Twisted London in Harrow

Ordered take away - the burger was too small to be the price it was, not to mention the patty was burnt and the bread dry. Definitely not worth it & won’t be ordering again.

Wasn’t sure if they made a mistake and ordered meat patties but no mistake, their chicken was just so burnt I couldn’t even bite into it. How is this place still open?? Just crap and absolutely not encouraged to order food anymore… these places are a money grab. They even wrote on the bag to leave them a review hahaha so I did. Honestly don’t order from here

Really poor quality food. Don't waste your money!!

If I could give zero stars That would be my preference – Had twisted burger delivery, D & V a couple of hours later - Food poisoning!

First of all the delivery took an hour and a half to come to our house and they wanted the delivery driver to lie to us that it was ready but it took another 30 minutes. Then we received the food just to find out it was cold and moist. After having half of my burger I realised that the meat was raw inside and this is what cause my stomach to feel sick and I want to throw up. Not to mention that the shop was close to us, around 10 minutes to be precise, but it took ages to be prepared and come to us. They gave us extra burgers as a way of compensation but they were cold aswell. I definitely would not recommend.

Made an order on Uber eats for a vegan burguer and it was delivered the normal meat burguer. It’s not acceptable when it’s specific that needs to have no meat on it.
