Twelve Restaurant and Lounge Bar in Wyre

Had the most amazing food at this restaurant last night, the staff were very friendly and really helpful and it had a great atmosphere. The scallops that I had were the best I have had and my fillet steak was cooked to perfection! I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back

Amazing food , had the 3 course Sunday roast special

Had high expectations about this place. Came on a quiet night so didn't have the lively buzz about it. Was surprised to be plonked next to the fire exit despite it being so empty. (Perhaps that's down to my ugly mug). Tried a set menu so much in way of choice. I did enjoy good quality food with nice modest portion sizes. Customer service was the best bit. The waitress smelled really nice. Not in a weird way, we did tell her and she agreed that she did.

We visited for an anniversary this weekend just gone and the food was lovely. The portions are on the smaller side but this means you can have 3 courses which isn't a bad thing! The staff were attentive and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Visited Twelve not for the first time on Thursday for my Dads 70th. The restaurant is located on Fleetwood Rd Thornton, just best to the Oldest working Windmill in Europe. Very slick and modern inside. A lovely seating area on right as you enter with plenty of natural light. Awards clearly placed on the walls as you enter, shows to me how proud they are of the restaurant. I had pork pie to start which was first class. Mains I had the beef, not completely my favourite but it was ok. Staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the dishes. Twelve is on the more expensive side of other restaurants but still very much worth a visit.

Food is good, service is a bit slow and annoying the meticulous serving methods but it's just not a place for me really. If you like fine dining you'd probably like this place but like I said not for me

Fantastic restaurant, serving local and delicious food. I have always enjoyed every visit you are made to feel welcome and are well looked after. The food is beautiful and is much better than food available anywhere else in the area. Certainly worth spending the extra here!

I had an incredible dining experience at Twelve Restaurant and Lounge! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Jenny for her outstanding service—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable meal and top-notch service.

Excellent Sunday lunch. We all opted for the Topside Beef. Gravy was rich and flavourful. Almost as good as how my friend Dave makes it. The cauliflower and roast potatoes were yum and just the right portion. For a Michelin listed restaurant the portions were generous.

Attended our son’s wedding celebration at Twelve and it was outstanding. The food was out of this world. The organisation was impeccable but most of all the staff were outstanding. They were attentive and polite and made sure everything was catered for. Their attentiveness and attitude were world class and they are a credit to the team. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.

Food was excellent. We had the summer set menu which was good value .If you had the 3 courses you had a choice from 2 cocktails free with your meal.

What a gem of a restaurant. Very attentive staff. The service was excellent. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect which made for a very enjoyable evening. Top class! Will definitely be returning again soon.

Omg this IS an awesome dining experience, it's a must if you're a foodie!!! From entering this restaurant to leaving the staff, service and food have been exceptionally good. It was my first time here but it won't be my last. I had chicken liver parfait with orange marmalade and gingerbread, then Bowland Beef fillet with cottage pie tart and orange ketchup, with a side of chargrilled vegetables and mash, then banana butty 2021 with a biscoff shake (apparently their signature dessert). My friend opted for treacle seared salmon, then 3 cuts of Bowland Beef, peppercorn sauce, black garlic puree with same vegetables and mash, then Parma violet meringue, biscoff panacotta with strawberries plus a lovely bottle of merlot with the meal... The decor is modern with a steam punk twist, dining tables and chairs plus padded leather booths. You could choose one of their many cocktails from the menu or wine and spirits. There is no rush here, just relax and enjoy your meal and the ambience...

We came here last night not been for a while. The food was amazing 👏 the beef was so tasty and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. From the minute we arrived to the minute we went home the service was outstanding. The backing music was really nice as the restraunt wasnt as busy. I would recommend this restraunt to everyone. Maybe a little more pricey than other restraunts but you definitely get what you pay for. Thankyou twelve staff for making this a special evening for us.

We've been to Twelve countless times over the years and it never fails to impress. Great food, attentive service and all at a price you can pay in many pubs these days. Well done again Twelve

Twelve is simply the best restaurant in the North West. The service is fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff that always provide a warm welcome. The food is amazing, boasting excellent quality and divine flavors. We'll definitely be returning soon.

First class dinner. Absolutely deserved its awards.

Visited on a Thursday evening. Fabulous food and service. The slices of beef were delicious The only slight criticism was that a bottle of water was already on the table when we were seated. We assumed it was free and part of the fine dining service. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case and we were charged £4.30 for the bottle. The total bill for two was nearly £95. Next time we visit we will make a point of stating we don’t want water. Two pints of beer and a Prosecco was sufficient.

What a fantastic restaurant situated virtually under the sails of Marsh Mill. We had the three course Sunday Lunch which is great value at £32.00. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the inde background music was an added bonus, so too the free on site carpark.

Excellent food and superb service. They were very patient as we dilly-dallied over our choice of wine, giving advice and tasters. Lovely ambiance with good music playing but at a good volume for diners to converse. Highly recommended

I think I may have been living in a time warp, never to have heard of this place before. Weekend guests from London suggested it, we went and were not disappointed. What a lovely place, beautifully presented, spotless, friendly attentive staff, delicious food, it was a great experience, that we will repeat.

First time visiting here today z took my father for father's day all I can say is WOW , the service was excellent staff were all friendly , food was absolutely beautiful, I will be recommending to all my friends , the only thing which was confusing was the parking not signed so just parked randomly near the tesco. We had the absolute pleasure of Twelve catering our wedding recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Caroline and Paul went to such lengths for everything to be absolutely perfect, it was absolutely incredible. From creating our bespoke menu that suited us down to a tee, to helping us with the running order of the day, they really went over and above “catering”. The staff were absolutely incredible, with impeccable service, and again went above and beyond what they needed to do, helping everywhere they could. The food was of course incredible too, every detail was perfect. I had a few guests with allergies and all of them said they felt so catered to. One guest who is Coeliac said she always gets fruit as a desert because it’s the easiest thing for chefs and Paul not only provided her with an almost identical desert to the rest of the guests, but a trio of mini deserts – she was very happy! We’ve had so many compliments on the food, the service and the staff. Thank you so much to everyone at Twelve!

Perfect meal and service - accommodated a large booking of 9 at short notice. We will definitely visit again when we're next in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday lunch courses.

Went for Sunday lunch. Set meal. Bit expensive. Small portions for the price paid. Wine very expensive. Venue and staff lovely.

Food was nice - spring menu is good value for money but very disappointed by: 1. the service: slow and unorganised (e.g. drinks came after the meal, bill was wrong, etc.) 2. the cocktails: very average for the price. We love good food and premium restaurants but sadly, we won't come back.

We recently had our wedding tasting at Twelve and all of the staff were wonderful, particularly Aaron who was so patient and extremely accomodating, as was Chef . He really went above and beyond to make us have a great experience and feel really happy with our wedding menu options. The food was truly delicious and presented so beautifully and we had a really lovely time. Thanks all! Would recommend having a wedding taster if twelve are your caterers.

My parents dined here tonight and have just phoned me to say how very disappointed they were with there meal. The first time out for my dad after getting the all clear from cancer and was left absolutely freezing and hungry after eating their meal, they were hoping seniors (next door) would be open to get some food.

Twelves is the place to come, fantastic food, brilliant service and on top of all, friendly staff! Me and my family have been coming for years and never ONCE was disappointed by service. Would recommend the vegetarian wellington as shown in the photo below; it was very good! Quality here is top notch, if your in the area… do come here and it will also help support the local business. The drinks are also lovely and the toilets are nice and clean. It’s a very friendly atmosphere as well. Do come here as it’s amazing! (This is my second review as my dog jumped on top of me, scaring me and made me accidentally delete the original one!)

We love this restaurant and always book if we are visiting Blackpool. Sunday lunch menu excellent value and quality. Friendly and able to accommodate my small ones demands about dessert. Lovely mocktails!

Sunday Roast was great, highly recommend and the pricing is fair too.

Twelve were the caterers at our son's wedding on the hottest weekend of the year. The Twelve Team were calm, polite and professional throughout, on what must have been a very stressful kitchen experience !. The food was excellent and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to Caroline and Paul, we all had a fabulous day .

Our very first time in twelve,very impressed with our two cocktails. especially the barman who went out of his way to make a pina colada for my partner,we definitely will be back for a meal soon as the menu looks great!.

My wife and I recently used Twelve for our wedding and the food, service and people were outstanding, many guests commented on the high quality of the food, which from experience can be hit and miss with mass catering at events, not Twelve, great food. Would highly recommend.

In my opinion it's one of the best restaurants between Grange and Manchester. That's probably over a two hour drive.

Loved the food at Twelve, high end cuisine , found the alcohol over priced, which we hate & refuse to pay for, so we stuck to soda & lime. The staff were lovely & very helpful. A very enjoyable meal, recommend to anyone who likes first class food.

Amazing food Amazing drinks and Amazing customer service

I visited 12 recently and tried the set menu as recommended by Michelin. The soufflé starter was accurately distributed by my wife as scrambled egg. The breast of chicken main course was acceptable but the sauce and accompanying garnish was bland and lacking flavour while the sweet was agreeable. All in all I’m amazed Michelin are attaching their name to it.

Got to the restaurant abit late but they still kept our table. Had the 3 course Sunday dinner the food was absolutely amazing one of the best Sunday dinners I have eaten. The service was also amazing very freindly warming atmosphere would definitely recommended this place.

We had a lovely experience at Twelve on Sunday. We went because they are catering for our daughter’s wedding next year and they had invited all four of us for a tasting. The food was superb and the service and attention to detail were excellent, especially the ability to cope with all the various dietary requirements. Our daughter and future son-in-law have made some great choices and we are looking forward to meeting the staff from Twelve again on the day! Thank you Aaron for looking after us so well. 😊

Excellent food, friendly courteous staff, really enjoyed.

We drove more than an hour away to try this place. At first, we struggled to find parking, but the service was what you would like in any restaurant. It was exceptional. The food was delicious. The main courses seemed shockingly small, however they were surprisingly filling. We were also fortunate to have a booth-like seating area, with a bit more privacy. Throughout, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. It was not too crowded (but our visit was during opening time and a weekday). There is warm lighting throughout; modern decor with some famous faces and, fitting background music. We really enjoyed our visit. We left quite content. Thank you.

Nice evening out. Plesent surrounding, service could have been a bit better. Food was good,drinks supper expensive £7 bottle of wine in supermarket £30. For the 4 of us it cost just under £250.

Delicious meal for two and very friendly, helpful waiting staff. We went straight to mains and my husband had a dessert while I went for the delicious espresso martini. We often order two different meals and share each, so that we can enjoy different dishes. This was a good strategy here, since the rib eye was substantial but the best end of lamb- being premium- was a modest portion. You are paying for premium ingredients and prep, so portions can reflect this. I recommend sides, such as the delicious triple cooked chips or veg.
