Turkish Kebab and Pizza House in Belfast

If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a kebab tonight in store, got home to find out it was wrong I also ordered a chip with sauce and a tub of sauce separately, got home and realised I was given a plain chip even though I was charged for two sauces My partner phoned and went down the shop in order to get this fixed.. on route back to shop my partner received a call from the shop shouting rudely down the phone stating we were the ones in the wrong, the lovely young girl who worked there apologised and stated it was his fault as he wrote the order down wrong and couldn't apologise enough.. will happily say we will not be returning, weve used here for years and never had a problem until now..

Brilliant kebab house really nice kebabs not like the other week when I went somewhere else and you could tell there food was old this place is has really nice food

Said it was open for collection. Ordered and paid for it. Went to collect and the shop was shut with shutters down. Now having to speak to my bank to cancel the transaction.

Have gotten from here a couple of times and I thought I'd finally give a review and give this underrated Kebab House the review it deserves. Great menu options with plenty to choose from, everything I've tried is of great quality and I definitely have leftovers for the next day as the portions are huge. Food is always hot and freshly made and the delivery guy is always on time and pleasant. 5 stars 🌟

Bought a mix on chip tonight wish I hadn't bothered! Had mushroom and chopped tomatoes though it which I didn't ask for! Steak was horrible. Ultimately i picked through the food and 95% is wasted. There's no good kebab places in Belfast

Ordered pizza an a doner kebab at 7-45. Hr later still waiting in shop for collection kebab came covered in everything had to put in the bin. This shop isn’t the same as it was before little English definitely won’t be back

Got a mix chicken kebab on chips 2 weeks in a row after not going for a while. Love chicken lovely sauce mountain of food great value, would do 2 people!

11th July my birthday meal , called into shop late after 1am ordered Chicken kebab with salad and house sauce I ordered kebab and chips said wouldn't be long ,well not exactly meal took over half an hour to make during which time I observed a staff member trip on kebab cutter lead, cutter fell on floor picked up and placed on bench without washing item, then tray that fell was put back in shelf stacker. Meal turned out to be a pile of mush,I fed the kebab meat to dogs as it was sub standard on mine sight wish I'd kept it for the health and reported it to council food standards agency

My fault thought it was delivery

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a steak kebab with house sauce & lettuce and it came completely dry with burnt steak meat. When I rang to get it fixed I was told that this wasn’t the case & that it did have lettuce & sauce! Won’t be ordering from here again. Had to throw in the bin

PHENOMENAL!! Yous didnt break my heart guys Was absolutely stunning, everything down from the amount of cheese to the spice of the chicken! Pakora near took me off my azz was soo spicy but so worth it!! haven’t had pakora like it in a while! Best kebab ever🙏🙏 bf was right xx

Asked for vegetables separate came in the kebab and even it did come separate the meat is covered in a weird spice and donor like a brick

Waited an hour and a half for my food and they still got the order wrong, the pizza was disgusting, i usually love this place but I think the new owners have wrecked what was a great place for food 👎

Fiod was fast but the quality was not great! Garlic bread had no cheese on it,nor was it cut. The pizza toppings where lacking and with very little sauce on the base witch was chilli base instead on normal tomato. Dips so full that taking the lids off resulted in my being covered in overflowing sauces. Will not be ordering from here again! Thrown together.

Ordered a Naan bread Kebab, and got a kebab in a wrap, phoned the place to complain and ask for what was actually ordered. They insisted that it was naan bread when it clearly isn’t. We hung up, they phoned us back and continued an argument saying it was naan. Terrible customer service, tasted terrible and not as described.

Ordered two kebabs on chips, received two cheesy chips. Abhorrent service, will not be back

Food was ice cold and the sauce was like water and I ordered chips with garlic it was like a half a portion of chips never again

One of the items we ordered was completely wrong , the chips were not even cooked and the beef burger was not edible it was all thrown in the bin I feel bad even feeding this to the bin

my food was late I paid £22 for it and it arrived cold I had to heat it up in the microwave not happy at all

My partner tried to go in here and order a box of steak meat with salad and he was told it would be £25! What the hell is wrong with use stroking wee rats 😂 he obviously didn’t pay it and walked out. Would avoid this place and go somewhere more reasonable priced.

Great freshly cooked food. Different to the other dirty holes you find around Belfast. Shop is always clean. I watch the boys changing gloves and washing hands all the time. Great value for money. Would recommend the mixed kebab on chips!

Pizzas very thin, not warm, kebab spicy, very expensive £45. I don’t recommend.

£15 minimum spend?! Are you joking?! Catch yourselves on. I was just looking to order a Kebab on chips and then I was being prompted to spend an additional £6.50 before I could get a delivery plus another £3.50 for the delivery. Wise up!!

Shocking! Ordered a kebab with no salad, order arrived incorrect. When I called back I was informed that the ovens were switched off. My partner then made his way to the shop to return the order which totally defeated the purpose of getting a delivery in the first place. When we finally got the correct order the quality was terrible, struggled to find any steak despite it being a mixed kebab. Will not order again 🤢

Ordered a steak kebab on nan bread and portion of chips that cost me £22 and I got a salad wrap with a few bits of steak in it the chips were burnt and it was slightly cold when rang back the customer service was virtually non existence most definitely would not recommend

I had a breaded chicken burger with garlic sauce and it was moist, perfectly cooked and totally delicious. Will definitely go back and try other dishes

Got from here a few times now, have tried pizzas and kebabs, chips and can not fault it at all, tonight I got 2 kids kebab meals with house sauce fast service and nice staff. The portion was more than expected and the price is great. Will defo be staying here for kebebs and pizzas best iv had in a long time 😁😁

Though my friend is a pizza enthusiast he called in on a whim. He commented that the place was incredibly clean and that the staff took great care with the mixed kebab making process. It was wrapped with precision and love and the taste blew us both away! It really was a beautiful thing. The meat was succulent and the sauce was dangerously delicious. We were so impressed that we drove back after 1.5hrs to get another fix but alas it was shut @00:40. We hope this wasn't good just because we were first time customers, nevertheless expect our business and loyalty with merchandise like this! Undoubtedly the best gear in East Belfast

Ordered chicken pakora kebab and that's what I got. It looked disgusting and burnt and they charge you extra for a sauce if you order threw an app.. The house sauce taste as if someone poured in half of a bottle of vinegar. It was my first and last time ordering from that place.

Great food, especially the pizzas. Run by a really friendly family. Really cheap deals too.

Place initial order at 4:30. Randomly cancelled at 4:45 and told to reorder. Reordered and 90 minutes later told order was delivered but this was clearly untrue. Was told 30 minutes later the delivery person could not find the street I live on despite it being on a main road. Three hours and nothing delivered.

Delicious mixed chicken on nan bread. Doner on chips and pizza. Kids loved it all too.

Ordered a few times from here, always friendly staff with food at reasonable prices. I usually go for a Doner Kebab which never disappoints, but I've tried the pizza too which is also really good. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a big family meal which is usually £14.50 and a steak kebab on chips with cheese when I got to the door the delivery man said £38.30 . The big family meal is now £25. I said what how come he said its under new ownership but he hasn't put any flyers out yet. I don't think the food should be delivered under false pretences as not knowing the price increase I wouldn't have ordered. It was nothing special and 4 overcooked chicken gougons.

Absolutely brilliant great friendly staff, all foods were made fresh, the pizza's are the best I've had even the sauces taste fresh and home made. Would definitely recomend :)

Ordered for the family last weekend - very happy with the service and new management; staff were incredibly friendly and attentive which was fab. I would never eat out of here again food wasnt worth the money came cold and all soggy waited 1 hour 20 mins for the food to come like this it look like it was took out of a rubbish bin wen i called bk to complain they werent very helpful at all and wud even offer half price or even offer any other option wont be back

My local, appears to be under new management. Lovely family ran Kebab shop. I went for mix lamb and steak kebab. Big portions and great food especially for the price. Will be back to try more from the menu.

Would not deliver said it would be an hour and a half traffic to bad. I made it down in fifteen minutes. Said it took him 45minutes to get to cairnduff I said what was he doing walking . That's two weeks in a row won't be a third delivery driver telling his boss who he is delivering too or not .

I recommend this takeaway very highly.Great food and very friendly staff.Its not a sit in restaurant and parking would be on street.Good quality food and a nice varied menu.I get food from here on a regular basis.

Best pizzas in the country hands down! We moved to Hillsborough a year ago and still occasionally drive to Belfast for one of these pizzas. 5 stars.

This place does not even deserve to be open I ordered a king kebab open these called king kebab with is £5 and about 10 bits of meat burnt bread cold meat at that more salad when I rang them to tell the they just said sorry we give all the same what every mate I raid no stars and none show order out of it would not even pay £1 for what I have hear a joke and a stroke

Hugely disappointing meal from here. Ordered a Margherita pizza, cheesy chips and a donner kebab with naan bread. The cheese on the pizza tasted cheap as did the sauce and the cheesy chips were bland and tasteless. The donner meat was nice, clean and not greasy but unfortunately, the naan bread was verging on stale.

We are followers of the ketogenic diet and tried here for the first time, we both got mixed meat which was very nice, plenty of steak and different types of chicken, house and garlic sauce is excellent, will definitely be back

Just ordered from her, I usually get their kebabs but went for burger instead, which was really quite nice. I also order a portion of veg pakora. Anytime I’ve ordered from other places it’s been a bag of pakoras, not from here - 2!!! £1.25 for 1 veg pakora. Such poor value means I won’t be back - there’s so much other competition in the area that provide value for money as well as delicious food.

Omg I am soo happy that I have found this place. Hands down its the nicest kebabs. I've had in the whole of Belfast bar none. If you are one to read my reviews you all know I eat out a lot. I am just new to this area and I'm so happy Ave found a local pla e that does my favourite things under one roof. The staff were really nice also. Might need a bit of a refurb if anything but I will sure be back. Give it a try 👌👍
