Best pizza place around could not say anything bad gave 5* food hot and fresh staff very nice clean shop 👌 we had the pepperoni pizza full house kebab and burger and chips nuggets for the kids

I have just been spoke to on the phone in the most derogative manner. Actually shouted at down the phone for calling in a polite manner to see where our order was 2 hours after it was first ordered! Sitting next to me my young daughter & son who can hear his mum being shouted at because they asked me to call as they were tired of waiting! Disgusting behaviour, i am appalled! Delivery driver was lovely won’t tar all with the same brush. (21st feb 2024 at around 21:30).

Awful, delivery time nearly 2 hours, food dry, cold and inedible. Will never order from here again!

Please don't bother. Ordered a pizza online Friday the 29th of September at 9pm, took my £14 quid, Waiting time was 80 mins, after 90 mins I phoned to enquire about delivery time, the very stressed out apologetic staff member said that he didn't know what the delivery would be as they only had one driver. I asked for a refund, we shall see. By the way, I always tip.

Avoid this place can't believe what has just been delivered to my door, but even worse was the response from the seller food Stone cold also only two dips should have been at least six (would not have been a concern if everything else was satisfactory only two of us we would have made do) called immediately to complain to be told food can't be cold as you only live over the road so Yes why was the food cold? Offered full refund driver would collect food. 20 minutes later heard driver pull up outside due to extremely loud music he plays again went to the door and he was three doors away (strange when he had only been to our house 20 min earlier surly he knew were to come back it was like a knock an run ) obviously no intention of sorting out the issue and drove away as i came out trying to catch his attention so here we are left with 20 pounds of total cold dried up left over food

Received a shish kebab tonight and it’s was absolutely shocking , basically this place doesn’t give a f**k about presentation and food quality, think they need to give their head a wobble and go back to what it used to be a quality take away….. stay away from here

First time trying UNO’s,Never again! Chicken burnt black!All went in the bin, complete waste of £35!

Thought I would give this a try. The pizza seemed like EVERY single ingredient was frozen and had a weird taste like you were eating plastic or something. Especially the onions were almost unedible. People were OK, I didn't have any problems like others have mentioned.

Manager promised a refund, when I asked again a few days later, the manager was on holiday for a week, rang again a week later manager was on holiday for a couple of months. Apparently he is the only one who can refund money.

I only get doner meat to be honest buts it's the best I can find around Huyton/prescot lads serving are friendly and they remember your previous orders I'm off there tonight can't wait.

Just visited shop worker added money on to my order when I corrected him he became abusive. I wanted me money back he started shouting do you know me Will never visit again place gone right down big chippy does Donner meat now go there

The kebab eventually was quite tasty, however waited for ages . The 'Man in charge 'was so disrespectful and so rude. I am appalled by his aggressive behaviour towards his customers. While I was waiting other customers also complained about his attitude, so sad as this could be a good business.

Wow just wow. Ordered from Uno pizza in prescot . They have had bad reviews . But all I can say is fantastic pizza not greasy delivered on time . Customer service fantastic 10/10 highly recommend .well done keep up the good work

This used to be my go to place for a kebab but no more! Awful, just awful. Noy only was the meat cold but lettuce brown and just no care taken. If you have lost your passion for what you do then move on. Simple! You have received many complaints but responded to none...poor form.

ordered my kebab online at 7.30 just turned up now at 10.15 told him to take it back love there kebabs been there for 20yrs plus but after this never again

Ordered for delivery, waited over 1hr half for the order, once arrived everything was cold and pizza looked like it was left over night, rock hard! Honestly shocking for delivery, not usually that bad if collecting to be honest! Wont be returning

Irrespective of the food, good, fair or bad, we should not accept a hygiene score of 1. No one should buy food when it’s official hygiene score is so low. If they care little or nothing about the hygiene of the place it is no surprise they care little about allergies. The people of Prescot and Knowsley deserve better, till it improves dramatically do not visit, why should we put up with any food outlet with a score of 1 and clearly pay no attention to allergies.

Filthy inside, staff in filthy uniforms, the food equally as bad. Pizza dripping in grease with the topping completely sliding off. Kebab meat had obviously been sitting around for a while, salad was not fresh and the chilli sauce was awful. Chips limp and cold. Place could really do with a deep clean. The best thing about this place is the owners hilarious reviews of his own business below. Not quite sure what I was thinking, place is a standing joke in Prescot. One to avoid unless you are from the local council looking for a hygiene inspection.

We were outside this place and going to go in and order however the sight of the large steel air extraction chimney at the left hand side of the building was absolutely disgusting - made me feel physically sick. Grease/fat dripping out it in several places and hardened grease/fat all over it from the very top to the bottom even underneath where it had dripped on the floor. Looks like its never been cleaned. Go and see for yourself.The owners clearly do not care about food standards and I find it disgusting that Knowsley Council allow this place to trade even just based on the outside. Imagine what you cant see inside!Only drunk people or people who have never seen the building clearly order from this place.

Waited for 2 hours for delivery, after being quoted an hour. Food arrived and pizza was stone cold and chips were overcooked - possibly reheated? Have been loyal customers for a very long time, but I think we'll be trying elsewhere!

Ordered online to pick up asked for donner n chips no salad and mayo. What did I get salad and ketchup. Chips were limp and soggy. I can see why I havnt been here in along time.

ordered 2 kebabs waited 1hour 45 mins for the food i phoned up a couple of times to be told the order has just left when it arrived it was stone cold chips where sweaty and the kebab was dry as a bone would never order again as long as there is a hole in my a**e it did not even taste of kebab disgusting

Thought we would order a pizza and kebab on a Sunday ordered it at 5.45pm and still waiting just on 2 hours later. Food is normally good but the waiting time is awlful in future will go the shop instead or go some where else

The delivery service excellent, the staff who deliver are friendly, polite I have never received any ill mannered delivery person, and I have used Uno's on numerous occasions .

Gone rapidly down hill this place was ok nothing special but now its vile tried benefit of the doubt but last 3 orders ive had diarrhoea for few days wont order ever again pizza are either burnt or undercooked and everything else is just as bad and if you complain they scream at you and block your address an phone number go elsewhere honestly

Placed order online for delivery, was told 45 minutes, an hour after it should have arrived it came, took it out the bag only to find it was freezing cold. Never again will unos get my custom.

Food I would not feed to my dog, wearing a balaclava. A shish kebab with the meat plucked from a metal vat, pre-grilled and cold, dropped into a cold pita straight out of the packaging with last night’s salad and covered with an awful sweet chilli sauce. All for the princely sum of £6.50. Zero care with the food they churn out, the pizzas they were packing into filthy bags for delivery all looked equally as bad. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely horrendous.

This is the worst pizza place around. Is absolutely minging inside. The pizza consistency was dreadful, bread was soggy In the middle and burnt underneath, they put a ton of cheese on it that slid off once you had picked the slice up. Chips was 100 percent warmed up and thick in grease. DO NOT ORDER. Wouldn’t feed to a dog.

Ordered online, 7.33pm, estimated delivery 60 mins. No sign at 8.45 so started calling to chase. Got through 10 mins later to be told the food was on its way and we are first to be delivered. We are 5 mins away.. 10 mins later still no sign so called back to be told it is just leaving. Snotty staff asking if we wanted to cancel the order. Denied that they had lied. It is now 9.20 and still nothing. Suspect it is coming via Rome by carrier pigeon!!! Will not be using again

Got two kebabs. My husband was violently ill after eating his, and couldn’t continue eating. I literally had about 3 bites of mine and it went straight in bin. It was absolutely disgusting. UNOs has seriously gone down hill over the years. Really really bad.

Backside hanging out, funny smells. Near raw Chicken. People this isn't a biast review, but omg these guys.The shop and food is vile. The chicken kebab was part raw. How dare you, and whilst I waited it looked like a health and safety nightmare. As bad as it gets. If they respond ignore as it is food at its most unhygienic and filthy. Avoid avoid avoid.

been getting uno's food for the past 15 years and its brilliant. yes you can wait a while for your food tell me were you dont wait. and yes sometimes they get the order wrong but if you let them no they sort it out for you no problem. there food is always fresh and cooked infront of you. there a great bunch of lads who you can have a laugh with. as you can with there drivers and they are always very polite and freindly. well worth a visit

Orderd sea food pizza and prawns still had the waist vein in, was sick all the next day will never order from there again🤮

The food is really good here the kebabs are huge we have tried donner. chicken and mixed meat and 1 kebab could easy be split for 2 people if you get an extra pitta bread. Pizzas have loads of filling on them definitely the best pizza takeaway in prescot and whiston.

ordered justa simple deal deal 12 inch pizza garlic bread with chicken pieces a bottle of coke and some chips extra first of all they came out after an hour with just the pizzas and drink but no chicken or chips so eventually another twenty minutes later the chicken strips and chips arrive with no dips? what obviously is a popular meal deal to them they can't even get there own menu right awful. delivery staff was lovely shame they have to work somewhere like that

Ordered from here for the first time after looking at some decent reviews online ordered a chicken kebab the bread was so stale i could of chipped a tooth on it and the chicken was black and disgustingly dry with an enormous amount of garlic mayo to try hide the fact.

Every time I have a mixed kebab from anywhere else I am disappointed because Uno's does the best feeds 2 and lunch next day is massive but cooked to perfection well worth the money

Regular visitor here but it's so unpredictable. Their pizzas used to be the best around but they have lost their pizza making skills. Last two I've ordered have gone in bin! Let's hope they can find them again.

Always a very tasty meal to share!! We always have extra olives and extra chilli!!!! They deliver to your door at no extra charge within a certain radius!! When they're busy you may have to wait for upto an hour so it's always good to...

In the past UNOs has been really good with nice food and quick delivery . Tonight which is the weekend was terrible . Waited over an hour and half for food and it was stone cold . Tried ringing back but it was obviously near...

Place is great usually. However when busy standards fall. Delivery times are getting longer with an hour now standard. Turned up tonight with wrong order after 55 min wait then said another hour wait. No offer of apology or something extra thrown in to keep our business. Not acceptable so cancelled it! Other places around that can do better. Likely to become a last resort place rather than a first choice. Shame. Place is going downhill!

I knew there was a reason we stopped ordering from here. Food took 2 hours, it was cold, horrible, and when we rang to complain they weren't at all bothered. Avoid a t all costs.

Took an hour and 45 for the food to come had to ring the restaurant 3 times to be told on the first time it would be here soon , food arrived and pizza was ice cold tasted like bumhole and was colder than the bottle of coke , chips were soggy and there was enough ketchup in the dip for one chip, never again

Decided to order pizza, kebabs and some Donna Meat from UNOs - when we ordered for delivery we were advised that they were busy and it could be 45 minutes or so. We ordered at 19:55 and thought - no problems don't mind the wait, what we did not count on was nearly a 2 hr wait - we did attempt to ring to chase up the order to see what was happening, however phone constantly engaged.When the delivery finally came at 21:50 we were in two minds to refuse, however the kids were starving - however when we opened the food the pizza was stone cold - the kebab meat was like warm and the chips soggy- indicating that they had been sat around for ages.When we rang to complain we did manage to get through and was offered a replacement order - which considering it was nearly 22:00 hrs we refused. Give them their due they did send the driver back and refund us the money, however the poor service and extremely long wait time makes us think again about using them - if they knew they were struggling to cope why continue to take orders etc.If they had ring us and advised of the issue and delays, we could have then had the option to cancel the order and look for somewhere else, which would have been more positive than receiving cold food.It would have also saved a lot of waste as I don't think we were the only ones with a long wait time

Uno's never fail! Every time you order something your guaranteed to get what you want and all for such good prices! The food tastes great and the meal deals are really good. Would definitely recommend

Uno pizza do really nice pizza and good quality kebabs, the only let down is the delivery is really slow. We've waited up to 2hrs for a weekday delivery. Usually best to pick it up yourself.

I tend to only! go here when I've had a couple of drinks, true be know when theres nowhere else to go pizza can be very greasy and pretty average for a typical kabab outlet. With at least 13 to 19 members of staff on the other side of the counter you will always get served quickly.

nice pizzas and kebabs - although the chicken burgers would be better with chicken breast as the breadcrumb ones are much of a muchness

Never had a problem with the pizzza's I have ordered, in fact, always hot and as ordered and they are top quality. The delivery guys are always nice and pleasant. My only gripe is the delivery time. Sorry guys, you make a mean pizza, but need to up a notch on the delivery.

This is the best takeaway for miles! The pizzas are superb and the customer service is fabulous. We don't live close enough for delivery but would rather drive to Uno's to collect our order than order from somewhere that does deliver in our area. Give them a go!

This is my favourite takeaway place always a good prompt service food is always great especially for a takeaway joint it's a little hidden away in Prescot town centre & I have been going for years!!

Just received my order only to find 1 Kebab missing, rang the shop only to be told by the manager they won't send out a missing kebab as the order was confirmed (even thow I stated 2 of the same) as it is under the min delivery by less than £2 rude manager definitely lost my business and will be letting everyone know not to eat here all because of less than £2!!!!!! Im really not the type of person to make a complaint especially about food but this was really bad, i feel violated and only had a few bites ordered a chicken mushroom sweetcorn pizza was absolutely disgusting the mushrooms were like plastic an all hard bits of chicken whole thing just fell apart when we picked it up smelt off!! I actually feel like going up and launching it at the shop and askin for me money back, oh ye which they over charged us for aswell first fella said £12 then another man said no 20 odd only ordered pizza an a chicken kebab the chicken was as dry as anything so hope yous are reading this you cheeky bas%!@ds!! The BBQ Chicken Pizza is fantastic. Easily the best pizza in Prescot, very good after a few beers, it certainly hits the spot.

Uno's is a typical kebab/ pizza takeaway. The kebabs are better than average but maybe its the alcohol playing tricks on me! The pizza's are not great and I would describe them as plasticy. However, its always extremely busy with staff and delivery drivers (once I counted 16 behind the counter) whenever we have visited so what do I know.

If you want a kebab in the Prescot area,pick Uno.I always opt for the chicken with full salad and chilli sauce.If it's a Saturday or big match on the telly be warned,order early for delivery as it can take best part of an hour at peak times.

Best pizza I've ever had! And chips! Nice pizza baked fresh to order. You might have to wait 10/20 mins on a Friday/Saturday night but it's worth it.They also deliver and are always friendly!

There's something typically British about ending a night with a kebab, and I'm guilty of this myself on occasion.Recently I ordered a donner and a chicken kebab from Uno's for Mrs E & myself, along with two portions of chips. The bloke on the phone abruptly took the order and within half an hour everything arrived. The delivery man seemed cheerful enough, despite having a job where he mostly comes into contact with drunks!My chicken kebab was tasty, packed with fresh salad, and the chilli sauce had the right amount of tingle. The wife's donner kebab came absolutely jam-packed full of yummy meat, and again plenty of mixed salad & garlic mayo. The chips were very salty but hot & tasty.No complaints here apart from stinky breaths all round the following morning. Recommended (that's Uno's and NOT the dragon breath).
