Quiet night early evening. Friendly and comfortable. Will go again

Fantastic little ale house. Beer selection is varied and all good stuff. Lovely atmosphere with really friendly staff. They also have quality live music which is a big plus!

A great real ale pub with friendly, helpful staff, regular beer tasting evenings, stockists of a fine gin menu with regular gin tasting evenings, recently won the an award and a firm contender for CAMRA Pub of the year, well worth a visit, plus live music every Sunday

Great boozer. A pub that specialises in proper beer with a great range of ales and ciders. Not an establishment for the usual lager drinking riff raff.

Lovely craft beer bar in the middle of Ashton. Run by a real enthusiast. Nice decor and comfortable atmosphere. Much better than a faceless lager pub with constant live football 😒

Always a lovely visit, this is easily the best bar in Ashton. Outstanding ale selection, good choice of gin and friendly staff. Even the dog feels welcome!

Brilliant decor, friendly staff and of courses a good selection of real ales. Best place in the area.

Been quite a few times now, Always a great selections of beers and cider. The beer club is great too. Loads of gins too. A top tip if you visit and Bob is working, whatever you do don't let him borrow your hat!!

Best bar in Ashton by a very long way, only wetherspoons can touch it for variety of quality beers, but can't match the cosy friendly atmosphere. If gins are your thing you'd be happy here too
