Subway in Belfast

First off place is spotless however that’s all I have nice to say very little meat in the sub, gave me the wrong cookie and when I asked for a bag after I’d paid was told that would be another 20p after paying 9.79 for a meal deal and a cookie, avoid

there was a hair tucked underneath the ham on my sub i am disgusted i do not deal well with hair in my food it’s every time i order something i am appalled and i wouldn’t have knew it if i didn’t take the ham out VILE and may i add they did absolutely nothing about it but tell me to get a refund on just eat which i may not even get unhelpful humans

They put cold drinks in with hot food on delivery to make sure the customer always gets a cold meal.

Ordered food off just eat, food was two hours late and absolutely freezing, nachos had barely any cheese and were soggy, cheese was rock hard, sandwiches looked and tasted like they were never toasted, absolutely ridiculous, don’t think I’ll be ordering again

Worst customer service, the staff didn’t pay attention to anything and constantly talking to her work colleagues while serving. Disappointing, hopefully the staff get properly trained.

Poor customer service, the woman serving was cheeky and rude when queried as order being prepared did not match standard expected for a sub regularly order in Subway.

New store ballyhack,new person being trained very kind had to go and ask the manager for help as there was more people in, she then went on to be rude to him infront everyone because he had made a mistake, not very professional but hands up to the boy for being professional about the situation and responded nicely to her.

Card machine broke down te he absolutely useless

Never again!!! I was visiting Subway today at 6 o'clock .Women who serve me so rude, ignorance....my girl like to tried subway for first time didn't know what she wanted so I was asking women who was serving to make mine first so she was asking me 3 times what are on the small on....just explain her we font know yet please make food long first....after that when she start put the salad on I Was tell her to put just cucumber on small one but she ignored... "what on the food long?". Didn't give me the bag and when I was asking she throes the bag on my subs.....the subs was cold....the bread wasn't toested....I have to do my self at home. Waisted the money....

I just went to the subway in Ballyhackamore and the lady that was cleaning up and organising probably for the next day just said to me that it is closed - telling her I came 20 minutes with my car just to get a sub- and she sent me to the one in Hollywood road - which by the way it’s more pleasent served by Rachel with so much love Never go back to Ballyhackamore again So you can see haw bad service they have in Ballyhackamore

The girl making my sub was great but the manager definitely did want me to have my sub my way and was even rude when I said could I change the egg on my mega melt to cheese

Its Subway and its a Spar so its quick. Fast Food as it should be, called in yesterday for a quick Sub and thats what I got. Bang Bang Bang - Quick, Professional and Simple. What more do you need.

Spotlessly clean, wide range of options available. staff friendly and very helpful. Can we a queue at lunchtimes but dealt with very efficiently .

Last year we ordered food from here and I'm sorry to say that a manky cotton bud with the bud off one of the ends lying in the salad. My dad took it back and they apologised and got full refund. Disgusting place!
