Food was awesome, good clean place

Chicken burger was amazing and the Matilda cake, cookie dough was perfect. Thank you !!!!!

Walked in last Sunday afternoon thinking we'd try out the all day breakfast or brunch options. Sat down. No menus on the table. Member of staff didn't acknowledge us. Sat there looking at him for 10 mins but he continued to drink his water and didn't say a word. Ended up getting up and walking out and he carried on drinking his water. Poor experience.

Brilliant to say the least. Extremely attentive customer service. The requested items can never go wrong. The owner ( I forgot to note her good name) jotted down our particular request and saw that the items were all prepared as required. Very much appreciated

10/10 - Amazing customer service from the brother and sister who were there tonight. Very polite and Desserts were delicious also.

The shop was filled with bugs reminded me of Pakistan,but the desserts was nice.

Came here for a Sunday brunch with my mum and sister. It was nice and quiet, everything was neat and tidy, love the decor. The food was amazing and customer service was also 10/10. The brother who served us was so respectful and accommodating. They also have a policy if you spend over £20 you get a free treat. Unfortunately my cupcake melted on my drive home lol but thank you so much Tz treatz! I have tried some food spots in Luton and Ngl I haven't enjoyed them much but Tz Treatz didn't disappoint. I will definitely come here more often in sha Allah Thank you

I had fantastic experience on my recent visit the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Nice clean, well presented decor and shop atmosphere. My daughter wanted an Oreo milkshake and we got a 5 variety selection of doughnuts. Highly recommended and definitely will be going back for desserts not tried the rest of the menu - yet!

waffles, cheesecake and choc tart all nice. disappointed with the pink tea.. tasted like warm milk with nuts not appetising

Nice ambient atmosphere. Food was flavorsome and hit right notes..Desi chai had some stuff in it but tasted fab..good chef! Guy was brill but server lacked any customer skills but hope it improves to return! Overall I recommend the establishment for a quick bite ..

Last night was my first time ordering from this place. I was a bit hesitant because I had ordered milk cake for takeaway but to my surprise it tasted so fresh, loved it!!

This place used to be good when it was first open now the food is actually nasty no flavours just spice.

Deserts were good but ice cream was missing from the order

Yesterday I ate Lazania and Chicken Paye it was sỗ delicious and perfect. I would recommend everyone to go and try it. It was perfectly cooked and original taste moreover their service were also great, very quick and kind.

The cornflake tart was so solid my tooth and the spoon broke! The man who answered the phone when I called to tell them was aggressive and swore and threatened me! Terrible service and food is not fresh they freeze then reheat but can't even do that properly

We were very, very disappointed, the delivery guy didn’t even ring the doorbell properly!? The delivery was late and the food was “absolutely freezing!!” We paid £20.08 and we only received a regular dairy milk shake!! We ordered large!! I will not be recommending to my friends & family or ever ordering again!!

Food was leaking in the bag and potatoes were cold

The chicken pasta was spicy but had no flavour. The lasagne meat was in chunks someone really needs to learn how to cook keema in that place.

Has recently become the go to desert shop for us after trying 2 others in the same area that either didn't have ice cream! Or don't do cones!! Nice clean shop. Friendly staff and most importantly the ice cream tastes great - they don't skimp on portion size either :) Haven't tried the hot food but will be sure to pop in for a breakfast some time.

Ordered an english breakfast and the toast was burnt and you could see where they'd scrapped off the black bits ...beans were given without any juice which they've done before so the whole thing was really dry. Just really poor meal especially for the price paid.

Service was efficient and pleaseant I left my phone at the shop till when paying true honest workers kept the phone aside and returned it could thank them enough

Beans are cold eggs are rock solid rashers are burnt and bread is soggy , I got half a cherry tomato and 4 slices of mushroom , Do NOT order breakfast from here!! Very disappointing

Food was decent would be better if food wasnt from icelands. Ordered fish and chips literally the same as from icelands price was good compared to other treat/ chai places. The service was great though!!

Ordered the lasagne with chips and salad…lasagne was definitely frozen and store bought even thought they claim everything’s freshly made daily. The chips were cheap frozen ones and were exploding with oil every time u took a bite. All in all the food was greasy and oily and deserves a 1 star rating. I had high hopes aswell. Wasn’t worth the £10. Feeling ill after a few bites literally too oily and greasy

I drove from hemel just for the falooda alone! As soon as you walk in, you can tell the decor is well thought out and oozes class. The range of options is very good, I love love love love their falooda! I'm trying to lose weight but I just can't help it!!!!! Staff are friendly as well which is always an added bonus!

Excellent desserts and very good portions

I had a strawberry banana chocolate waffle and a cornflake round tart. Both were Delicious. The owner Tanzeela is Very Welcoming and Professional. I look forward to my next visit at T’z treats.

Tried this place very first time and couldn’t believe we have such a quality place in Luton.Highly Recommend. Their tea selection for 2 was amazing . Staff is amazing and helpful. Deserve 5 stars

I have not been disappointed by T'z Treats. I must give them a 5 star for their service, lovely meals that are reasonable priced and that fact that resturant is remaining clean. BUT I will point out,the floor is gathering food crumbs and accumulating and this I have noticed on 3 occasions whilst eating there. Please clean all nooks and crannies. I have noticed in Luton, the cleanliness of Indian and Pakistani restaurants are diabolical with food splattered on windows, dust gathering on panels, floors will clumps of food and hair everywhere. So please T'z Treatz don't become one of those and lead standards in Luton. Thank you

Took forever to prepare the food

Lovely food very reasonably price, all the food was up to the mark, would definitely go there again. That waffle and chicken was absolutely to die for, the explosion of flavor. The only thing that was absolutely dry as a bone was their french toast, it was brioche bread and they coated it but didn't let the mixture absorb in it, from the inside it was dry as a bone, asked them to make a second one, exactly the same, dry, so if you like your french toast dry from the inside then go for it otherwise avoid that. Everything else was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely go there again but will avoid the french toast.

Today I ordered two milk cakes both were expired cake and very sore very bad service they are not checking the cakes or not storing it properly

Salad was old and wilting. Paratha and chicken pie pastry was undercooked in places. It’s the 1st time I have seen chicken pie being made with chicken mincemeat, I did not like it tbh.

I visited this place with my companians and I was glad to find a very nice looking spot with delicious desserts. The man behind the till was also very nice and accepted our request to turn the music down.

Amazing experience. Very respectful staff. I asked them to turn the music down and they were very respectful of my faith, turning the music down immediately. Lovely food too. Very enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Been here once with the family that I'd want to come here again. We ordered karak chai, but honestly speaking, nobody in Luton really knows what karak chai is. If you're familiar with "doodh patti", well that's what their karak chai tasted like. I had no expectations for it, so wasn't disappointed at least. The rest of their stuff we ordered was good and I mean good. Tarts tasted delish, waffles with ice cream (forgetting the exact name) were amazing and the serving size was overwhelming (for me at least). Too bad I didn't take photos of the food we ordered. More to follow when I visit again, keep tuned!

I’ve been here so many times the service has always been top class one of the best shops I’ve been to by far the staff are doing an amazing job.

i don’t normally right reviews but on this occasion i had to write review. i orderd oreo waffle brownie waffle also croffle. there was slight issue with one of waffles which did have missing topping on it i had to call up the place. i have to admit the way they handled my issues was amazing they were polite and apologised straight away also offerd to drop me a new waffle off as well even though drivers they use are uber drivers. i had fresh new waffle dropped of with correct topping and let me keep original waffle reason i’m writing the review is i’ve lived in luton most of my life isn’t any restaurants these days go extra mile but they did thank you 🙏

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered waffle, cookie dough and doughnuts from here and there was hair in the waffle! And there was chewing gum on the dessert box! DISGUSTING. We called and spoke to the manager who’s attitude was defensive, rude and unprofessional! They refused to take any action. Awful awful service! Please avoid!

I have personally ordered many times for T'z treats. In all honesty, they haven't really let me down apart from being very conservative in their portions. I recently made a order via uber & had found that within my order I had found a chewing (probably not even Tz treats fault) & a hair inside my waffle. NOT. On top as a loose hair but something which was in the mix & then got cooked. I made a call with them directly & their managers behaviour and response was atrocious. I wanted to hear about that they were sorry & make a improvement. Instead all I got was "The chewing wasn't mine, just get a refund" "there was no hair in the food, I packaged it up myself". To argue with a customer & not admit to your mistake is the worst thing you can do as business. It shows your incompetence & your inability to take accountability for poor service. Lost a loyal customer down to your attitude. Please fix up.

First time at this place and absolutely loved it! Decor, cleanliness, customer service and most importantly food were very good. A must visit, but would recommend having either savoury or sweet items as opposed to both as portions sizes are very generous although you have the option of a doggy bag.

Cheese flan just tasted like egg. Wasn’t nice at all. Chips were soggy. Beans were stone cold and there was not many at all.

ordered 2 cookie doughs on 2 separate occasions and both times it’s been 10/10 and a lot of shops never get cookie dough right , it’s in level with treatz and cremes , we’ll worth a try

Good atmosphere and look of the shop unfortunately the falooda we ordered was below par. The taste and ice cream given as standard was just wrong decisions all the way. They can do better. I am sure there other stuff taste good but my experience wasn't good.

Hit and miss, have ordered q few times from here. One time they gave me unripe avocado, another missed turkey rashers and this time, they missed my falooda sundae. The taste is nice when the correct food given
