We were served by Leah. She served us with such kindness and we had a lovely experience. We had only tried the food recently and it was lovely! Can’t recommend enough!!

Ordered food late last night after a concert. It was delivered super quick and was piping hot! Pizzas were fresh and so delicious. We also had the loaded taco fries which were amazing! Will definitely be ordering from pizza co again.

Loved the food here, the southern fried chicken goujons were delicious, so juicy. The staff were quick and friendly, even on a busy Saturday night. Would definitely order again.

We order a few different pizzas and their loaded curly fries It was all yum. Couldn’t fault delivery and everything was fresh and hot. We also enjoyed some of their cheesecake, delish.

I came across this gem after a concert in Belfast. The food was delivered before we expected which was brilliant…especially at 1am! We ordered a range of pizzas- the salt and pepper chicken was unreal. We inhaled the curly fries with mince and taco sauce- I would literally drive back to Belfast for them. One word of warning…DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE CHEESECAKE. It is to die for. Unfortunately we didn’t get any pictures, the food just didn’t last long enough!

Ordered this evening, food came piping hot in less than 20 minutes. Quality is fantastic, would highly recommend!

This is my fourth time ordering. I bought a pizza, chilli chicken and it was Monday so I got another for free. I ate it at night and in the morning my stomach was hurting so I had to use the washroom, it’s been 2 days and it still hasn’t gotten better. And there are some stuff in the pizza that I cannot chew, looks like kidney stones or soemthing. What did u even put in there? I cannot sleep at nights, it’s been two nights . I constantly has to keep using the washroom. TLDR: I got food poisoning from eating their pizza.

If you order delivery, check your boxes at the door and be prepared to challenge an empty one where your pizza was supposed to be. Look at this box. It is completely untouched by food. Literally the worst pizza in the country. Mf’ers charged me 1.48 for olives and there were like 10 olives total. Wouldnt have minded if the pizza was edible but by god even if the drunkenest of scrans wasnt enough to suffer through that pizza.

Order at 1, asked to be ready at half 1. By 10 past 3, I was still waiting on the pizza to be made. Won't be back. Tried going on, took my order for a pizza and closed half an hour later. Never refunded me.

Ordered was to be delivered at 1:58 and currently it’s 2:30 and still not delivered and nobody is picking up call. Do not orders from here. Go with domino’s or Pizza Hut.

Pizza was fine but when getting it delivered using Uber Eats app, they did not deliver it to the door. They rang using an English number so I didn’t answer as it’s usually spam. Rang the northern Irish number on the app and got through to the store, they said he’d been there ten minutes (I’d only made the order ten minutes before so couldn’t be possible). They sent him back and the driver was incredibly rude to me. Very unprofessional. Liked the food but wouldn’t order again due to the delivery and quite expensive for the amount of meat on the pizza.

I had a voucher for a free pizza. I asked nicely if I could exchange for the gluten free option. The management declined. I even offered to pay the £2 difference. The Muslim workers are not very pleasant. Council should close this place immediately. Avoid at all costs and times.

Doesn’t know the difference between pepperoni and pineapple. For £20 not worth it you’ll get the wrong thing.

Placed an online order for collection one Monday afternoon and you know, they do 2 for 1 on Monday's but when I went to collect. I only got 1 pizza.. Also when pre ordering for delivery for a certain time. It gets delivered 1hr and 10 minutes too early from the time booked it was supposed to be delivered for in pre ordering. Pizza's was stone cold by the time I got round to eating it. I will never be pre ordering out of here again.

Ordered from this place 3 times, (botanic branch) every time the order was wrong or had items missing.On the 3rd occasion I even phoned back to ask them to check it before it left so everything was there . Said they would but it was still wrong (after having to provide my address again twice and post code 3 times) . I always ask the price including delivery when I order . Every time the order arrived it was 50p dearer than quoted on the phone. Odviously the delivery driver is on the take and makes up his own price ! Disorganised unprofessional service from start to finish. When phone to complain was put on hold 15 minute.Think I'll stick with dominoes !

It is clear scam to me I ordered food and they never delivered, when I contacted them they were so rude , and I have never got refunded. Do not buy food of them they will never deliver to you.

Ordered online for pickup told 7.25 waited until 7.40. Member of staff busy fixing hair behind the counter in front of food then started vaping in front of food. Not impressed!!

Ordered food at 00:00 last night (Sunday 18th September), got a phone call 20 minutes later that food was on its way! They never arrived! I tried phoning and emailing them and still no response!! I’m still waiting for the food and it’s 13:05 on Monday 19th September! This company is consistently good at not delivering your food on time or at all!! I still haven’t got a refund as well! I 100% don’t recommend the pizza co!

The food was absolutely delicious and quickly prepared. The service was great in making sure I got a better deal. However, there were probably 10 people in the kitchen and only 3 working consistently; very unprofessional.

Sadly after a night out I used the Uber eats app to get a delivery to a location in Belfast. It stated that the delivery should arrive between 3:15-3:45am. As you can imagine at this stage there would be very little/nothing open if this didn’t arrive. At one point the app asked ‘did it arrive’ and if not to contact the restaurant so I selected that option. I called and relayed sorry it asked to check if the order had arrived and it hadn’t yet, the lady on the other end of the phone not only said it was on its way but passed/connected the delivery driver to the phone and said it was on its way. The food never arrived. When trying to call back or request updates nothing would work because the place then closed at 3am. While I understand if the restaurant was closing maybe they weren’t able to complete the order but then 1) do not accept the order on Ubereats (you have to accept the order for it to register that it’s being prepared/delivered) 2) don’t tell someone when they call that you are on the way with the food. I did leave a voicemail saying I was quite sad the food never arrived as multiple people were waiting on the food after a night out and it was extremely disappointing when it didn’t arrive despite being told it was on its way and then no other locations were open then to order food :(. Seperate issue is now I’ve been charged through Ubereats for it and as it thinks it is still in the delivery process it won’t allow me to request a refund/say that it didn’t arrive.

Orderd at 12:00 on uber eats said it would be here in 35 to 55 mins or so. Come 1:40 I ring check what's taking the delivery driver, I got told they rapped my door when I checked my cameras they where never seen anywhere near my door, said they rang me and I didn't answer even tho I had no miss calls. Told me I would get my money back and still haven't received a refund. This place is a shambles I have seen a couple reviews and it seems a few have went through the same experience.

Was ordered on Uber eats and the driver did not knock and rang once, the call was missed and the order was sent back without or knowledge and when I phoned was told this was the covid policy of the branch to have the driver ring. The staff on the phone were incredibly rude as if it were our fault when we sat by the door for an hour and a half. Clearly not Uber Eats covid policy to not knock and Pizza Co did not put a warning on their restaurant page on the app.

Soggy. Smothered in some type of unidentifiable white sauce. Litteraly tasted like it had been cooked two days ago. I will never ever buy anything from here again. Waste of 12 pounds.

Placed my order at 18:16…an hour and a half went by. Still no sign. So I called the restaurant. Lady on the phone confirmed they had my order and that it would be with us soon. Another 35 mins later I called again (no sign that they had been & no missed calls from the driver) she said “the driver has been to deliver but couldn’t get through to us” then it had been more than 2 hours by this point. Also said management had told her to let us know they would remake the order and send it back out…taking my number they claimed to already have called. But would be charging us another delivery fee. Food was not worth £37 and almost a 3 hour wait with no apology. Appalling service and definitely won’t be back. (Management need to polish up on they’re customer service)

It said my order was gonna come by 2:40 but you can see in the photos, it didn’t until now (3h30) when I’m writing this review. Called and no one answered the phone. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT again if you don’t want to waste your money.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. Took £18 off us and never received any food. Rang two times and was told that it would be 5 mins each time, the phone calls being half an hour apart. Rang a third time and was told to hold for the manager, after 7 minutes on hold I realised nobody was coming to the phone again. Now not answering. Absolutely no idea how this place is in business, the worst kind of people.
