Phenomenal food and a great selection of tasty ciders, my burger and fries were top notch and I would even go as far as to call this a destination!

Huge beer garden. Great for larger groups. Good range of food with gluten-free options. Nice ciders. Not cheap but definitely worth a visit.

Very well priced and tasty burgers. Speedy service, good food. Been here a few times and not been disappointed by neither the food, nor the drink.

Probably not the best time for my anxious self to be in there, but, the staff are good at what they do and seem to have decent enough knowledge of their products. Friendly place, lively atomsphere, and the rugby rivalry was kept as raucous as a game should be and each side was respectable to each other. Also, deep fried pickles. My dear trans sisters *the deep fried pickles!*

Best burger you’ll get in a bar/pub/brewery for the price. Been coming a year and feel it deserves a decent review. It’s always delicious. Chips hot. BBQ sauce banging. Burgeys tasty. Nice beer too. Legends. All of them.

Burgers are tender and juicy and packed full of flavour. Quick friendly service, can't wait to go back! The only thing I could fault is the lack of items on the menu but we went at lunch time so this may change later in the day.

Lovely good priced Burgers and Sides here. My friend and I got 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks for around £40 which I think is good. The food process was easy enough and bar tenders were on hand to offer suggestions. Food was good, beer was good and times were quick. Get yourself here! Choice for everyone!!

Great Food, great staff, just phone ahead to confirm what menu is available. Online Menu states food served Tuesday to Thursday 16.00 to 21.00 Friday and Saturday 12.00 to 21.00... slightly misleading, Full menu is available after 4pm, prior to that it is a deli style menu, asked if I could get fries with sandwich, was told that a "classic" menu was available Couldn't fault it, when it came out. Had the CLUB Burger, a flat fried chicken thigh. Nice crispy coating, not greasy. Definitely on my list to go back to sample the full menu

Says online opens at 12. Go for 12 and don't serve food till 1pm. So you don't open till 1! She went and asked the chef and he said no not till 1pm, why be open but not serving? Now I have a crying child. Not been for years since it went down hill at the harley due to lazy students running the place. Seems nothing has changed.

This was the first time i have been here. It wil not be the last. It was a really chilled atmosphere. Choice of alcohol that was brewed on sote and served was really good. Food was really nice. I had the limp Brizkit burger with cajun fires. Itbwas freshly made, I really enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Facilities was very clean. Like the urinals in the mens toilets. You will know when you see them. Has out door seating all undr shelter aswell as inside seating. Been told they do a brewery tour of there brewery that is on site. Check websites for more info. Over all really pleased with my my visit.

At Heist (not Cutlery Works) I really rate these burgers, but at triple point they are incredibly salty, I wouldn't recommend unfortunately

Been visiting twisted for years in the various places they've called home. Every meal we've had has always been fantastic and I doubt you'll find better value for money on a Wednesday when it's 2 for 1 on burgers! Give this place a try it's amazing 😍

Really good value. Great outside space on a sunny day. Huge indoor space too so always room. Next to Triple Point Brewery so sample some local brew too - we did. Mango cider and Hazy Ale.

The burgers are very tasty I had the triple but they aren't the largest. The beer selection didn't suit me with only 1 darker porter on but it was nice.

Make sure you book as not allowed most of the menu if you don't have a booking, server was rude when I asked why I was only allowed to choose from 5 burgers off the whole menu, not even allowed to order sides or loaded fries

Went to get food but could find a table. Had a drink and seemed nice.

First time visiting Twisted Burger Company since they moved to Triple Point Brewery. Nice selection of burgers. Chick N Seoul was quite tasty, decent portion with fries on side. Would recommend the sharing fries and nachos for sharing with friends when on night out. Good food as always!

Really enjoyed my visit. My wife and I had the 2-for-1 burger deal. Twisted Burger have always made great burgers and pairing with Triple Point is a match made in heaven. Burgers were fresh, delicious and portion sizes were just right. Service was great as well, staff very friendly and personable. Absolutely would come again.

The food and drinks were fantastic but we were told a 30 minute wait for food and it ended up being a 50 minute wait after asking where the food was twice after the 40 minute mark, it was worth the wait however very tasty

I've been to Twisted Burger Co multiple times in the past and have been thoroughly delighted by the food, however on this most recent venture I found the burger to be a bit lacking, and felt thrown together. Obviously I still ate It, and will probably go back again on the assumption that the chef was just having a bad day.

Unfortunately zero stars isn’t an option. Ordered vegan burger through Uber eats and received a meat burger. Mistakes happen, it’s how you fix them… I rang up to explain the situation and they tried to convince me it was the Uber driver’s fault for giving me the wrong order despite the bag having my name written on it (albeit spelt wrong). They then had to concede that it was their fault but that I’d have to go through Uber to reclaim my money. (Couldn’t reclaim the deliver fee though so paid £2 for nothing). They then gave me an email address to contact to arrange a free meal for the trouble but after 2 chasers I’ve heard nothing. To anyone looking for a decent vegan burger in Sheffield I recommend Saucy, Make no Bones and Church as alternatives.

Love love love the food and drink

Lovely place for a drink, food was okay, quite salty on everything. So many little flies were flying around while we were eating, so annoying. Overall experience was okay, I will come again for beer not the food. Staffs are really nice btw

Brilliant range of beers from lagers, session ales to hardcore porter's. Food excellent and staff/service some of the best we've experienced for a very long time. Highly recommended and would go back to the city just to visit here again.

As a place that does only burgers, you'd expect them to be out of this world. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to it. They're good, but honestly nothing special.

Great food here but spend so much time setting up the app and ordering a drink through that messy system then setting up another account to order food then the website had payment errors, 40 minutes went by and had no assistance, ended up leaving without eating

They provided the food for my daughter's Christening at the weekend. There staff are amazingly well organised and efficient at getting food out. All our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed their burgers with my Aunt saying she was so full she just couldn't squeeze in the last few chips! My brother-in-law (who is very selective about his food) said the burger was really nice.. You really can't get better than this. Awesome food great service!

Our first family meal out since everything lockdown and Twisted Burger did not disappoint, food was delicious and everyone cleared their plates and all the different ales were fab coming straight from the big pumps. Great experience and will definitely return. 5/5

Best place for veggie/vegan (or meat) burgers! So delicious and always accommodate to my dietary requirements! Can't recommend enough, if you live in Sheffield then Twisted Burger is a MUST! I've eaten here loads over the years but felt like I needed to write a review after reading some of the recent bad reviews that are ridiculous, especially as they have done them for a friend not even their own experience!!

The flavours were good but the burgers were dry! With a bit of added gristle. Not amazing but okayish.

Ordered burgers expecting a full-filling meal but no fries came with the order when it clearly states fries come with all of the burgers. Chicken was over-fried and wasn't much meat. Terrible, would not recommend.

Amazing food, stacked burgers with toppings you don't see anywhere else, and loaded fries out of this world. Great vegan options.

Friend ordered a burger without pork for religious reasons. Chef made it with bacon and refused to remake another one. Chef said the system never make mistakes. Literally saw our friend types in the notes to have no bacon. Do not recommend this place at all.

Very nice reasonably priced food, friendly staff and good beer. Good atmosphere.

There was an issue with ordering online where a ticket didn't state a note that was made to remove bacon due to religious reasons for a friend. The cook refused to remake the burger. Their only response was to pay for a new one. There was no apology or any goodwill. We will not be eating here again.

Burger had a great taste that did not fade after a few bites. Sadly in contrast the fries were very plain and lackluster, no seasoning. The sauces (mayo, ketch-up) were decent.

Atmosphere was good staff were so lovely and it was dog friendly which is always a bonus! Food wasn't amazing though. But I think that's a 1 off

I had my hopes up for this restaurant, but me and my partner ordered 2 vegan burgers, and found to be waiting for them for over an hour and 10minutes, when it arrived, came in a box i get from my local Dixy Chicken Shop. I was charged a ridiculous price for a burger that was very average! I was expecting something really tasty, but i didnt, and the chips were just chips, nothing special or amazing about them at all! I wouldnt come here again, or order!

Burger topping were really good but there was no where near enough for the price you pay. Same goes for the sharing fries, they are delicious but again very small portion toppings! A more flexible menu would be nice!

It’s now in a different location. I got the vegan burger with facon, Mac & cheese, cheese, and onion. Oh my god amazing. I didn’t want to finish it cause just tasted so good. It was so damn flavourful. I will be dreaming of this burger for so long!!!! I cannot wait time come back!!! Seriously, amazing! If you’re vegan and trying to figure out if it’s worth it, IT IS! GO!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Just been for lunch at 12:30 on a Friday to be told kitchen is temporarily closed because they are preparing for a private party, so goodbye - we had actually come from quite afar. Appalling customer service - the worker appeared to be very stressed and overworked. In the worker's defence there was absolutely no staff and indeed we had to wait quite a few minutes before she arrived from the kitchen - so she is probably serving the food, cooking the food, serving at the bar, and anything else required. I feel customer service is getting worse and worse in the UK and this really has been a defining moment. In my line of business I simply can't treat customers like this otherwise i won't have many, so perhaps this will happen to the twisted burger if they continue like this?

Their vegan burger is honestly to die for - mac and cheese, fake bacon and fake chicken all in one burger. Their loaded fries are spectacular. However, when ordering through deliveroo expect your food to be lukewarm at best. Would be 5 stars if not for the consistently lukewarm food whenever we get it delivered. The taste is amazing but perhaps this is that should only be eaten at the place itself? EDIT: it is still open, they have just changed location to Triple Point Bar.

Had both the chicken and the pork burgers from here. Having heard good things about the place, the location and staff are great but the burgers themselves are AWFUL. The meat doesn't resemble any proper meat and had a rubber like texture, don't understand how people can rate the food well at all. Overall Twisted Burger Company is a huge disappointment and priorities brand and style over substance. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was slightly disappointed by my visit to the TBC at the Harley. Woefully understaffed the food took about 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive and to be honest, while the burgers were good, they weren't that special. The patties were what you'd expect for fast food not gourmet burgers. Don't think I'll be going again in a hurry.

Not a bad burger place! The topped fries are a meal in themselves :D Had the pulled pork fries and a very spicy burger.

It was ok, I think I was a little confused about eating in essentially a late bar for lunch. The smell of stale beer and sticky floors was a little off putting. Food was great we have Holy Cluck burgers, poutine, and deep fried pickles. All tasted great. I think my only issue was the venue and if Twisted Burger could say maybe set up away from The Harley I think it would be great.

Ran out of ales - only lager available. Many items on the food menu were also off Burger was cold, chips were cold. Most of the staff were good, and rescue a star, but one female member was just disinterested, bordering on rude - I was over three minutes waiting at an empty bar for a drink before she checked if someone else was serving me. Shame, it used to be a great place to go. We picked this over Smoking Bull due to the fact it's a pub with a good beer range, but we'll stick with Smoking Bull next time.

Gorgeous burgers with a real variety of different tastes, nice fries and plenty of sauces to go with them including Hendos, mayo, mustard, Tomato sauce. The Harley also has a good range drinks but the burgers could be bigger given the full price of the menu. (Check the Facebook page for offers).

Tasty food at good prices. Get a loaded chips to share, you ain't gonna finish them all. Good selection of beers and friendly staff. Also frequent local music nights.

Burgers are delicious although can be a bit slow at times. Visit on Wednesday for half price vegan burgers (which are incredible)

Visited here with my friend from the area who recommended it. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and although it was not busy we were told there was a 25 minute wait on the food, which didn't arrive for an hour with no apology. The burgers were in fact delicious, but were let down by the slow service.
