drink: did not have the cherry flavour so had to just have plain cola, but otherwise OK. So to anyone reading this, thinking of giving five guys a try, don't waste your money. Have had better burgers from aldi!

Food was just...okay...but wasn't hot by the time it was ready. We waited at least 20 minutes for a one burger, one hotdog and some chips 😲 even though ot wasn't busy when we walked in at 11:30 (one of the first). It was way overpriced for the poor quality and service. The staff were friendly at the till, but those cooking the food seemed overworked and run down...no smiles, grumpy, and clock watching. Will not be returning any time soon.

Ordered a milkshake, the three staff spent over 5 minutes chatting before one of them walked over and made the shake in 30 seconds.

Veggie sandwich isn't good. Food is served in a foil and burger sticks to the foil. It gets so messy. The tables are not cleaned regularly. Unpleasant experience for the price paid Long weight for the order Burger and cajun fries were good. Price on the higher side.

Got to say was impressed. Quite literally the best got dog (with bacon cheese and onions) I've ever had. HUGE portion of really good skin on fries. Nice choice on refillable drinks. Win win. Would have liked a single smile from the serving staff but it didn't detract!

Food was really tasty, nice portion size but a little pricey for what it is. Service was slightly slow but staff are friendly.

First time for me at Five Guys. Wasn't sure what to order but the lady that took the order was helpful. Waited about 5-6 minutes for the 2 burgers, fries and milkshake. Burger is of good quality and taste. We ate our food within the Five Guys store and I will call again. Found the interior decor very white with hard seats. Felt like I had walked into a 1970's pub toilet.

Would never go again. £50 for 3 burgers and 1 large chips, Cajun chips were over powering, burgers were absolutely tasteless and dry not juicy, more cheese on the wrapping than in the actual burger, the slices of tomato were the only thing you could actually taste! So if you want to pay £50 to taste some tomato go get them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Delicious hamburger joint. I ordered a hamburger with Cajun fries and a milk shake, was not disappointed. My wife ordered a lettuce bun hamburger and was very pleased.

Food is amazing, i could live on it. They do charge you for refills even if you don’t want a refill. It did cost about £10-20 per person, which isn’t cheap, aswell as the cost for refills. In conclusion, the food is amazing. The restaurant was very busy meaning there is a high chance of you sitting outside, but the outside seating has got a roof over it. We would go again.

employees are rude, I talked to them on the phone, they told me they would bring my order in 5 minutes, and I waited 40 minutes for the order, cold order

Nice food but incredibly expensive

Great place to eat as usual for the establishment. The normal complaint too, that of too much salt on the chips. Service was great and although the staff where a little reserved they where friendly. Recommend as a place to eat if looking for a quality burger and unlimited refill drink. Disabled access is great across the site and parking is on the retail park.

This is an embarrassment to the Five Guys brand! And doubt I'll be bothering with any more orders from any other Five Guys anywhere after this experience. We ordered on the web app, this was supposed to be quicker, took over 25 minutes in all to be handed over! Went for takeaway and when got home one of the main items was missing, and the food was lukewarm. This was because it had been left on the counter for a while waiting for the burger to be made, and then when made there were no fries as these had been given to orders placed after ours, so we had to wait for more to be cooked. No takeaway ketchup or mayonnaise, and they'd ran out at the in-house dispenser! If you dont have enough staff, close the branch until you do instead of giving customers a very poor sub standard service! UPDATE After a recent visit following being hounded by my teenager to go again, what a change! Great quick service, great communication, special mention to Joshua who was very friendly and engaging and informative about the products on offer.

Being in your restaurant today in McArthur Glen, I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of service, the staff were rude, uninterested and lazy. For instance, while I was waiting in the queue for twenty minutes, a lady came in and requested if a table could be cleaned outside. She has two children with her and the member of staff looked her, asked her what she meant. He then shook his head and walked off and so did she. I was amazed she came back in, one member of staff with attitude approached her with some blue roll but another customer had already provided her with baby wipes. The staff member muttered as he walked past that he'd wasted his time. I understand the idea of seeing all the food freshly prepared in front of you, but with your workstation was as disgusting as it was today do you think that is a good idea? In reference to the deep fat fryer, tables and floor which were both covered in old chips, disgusting. Then to top it all off it was cold for 18 odd quid! I've been to the chain in Nottingham, and that was brilliant, so I know that it's not all five guys restaurants but I will not be coming back to yours.

Rip off. £9.50 for a small cheeseburger when you could get a burger twice the size at burger King for £5. Fries were greasy and peanuts were manky.

Don't really know what to say, it was my first 5 guys. There was no que when I ordered yet I waited over 15 minutes for a burger in a squashed and deformed bun. The chips were ok. The only thing that made it a 3 star was the salted caramel milkshake. I should have used my gut instinct and gone to the burger king 100 feet away..... It was nearly twice the cost of a BK for half the enjoyment!

What a rip off. £16.55 for a cheese burger, fries and coke. Bun was prepared well in advance of burger being cooked so the bacon was stone cold when i finally got the grease ridden burger. Fries were just tipped into paper bag with no thought. Never again.

Ive been to 5 guys more than a handful of times but ive only been to this particular one a couole of times. The service is fast and the food is great. The staff do a great job of keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Definitely worth a visit. Free peanuts too.

I am going to give 4/5 to CheeseBirger and fries However, the hotdog was not edible and taste horrible ... To be honest, ... tasty cheesburger ... The hotdog was pretty much similar to what you can buy in COSTCO by paying 1 pound for the same hotdog ... a bottle of water for £ 2.50 ... ??? Its 2.5 times more than retail price...!!!! 4 /5 for cheeseburger 1/5 for Hotdog quality and quantity Drink price 1/5 6 /3 =2 overall Will try again but ONLY cheeseburger

Worst place I've ever been went there for a milkshake it was quite inside took nearly 15 minutes to get my order of just that I ordered a strawberry milkshake was given the wrong one and they refused to change it or refund never going back would highly avoid unless you want bad service and have lots of time to waste

We visited here on a Sunday as we had heard good things, well I can honestly say I wish I hadn't bothered, the prices are somewhat higher than other burger joints in the immediate area and the quality was shocking, we returned our first order and were told they would replace the meals, however 20mins later no replacement food had arrived so I asked tonspeak to the manager, who told me that there had been no replacement meals orderd, when I yried to explain to her what had gone wrong she simply said " I don't care" not the response I was expecting, a refund was eventually given and we left and ordered from the other near-by burger restaurant. Better places locally for half the price

Had a visit to here. Burger in tin foil ball was less than impressive,considering the current push to use more environmentally friendly packaging. Chips were iffy. Burger dry. Service Slow. Not for me.

I love five guys burgers. They are simply the best burgers that you can get. Very tasty and fresh. The small fries are so big you could feed a small village! The staff are friendly too. I have my burger bun less and it comes in a silver tray so I can bring the leftovers home.

Came in 11:17. Not busy, thought it would be reasonable service. Oh how wrong was I. Took 16 minutes for two burgers. How is that fast food when the place is nowhere near full and they appear to have a full staff. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered this for delivery. Paid a fortune for 4 burgers and fries to only receive the burgers. Everything else was missing. Burgers were squished and greasy. Our once monthly treat ruined by awful service.

Bought two burgers and chips (for delivery) from this place and that`s the only time I will ever order from them. Completely underwhelmed by the food. Both burgers were squashed under the weight of the bone dry, unappetizing chips. Veggie burger was simply cheese covered mush and the "plain burger" was completely disgraceful for the money charged. Anyone buying from this place more than once needs their head examining. Awful food, crazy price.

Our chosen food items were, in our opinion, low quality compared to other fast food outlets, overpriced and, despite an extended wait, far from piping hot. The seating has no padding and there appears to be no form of heating. On a more positive side, they do provide free refills on soft drinks.

Being from America I decided to try 5 Guys. First time and last. Overpriced for what it is. Service was great that's why 1star. On the other hand food is not worth the money. Everything was falling apart, had more ketchup and mustard on my hands then on my hamburger and hotdog. And who cuts a hotdog in half? Come on! Staff and music too loud, it's hard to enjoy the environment. Burger King next door does same quality and it's a lot less money.

The food was lovely. But the busy environment and very loud music, made it hard to enjoy. I have sensory issues, so this was a massive problem. We were refused straws, because the paper straws weren't environmentally friendly? But we could see everyone around us with straws. Usually I go to the 5 guys in Derby or Nottingham and don't face any of these problems. Quite disappointed :(

Well overpriced for what it is! It offers no better quality then Burger King but charges double the price. The staff however were very friendly and offered good customer service and the premises were very clean. But due to being overpriced I will not be returning!

Had a delivery via Deliveroo, first time trying Five Guys and it certainly won't be the last, the best 'fast food' burger and fries I've ever had, yes it's more expensive that McD's BK etc but you definitely get what you pay for. The delivery was prompt and everything was hot and tasty.

Very disappointing. Expensive for food,bacon just tasted burnt not like bacon,did not enjoy it .No hot drinks. And are the staff really American or is that accent put on. Won’t bother again.

Nice burgers but a little bit expensive for what they are. nice that you can get a beer aswell but the fries for me aren’t that nice and was probably what let the place down. Will probably stick to McDonalds in future.
