Fabulous food . Good portions . Lovely staff. Have been a few times and never been disappointed.

I came here for a celebration with friends. As we entered the staff were welcoming and friendly, we were quickly provided a table. We were given ample time to browse the menu for food and drinks. The server who took our order was patient and knowledgeable when some of my friends asked what certain items on the menu were or what they contained. Our drinks arrived quickly and there was a short wait for our food to arrive. my order was well presented and looked delicious. However, it was not all that hot and my fries went cold very quickly. The store was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, giving off a very warm welcoming atmosphere. We all paid separately and the staff were again friendly and wished us well as we were leaving.

Fantastic place.. please note the sharing platter for two could easily feed four. We still demolished that bad boy between the two of us though.

We visited on the day we dropped our daughter to start at the university recently. Food was OK - we went for grilled wraps, but the chicken burger meal was just average. Prices are higher than we'd expected. Parking is difficult, but we got lucky eventually on a Sunday afternoon.

Be cautious when paying your bill here. I ordered food and was surprised to find the price higher than expected. When I pointed out that the price differed from what was listed on the Deliveroo app, they insisted I pay the higher price, claiming that Deliveroo prices are cheaper than at the restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience made me question their honesty. Please be careful. Don’t recommend it

Nice, neat and clean place with good variety of food.

Arrived and walked in to no staff greeting us. Asked for a table for 2 as we had booked and were just told to sit at the back of the restaurant and weren't escorted to our table which was the first sign of this meal going to be a disaster. Sat down, waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to finally come over and take our drink order then waited another 15 minutes for them to be brought to the table. Only for the waiter to then spill the drink on me. Anyway food ordered after waiting another 10 minutes ordered starters and main. Main came within 2 minutes of finishing our starter, the main arrived on its own and mine was nowhere to be seen. We had both ordered the same. Adana kebab. Nearly 30 minutes passed my partner has finished her food and we get up and ask the waitress where our second meal was. To be fair she did apologise but it wasn't crazy busy there the service is very poor and they don't know how to serve customers at all. So my partner ate here food alone and so did I. Very disappointing as this was our date night and we were looking forward to it. We booked theough Groupon so had paid for our meal. The waitress only offered to cover our drinks for the evening and not compensate the meal. Put a downer on the whole evening and this isn't the first time this has happened. I've been here 3 times and on every occassion the food has been very good but the service has been appalling. Nobody clearing dishes, having to ask staff for drinks etc. Simply not on for a restaurant. Won't be returning even if the food is lovely as the service as stated is terrible and needs sorting out.

Can’t recommend enough. Me, my partner, and family have been coming here for a few years now, every time it doesn’t disappoint. The food is always outstanding, fresh, and tasty. The homemade bread, sauces, and salad is the best we have tasted. Customer service is always polite and helpful. We have been to a number of other Turkish restaurants and nothing compares to the quality of Turkish kitchen.

Very clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us. So much food. Brilliant. Would highly recommend. A really nice place for families.

Friendly welcome. Chatty and lovely staff. If you want a lighter meal have the Shish wrap. Lots of meat in the mixed kebab and the bread is awesome. Food is really good. We also had free Turkish churros! We will be back.

Top knotch Turksih food. I had an excellent falafel wrap - lovely fresh and herby salad, crisp falafels and the wrap was grilled lightly on the bbq which gave it a delicious flame grilled taste. One of the best I've had! Really friendly staff as well. Great place

Had chicken Shawarma with rice and salad, very nice, specially chilli sauce (bit hot Mexican chilli tase). Price was a bit expensive as compared to Birmingham (Love my Birmingham). Love that

This place has really gone downhill! We used to come here a lot. We decided to come here today for lunch. The place was empty, not a customer in sight. On reading the menu we noticed they don't do lamb doner anymore... Slightly annoying as I wanted a mixed meat and chips... Nevermind I'll get a mixed shish... Which was actually chicken shish and lamb kofte... They brought the bread and sauces to the table.... We tasted the chilli sauce and garlic sauce and noticed they weren't the usual homemade sauces they used to serve, instead they were actually the disgusting bottle stuff that you can get from B&M, when we asked the server for the homemade sauces she said "No they are homemade, we just put them in the bottles" Anyways all of this was going on while they were blaring a football podcast over the speakers. Food was okay, it definitely wasn't worth the £37 so we won't be coming back anymore, we'll go to Istanbul restaurant instead.

Awesome food, poor service. Difficult to understand the attitude of the waitress.

The food and atmosphere was good but the service was disaster. The lady who served us never smiled and never reciprocated when we thanked her. She brought us dirty glasses and when we asked them to change them they were offended and treated us as if we were not wanted there. I normally leave such places but my child was too exhausted to find another place. Never going there again because of the disrespect of waitress.

Best food. A bit pricey but worth it. Just loved their food. Give it a try, highly recommended

If you like Turkish food then this is the place to go in Swansea. Fab chicken shish and all the trimmings and really nice bread. The waitress was a lovely young lady and very attentive.👍👍

On the pricier side compared to other Turkish restaurants I’ve been to but the food was grilled and seasoned well. The platter for two could easily feed 3-4 people. The service could be improved upon a little; they seemed to make one poor guy run around and do everything.

The food wasn't too bad, but the service was really terrible. One of the ladies serving us almost tossed our food onto the table before running away. Throughout our dinner, no one came to our table for additional orders, cleaning or even presenting the bill. Please stay away if you respect yourself.

As a Turkish person, I had high hopes for here, giving its overall review rating of 4.4/5. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tainted by rudeness. The lady at the till seemed disinterested and displayed a lack of courtesy towards customers. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and the informal behavior of the chefs was concerning. To add insult to injury, the Turkish tea, a staple in Turkish cuisine, was far from authentic and left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. What's worse is that I was charged for this disappointing beverage. Overall, my experience here fell short of expectations. While the ambiance and cuisine may have potential, the lack of hospitality and attention to detail detracted significantly from the dining experience. I must only express my gratitude to the kind and lovely lady who welcomed me and took my orders. Her warmth was a welcome contrast to the rest of the experience. She's 💯 but rest of extremely bad things. EN; As a Turk, I was ashamed to say I am a Turk here. Without speaking a single word of Turkish inside and unfortunately witnessing what was being said, I felt obliged to go up several steps after the meal. Except for the lady who took my order and was probably not a Turk in the restaurant, these people have bad intentions. A mother and daughter who come as a family and leave after the meal. I think that the kitchen chef friend who speaks behind his back and thinks that no one will understand because he says it in Turkish does not have a mother, sister or wife... What they brought as Turkish tea was a complete blasphemy and they shamelessly asked for money for it. I took a sip and left it down, it was so awful. The lady at the counter is disturbingly rude.. Go and eat a Tesco sandwich here, at least you won't lose your self-respect, even if you're not full.

Disappointed to be honest, popped in earlier, first time there, wanted the Lahmacan priced above the counter £3.95, they charged me, £4.95, said no sorry it says above £3.95, oh sorry we changed it, I said but it says £3.95, you got to houner that 👎giving me funny looks all the time I was there waiting for food. Don't add £1 onto the bill when it clearly says £3.95. watch you change people. Won't be going back there again 🫵👎👎👎👎👎👎

Delivery driver didn't pick up whole order tried to call back didn't pick up. Missing cheese pide, called Turkish kitchen who then were no help.

Ordered food to end our fasting day, received missing items called the restaurant they didn't seem to care and told me to complain through the website I ordered from. The food was burnt, how someone can burn a chicken burger bun is beyond me. A complete waste of £56 utterly disappointed in the restaurant and the food.

Lacklustre food and staff, waited too long to be attended. Food was good but not much taste, as if not marinaded properly. Had to borrow other small plates on table set for other places as none served with main platter, nor any serving utensils. Shame, as such a nice venue could be so much better!

We got the platter for 2 (we’re four) it was for £60 definitely amazing and very tastyyy and sooo sufficient for 4 people. The food didn’t take long and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really forgot that I was in the UK when I was there! Love itttt♥️

The experience was delightful, with standout dishes like the sarma lamb beyti leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, the fried calamari was exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Highly recommend trying these dishes!

Cold food and awful delivery conditions

Dined for the first time with 5 of us including children aged 4 years & 15 months. There were no kids menus available although there was a good selection of dishes to choose from. The chicken shish was a bit dry but it was tasty. The ambience was good. The staff were friendly & accommodating.

There quality has deteriorated over the years .

We are family of seven 2 child and five adult we visited this restaurant after comming from winter wonderland.i have never ever came across anything like it in my life the worst services that have ever happened to us .the restaurant was empty there were nobody in the restaurant, at the time we went. The two member of front of house staff are more eager to tidy up the work and as if they are ready to go home .we came in time the restaurant still open for bussness. they showen us the table and thats the best they have done. We had to pull two tables together to make room for our familly, nobody was there to help us, thats okay we didn't mind. Menu were already at the table before we came. so we were looking at menu what we want to order.we sat on the table over 15 minutes nobody was coming to table to ask if we are ready to have drinks or food order i felt like leaving the restaurant. Thought to mself its rude to walk out . So i went to counter and ask to speak to a manger and explain the situation what was going on. this lady came from back room and was very apologetik,so this female staff took our food order and we also asked to order for drink she said comming back there are no sign of that person we waited ten minutes this male staff was passing by. asked him we wanted to order drink so he took the drink order food came for both children though we wanted everything to be served same time .luckly we didn't had to waited to long for adult meals so we were having our meal .thers no sign of the drink comming to our table which we gave 10 to 15 min ago.my son and family we need the drink to help us eat our food so i had to again go to the counter to have drinks .after we had finish eating .there's no sign of desert or coffe we went expecting that we just wanted go home.so i went to the counter to pay our bill.it came around 140 pound there were more problem as i was paying at the counter .they run out of card meachine roll i had help them to put paper right they dont know what they were doing. .its was not woth the visit. Its been the worst services ever 100% not worth the visit

Visited here for the first time tonight, what a lovely place. The food was outstanding, so fresh and very tasty. Our waitress Magdalena was so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I can recommend the Turkish sausage to start and any of the kebabs which are so fresh and tasty. We had complimentary bread and salad and also complimentary Turkish coffee. We can't recommend this restaurant enough, thanks to everyone

Heard alot about this place but was very disappointed..wanted salmon and was told by the waitress we don't do salmon.(although it was on the menue).I orderd a vegetable kebab which normally is served of a skewer chargrilled veg with a nice sauce but my kebab was all mixed chopped up veg which I couldn't work out which veg wa which?.I orderd white rice and I got bulger rice which I don't eat at all .and wasn't told that they ran out of. I won't be going again service was poor and the waitress had a lot of attitude 😒 not good at all.

We've been a few times and just want to say what a fabulous restaurant this is, the staff are so friendly. the atmosphere is great, the lanterns give the whole place a wonderful vibe, the food is beautiful, the freshly cooked breads, salads, kebabs all taste delicious and I even enjoyed the yogurt salty drink.....

The food was excellent; we enjoyed a satisfying dinner after a busy day.

Came here for my birthday a few months ago. So have started coming for date night! Love the food and atmosphere.

Ordered 9 Lahmacun. Traditionally lahmacun is something you eat with salad. And salad is not something you order separately because it is always consumed with salad but for some reason the Turkish kitchen avoids sending salad with it. Not even mentioning that salad is not included order it separately.. Well, also I should mention the food quality. It always changes. You never have the same taste.

Great quality food. Ordered the chicken wings meal which was grilled over charcoal and packed with flavour. Will visit again!

It was late, but that wasn't the restaurants fault, it was finding a driver. The food was gorgeous, it does say suçuk comes with peppers and onions, mine didn't, but i prefer it that way, as they can be hard for my stomach, and suçuk is such a food flavour it doesn't matter. The lahmacun was tantalising, very nice elongated flavour.

My first time trying Turkish cuisine and I am definitely coming back! The food was amazing and the service was flawless. You also get a lot of food for good money.

Took my family to this place last night. The food was amazing. Cooked to perfection and great tasting. The service was on point (all staff polite, courteous and friendly), the great atmosphere really added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend eating here.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! Now Appalling..... Only Child size portions .. Beware! ordered two starters, hot and cold.... They actually came on the same plate (saucer size) Mains was a mixed grill. It was exactly half the size to the previous two years of dining here. Not happy, Staff not concerned, just said ' New Owners' Won't be back.... Avoid unless you have plenty of disposable income for a kiddies birthday bash.

I have come all the way from london and I thought I’d try out this Turkish restaurant. Honestly so so happy with the food and the customer service. The food tasted amazing but what made me really happy and enjoy my time and meal much more was the excellent customer service this restaurant provided me and my family with. I’d like to thank Habib, Abdu, Nattalee and Magda the most honestly the most sweetest people I have met. They provide such good customer service. Especially two brothers I think who are habib and abdu they was absolutely amazing they smashed it with the customer service!!!! WILL DEFO BE BACK! :)

Had our first meal here this week and was blown away with how amazing it was. Absolutely beautiful food that was so flavourful and cooked to perfection. Great relaxed and family atmosphere and loved the decor. Can't wait to go there again.

Food was cooked to perfection, some of the most tender meat I have ever tried. Much much better than other similar restaurants in the area, service was great with very helpful and polite waitresses. Reasonably priced, nice and clean environment with great atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Went there last night ,this was a sharing platter ,absolutely enormous all the food was amazing , the best Turkish food I've tasted, service was great too. Needless to say we took some home with us .Top job thankyou.

Beautiful little find in Swansea town centre, especially if you love traditional Turkish food. I had the lahmachen and it's the best I've tasted in a long time. The Turkish tea was also really good and complementary.

Just had a delivery from the guys and omg it was disgraceful...the main meal was not even enough for my 3 year old...my order came to nearly £30 and I'm so disappointed it was freezing cold and full of grease the chips havnt even hit the frier straight in the bin!!! Literally 2 small cubes of lamb...the salad looked good...but that's literally all I can say

Unhygienic. The staff aren't clean. The vegetarian food is not separated from the meat. There,are far better alternatives nearby.

I was not expecting the poor quality of chicken doner. When I had it in the restaurant it was super delicious. But when today I ordered it for home delivery it was so bad. My money got wasted and hunger as well.
