I celebrated my birthday and it was amazing. Once again, 10 out of 10, wonderful food and atmosphere.

Service was really bad. Got there at 1, food arrived at 2 so only had 1 hour to eat the unlimited sushi, and then was shoved out within and wasn’t allowed to take it home either. ITS NOT WORTH IT! Waiter was very rude about it. Even charged us for not finishing the 2nd platter, for a wastage fee when they literally brought it out at the closing time. I’ve just seen your response and you are in fact lying. You did in fact charge us a fee for not finishing the platter when you gave us literally 7 minutes to finish the whole platter. You did not inform us before giving the platter that there will be a fee for not finishing it. Please stop lying, you are being very unprofessional. This is not a ‘fake’ review or you wouldn’t have known the exact receipt to bring up in your comment. You know your mannerism and costumer service was horrible that day and instead of simply apologising your lying. The problem isn’t not being able to do a takeaway, the problem was the fee for not finishing it, knowing we were unaware until the end. Do better and use your words to communicate such things in the future 🙏🏼.

It's a unique, high-quality all-you-can-eat experience in London, very similar to those in Spain where you order a la carte. They have 40 well-made, generously sized fusion sushi rolls, plus starters like soup, edamame, and tempura prawns. All included in the price. If you have room, you can order more rolls from their selection. The chef is super friendly! And the restaurant is very clean and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely place. Had the all you can eat sushi for 2 and it was delightful, really really nice sushi :) very reasonably priced in my opinion and it filled us up for the entire day.

Food seems freshly prepared which is good, very very slow service it took 1 hour 20mins for mains to arrive, we went for the all you can eat. Crab sticks were used in the rolls which is generally not a good sign for anyone who has had quality sushi, extremely minimal amounts of salmon used inside the rolls.

All you can eat might not really be a thing in London? The only place we were able to find that offered something close was this. You first get the big plate with a predetermined selection, then you are allowed to ordet additional pieces.

I'm from Brazil and I thought I would never go back. I went back yesterday and it was incredible. We tried delicious things again. The photos show a little of what we tasted. The place is super nice and we felt at ease. I love it because Daniel and his brother José prepare these delicious dishes. I already want to go back and before I go back to Brazil I'll go again. Thank you and the prices are affordable.

My favorite sushi place!! 🩷 I passed by one day and went in to try it and since then it's been my go-to place every time I want to eat good sushi! The service is flawless. The staff is always very helpful and kind, the atmosphere is very cozy and the food is wonderful. It deserves more recognition! 🥰

Avoid this place. I would like to point out the tasteless and soft rice, in my all-you-can-eat there were bones, I asked the sushi chef and he didn't know how to answer. The octopus balls were frozen and the edamami was undercooked.

Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. The octopus meatballs were still frozen in the middle, which was not only unappetizing but concerning. The sushi was by far the worst part—low-quality fish, improperly made rice, and most of the chef’s selection rolls were drenched in strange sauces or deep fried, completely overwhelming any natural flavor. To make things worse, the food gave us stomach issues later that evening, which really sealed the experience as one to forget. The only saving grace was our server, who was very polite.

From the moment we walked into Tsukiji fulham, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a calm atmosphere. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. We started with edamame, takoyaki, and crispy tempura prawns—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The miso soup was rich and comforting, a perfect beginning. The Chef’s Signature Sushi Platter (Osaka freestyle) was the true highlight—an exquisite selection of gunkan special, hot tiger roll, sashimi, special truffle-touched roll that was unforgettable. Every piece was crafted with care and tasted as good as it looked. The rice was perfectly seasoned and held everything together seamlessly. Service was friendly and attentive, with staff offering thoughtful recommendations and explaining each dish. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. Huge compliments to the chef for such precise, artistic work, and a big thank you to all the staff who made our meal so special. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve been to Tsukiji Sushi many times and it’s usually fantastic—great food and a place we’ve happily returned to. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. The service was poor, and one staff member was quite rude. When we ordered more food as part of the all-you-can-eat menu, she seemed irritated and firmly repeated that takeaway wasn’t allowed—something we already knew, but the way it was said made us feel very uncomfortable. To top it off, when we raised concerns about the service, she insisted that the service charge was mandatory and refused to remove it. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really changed how we feel about the place.

Truly top-tier craftsmanship. A few other highlights: Very fair pricing, especially considering the quality. Great vegetarian options, which is a big plus. Ample seating available downstairs, ideal for groups or larger gatherings. I took a few photos to capture the experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or just looking for a great meal out, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

Very disappointing experience last night with the buffet sushi. Similar to others we heard good things on social media and travelled to try the food. The starters (miso soup, edamame, tempura and takoyaki) were annoyingly better than the actual sushi itself. The platter looks great on presentation but the sushi was lacking. Having been to Japan and a huge fan of sushi, we’re always looking for new places to try - sadly this place wasn’t it. Obviously with it being a buffet we weren’t expecting Omakase level sushi. The rice was very bad - the texture was not right (almost like a paste texture), personally I don’t think it was made fresh that day. Whilst the rice is meant to be “sticky” (as argued by the waitress) but it was almost congealed together which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Also keep in mind that 80% of the rolls / sushi served are either deep fried or have some type of sauce on it. It got very sickly for myself and my wife - it needs to be more balanced with some more plain sushi. Maybe this being a fusion restaurant explains why and is suited for different taste buds than what we prefer. I tried to eat as much as I could so not to waste the £67.50 we spent, but ultimately we left still 40% of the food. And before the restaurant comes back to defend itself to say we refilled - we had to, as we didn’t like the initial rolls which were given to us and were still hungry. We gave honest feedback at the end of our dinner so I hope they make a positive change. Sadly won’t come back nor would we recommend to our friends. Rather pay slightly more to avoid the disappointment Edit: just looked at other reviews and if I had seen the obscene amount of passive aggressiveness in whoever is managing the Google reviews, I would never have come. I doubt the person realises that it would be off-putting to be reading some of their responses

I had a fantastic time at this sushi restaurant! The “All You Can Eat” menu for £27.50 is absolutely worth it. The selection was great — from fresh sashimi and nigiri to tasty rolls and hot dishes. Everything was prepared beautifully and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re a sushi lover looking for great quality and value!

We tried the bottomless after seeing the raving reviews on Google and tiktok. Being sushi lovers, we had high expectations but we were very very disappointed. The sushi rice was mushy, and the fish did not taste fresh, which you even tell by the colour alone. The rolls were falling apart as they weren’t fresh, and there was nothing district armour their flavours. Sashimi was also tasteless. The starters were also average, edamame was not that great and same as the takoyaki unfortunately. However miso soup was lovely :). Really gutted but hope these guys improve their quality as the staff were really sweet and friendly.

I was honestly very excited to visit this place after seeing so many good reviews and promotions on social media. Travelling over an hour to try out the bottomless sushi platter.. all I can say from this experience is that I'm just really disappointed. The main issue with the dish was the sushi rice, the texture was quite mushy and the consistency was not what a sushi rice should taste like. Having to leave a few roll sets on the platter I pointed this out to lady who was serving us, she then began to reason(?) and went to the chef to I assume report back what I had said. She then brought out a new batch of rice and after trying it out it was better but just alright to be honest. After that I had ordered a few extra pieces of two different rolls but the taste of these sushi's had not met my expectations. The "sushi" rice being too thick and not being made properly just made the visit quite upsetting as the rolls did not taste that good. Once finished and ready for payment I had to ask the lady to remove the service charge because this was way below my expectation. She still tried to charge saying that it was mandatory which is not true because if the customer is not pleased with the service then it can be removed. Still said thank you but was ignored no response back. I've visited different Japanese restaurants before and had no problem but this place is the first for me to try sushi where the rice was cooked and made poorly. Not sure if the other location makes it the same as here but I won't be visiting either branches and will not be recommending. Truly disappointing and learnt my lesson not to trust all reviews and promotions. Edit** To address the confusion: yes, I did top up my platter after the server brought out a new batch of rice — I assumed the following rolls would have tasted better. Unfortunately, the texture still just mid, just alright and I wanted to give it a fair try rather than leave based on a single first impression. That doesn’t mean I was enjoying the food — just that I was hopeful it would improve. Regarding the travel and cost — £27.50 per person plus travel time and expenses is not a small outing, so I was genuinely hoping for a quality experience. For the price, I expected a higher standard, both in food and service. Saying that other people travel far, and is considered "normal" doesn’t invalidate my disappointment — everyone’s time and money matter.

Went on Sunday last week and from being seated for receiving our food it took 45 minutes. We received our drinks 20 minutes in and had to ask for an update on our food (3 sushi rolls) despite the restaurant being relatively empty. The food is great, I know that much, it could be an understaffing problem but I am unlikely to return to this one again and stick to the Tooting branch.

I must say, everything exceeded all my expectations. The quality sushi and service were outstanding.

I had the pleasure of dining at Tsukiji fulham, and I can confidently say it was one of the best sushi experience I have ever had. Every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented. The fish practically melted in my mouth. Special rolls were creative and bursting with unique combinations that delighted my taste buds. I highly recommend trying Tsukiji special roll and Green dragon roll.

Very polite staff. All you can eat but you don’t have to choose every item. The picture shows what you get no matter what (that was for 2 people), you can then re-order whatever you want after you finish your plate. Seems fair! Loved the experience.

where do i begin... we were greeted with lovely decor into a cosy homelike environment. we were in a big group yet our server emily made sure to greet us 1 by 1 truly making the experience unforgettable. as we were seated, i took a moment to admire the lovely paintings and designs around me we were given menus and i took a gander at the extremely affordable prices. the service was quick and efficient and i received my starters which included the most exquisite edamame, succulent gyozas and scrumptious spring rolls within 10 minutes. for our mains, we opted for a sushi platter which definitely did not disappoint. the fish was of top quality, each sushi roll was hand wrapped with love, care and dedication. emily continued to provide excellent service to us ensuring we were stocked up with everything we needed throughout our time at this wonderful establishment. i travelled 2 hours each way for this food and i would not hesitate to do it again for a fusion of wonder and yummyness!

Avoid this place! We went last night and both had really bad food poisoning symptoms this morning. Phoned up to provide feedback and the lady was very rude and dismissive. We went for the all you can eat sushi which we saw on Instagram. It looked good but was very average in terms of quality and taste. I came for a friend's night out, and although the restaurant seemed to be fully booked we didn’t have to wait to be seated. The restaurant itself is fairly standard, with no distinctive Japanese atmosphere, which didn’t leave the best impression. The food service was a bit slow, but the all-you-can-eat sushi was a great deal. We had the large tray, and aside from the fried prawn, everything else was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend it. Chefs are Brazilians and they welcome you with beatiful smiles 😃

Went to this dismal restaurant last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with sweats, ended up vomiting and having diarrhea for the entire night. It could only have been from this place as I didn’t eat much all day and what I did eat was home made. All day I have been on the toilet and my Sunday lost. When I called the restaurant I asked to speak to the manager. The woman was very defensive about the complaint I had. She made many excuses for what could only have been food poisoning from her restaurant. She made assumptions about my claims and didn’t want to hear me out. There was no apology whatsoever and instead was met with defensiveness. When working in the hospitality industry, there should be at least an apology and not blame on the person who visited the restaurant. Don’t believe what instagram tells you, it’s not worth being on the toilet all day suffering from both sides.

Great Value for ultimately Sushi

The best sushi every single time!! I crave this every week. I have been all over london trying different sushi places but I come back again and again to tsukiji!! Tsukiji is my monthly stopover!!

We ordered their AYCE/top off item. I was served partially frozen takoyaki (they replaced it), sushi rice was bad (overcooked, mushy), tempura shrimp inside the rolls were below room temperature. Honestly it was the first time I ever actually told the waitress the food was bad when asked "how is everything". No discount off the bill for serving half cooked seafood (that isn't sashimi). I asked for the service charge to be removed but she charged my card for it anyways, luckily caught it on the receipt and get refunded in cash. Also the "fusion" or style is just not for me regardless of the other issues above. Thai chili sauce on cream cheese and salmon roll? Blueberry and mayo on deep fried roll? General Tsao chicken (?) on sushi? If we ate this whole platter it's like eating half a cup of mayo. Somehow people like it so I won't even factor that into my rating but be warned. Edit: In reply to the restaurant's reply. The takoyaki was frozen inside, literally could feel the icy texture while biting into it. There's nothing wrong with it being frozen just defrost it and cook it properly. Regarding requesting a discount, this is the first time I have been served frozen food like this and the first time I've actually asked for a dish to be returned. If the restaurant does not feel the need to discount given what was served that is part of my dining experience. Next time I will remember to ask the waitress to bite into it too and get it on video. Also, I would like to point out at no point did their reply admit fault or apologize, only trying to explain away my review. They even went so far as to point out I was dining with my partner and therefore they got two negative reviews, maybe not a violation of privacy but just kind of gross.

Replying to your reply: I’m not just talking about the deep-fried roll’s rice being mushy—all the rolls had overcooked, mushy rice, which completely kills the flavor of the sushi. The deep-fried rolls were especially bad, tasting like rubber because the mushy rice hardened. If that was intentional, I don’t know what to say. Fortunately, having lived in both North America and Asia for over 20 years, I know what good sushi tastes like. ————— Came here for the good reviews. However, the rice is very mushy and dense with no aroma or sour flavor. Feels kind of gross. And the all you can eat platter has more than 40 pieces of sushi it advertised, with more than 8 pieces being mostly dense and mushy “rice rolls” to fill you up. It’s deceiving. No thanks. Only look good on photos. Will not come back.

Very good service, quick and efficient ordering, very tasty food and wonderful sushi, super cozy and comfortable environment!!! 🍣😍🫡 I have tried yellow tail nigiri and salmon tartare which was really refreshing and sauce was mouthwatering. Really impressed with presentation and decoration which was edible flower.

All you can eat sushi!!!! Wow wow wow, i was blown away honestly. Everywhere was so clean, from the tables to the toilet. Food was incredible. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in London for sure. We went for the all you can eat option which is £27 each. The edamame and miso were nice. We went for the tempura prawns for our starter, this was really tasty and fresh, the dip it came with didn’t add anything to the dish though. One thing to mention is the drinks are very expensive £9 for a beer, it just put us off ordering any drinks. The sushi was tasty, I can’t complain. We also ordered more, although it did take a long time to come. The wasabi was also a tiny portion and quite watery, we asked for more but it took about 20 minutes to come, by which time we’d finished eating. The service could’ve been better, it was just very slow, but they were friendly. Only reason for the low rating on the atmosphere, was purely how bright the lighting was. Overall the experience was fine, and good value for money, but I wouldn’t come again

We stumbled across this local restaurant before a match at Craven Cottage. It was fantastic. The food quality absolutely surpassed our expectations (both portion size and taste) and service was friendly and helpful throughout. The sushi platters were loads better than most other Japanese restaurants. It feels like a real gem of a place and we'll definitely return when next in the area.

BONES IN SASHIMI!! The sushi wasn't bad, but I found 5 bones in 2 pieces of the salmon sashimi. When I quietly mentioned it to the staff, the chef was in disbelief and denied his mistakes. They gave no form of discount, formal apology, or anything to make me feel better about finding 5 poking bones in the fish.

I've been there few times, in each occasion the quality and the service got better than the last time. The sushi was really really good, the menù is studied in way that can satisfy anyone's needs and tastes and even if the local is not that big, it has some really welcoming and chilled vibes. I strongly recommend this place.

IT WAS AMAZING…everything looked and tasted amazing. this place needs more exposure. The starters were nice and hot, you get a miso soup, edamame and 2 other choices, the platter it was jaw dropping, gorgeous and delicious. Applause to chef Alan, everything was great. It was a fusion sushi and very interesting, it had things like Salmon Philadelphia, fried sushi roll, prawn tempura roll topped with salmon… does not disappoint, £27.50 pp was a good price point, food came quick and service was nice and friendly. will definitely come again.

Top food and value for money. Unfortunately not a nice atmosphere and very poor service. The food was beautifully prepared, but unfortunately it didn't taste as good. The place was also empty and some machine was making noise in the background the whole time. We’ve been for the unlimited platter before and definitely recommend it to any sushi lovers. Great quality sushi! Tonight we were served by Yuka who was absolutely wonderful.
