Unorthodox Roasters in Stirling

Stopped here while travelling past. The coffee was excellent, hot tasty and strong. The shop is a fascinating place with a machine whirling await roasting the coffee, people filming the place and a full shop of people drinking the excellent coffee amid all that was going on.

Trinken: - Cappuccino - Dirty Chai Latte - Iced Latte - Americano Essen: - Sourdough Toasts 1x mit Scottish Smoked Salmon 1x Tomate, Mozzarella & Mandeln 1x Serrano & Parmesan - Carrot Cake Positiv: Ein sehr niedliches und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Café. Der Kaffee ist durchweg spitze, ebenso das Essen. Von Toasts bis zum Kuchen war alles eine 10/10. Hinzu kommt das wirklich sehr freundliche und begabte Personal. WLAN und eine Toilette ist vorhanden, welche sehr groß und sauber war. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass Menschen auf Fahrrädern vorbeigekommen sind und ihre eigenen Thermosbecher mitgebracht haben, in der Hoffnung, diese befüllen lassen zu können. Das Personal war direkt zur Stelle und hat eine Lösung gefunden, diese mit Heißgetränken zu füllen, statt die „normalen“ To Go Becher, die das Café besitzt. Absolute Kundenorientierung. Negativ: Es gibt absolut gar nichts auszusetzen.

My first visit will probably be my last. We found the food nice and fresh but the premises are slightly cramped. I know in todays society venue are children friendly which is a good thing. On saying this tge whole new experience was spoiled by an over excited child screaming and running through the restaurant. Parents did not really do anything. I did wonder why staff were making the youngster worse. Then I found out the parents and staff member were related.

Beautiful coffee but service of two croissants took so long that the coffee would have been cold had we waited. How long does it take to lift a croissant out of the display area? Very disappointing.

Best coffee I have had, unreal!!! Food is also delicious. What makes this place though is the 10/10 service, the manager is so sound, super friendly and so are the staff. I always look forward to visiting here. Good job guys 😊

Lovely coffee and food. But had 2 wait 30 minutes for 2 take away black coffees which was rather disappointing. Completely understand that the shop was busy but found the staff to be not very engaging or bothered by this fact. People who had ordered after us received their order before we did.

This is a brilliant coffee shop roasting their own beans and serving fantastic coffe and food. This has a great vibe with beans being roasted in store. The staff are attentive and knowledgable about real coffee. If you love good coffee and want something like a pour over or a flat white then try this place. This is hands-down our favourite coffee shop. A midpoint on our regular cycles. The coffee is exceptional; sometimes they’re roasting it when you go in. Tasty and innovative food choices and just a lovely, chilled atmosphere. Got talking to a woman at our table who said she thinks it’s the best coffee stop in the world. She might not be wrong.

Best coffee in Stirling, hands down, maybe even in Scotland! Worth paying for. Food is also great but go for the coffee alone and you won’t be disappointed.

Coffee is some of the best I’ve ever tasted and they guys in the shop are incredibly friendly and take the time to chat with you. They also have a small shop with different kinds of coffee, their de-caf is the best de-caf I’ve found anywhere.

Difficult to know how to rate this place. I want to like it as it’s independent and the coffee tastes amazing, but served in very small cups and barely warm. For lunch, the sourdough toast was beautifully presented , but too much dressing, only 1 small slice of bread and hardly any topping. French toast however was a good size and delicious. Service was very slow. I’d stop again for a takeaway coffee but not for sit in food .
