Had such a great experience at Tortilla in Coventry, and it was all thanks to Sandy! He was super friendly and made sure everything was spot on. You could tell he really cared about making customers happy, and his energy was so positive. Sandy even helped me pick the best options, and everything tasted amazing. It’s always great when the service matches the food quality. Can’t wait to go back—thanks, Sandy, for making it such a good vibe!

My wife and I ate burritos, the vegetarian option was tasty, the second option with chicken could have included more chicken, there were only trace amounts, friendly service

I go here quite frequently for either a work lunch or just to grab something while in town. The workers are really nice, and the food is always good. They always ask about dietary requirements or allergens as well, which is good.

I have been at this place many times and OH MY, Adna was amazing. He stood out to me on the 3rd of July from when I usually come in. I had to come back cause I wanted his name to leave a review. He also made me join the club. He would recommend different items on the menu cause I always want to know if the employees are enjoying or like it as I do. He deserves every raise that comes to him . Such a positive attitude and person. I hope you recognise this employee because that would mean a lot. I was coming in and other people were asking for his name to leave a positive review and that just says something about him. Blessings on him. Adna.

I had chicken tacos and with was amazing 🤩 well put together by the amazing Zi, he’s super awesome with his service .

I came in and bought two burritos, it came up to £10.20 per burrito, they charged £1.30 for a spoon of guacamole which just seemed like a chunk of avocado. The burrito was below standard and the flavour profile didn’t shout “Mexican flavour” to me at all. I could have made this at home for 3/4 of the price. Staff were friendly however, the food did not meet up to the standard of price. Quite dissatisfied with the food and ended up throwing away half of it due to the overwhelming taste of barbecue in the beef. I would advise the company an evaluation of flavours within your food as it doesn’t meet the standard set.

I went today whilst they were doing a free burrito deal and I was so impressed. Everyone was calm despite the amount of people in the queue and the burrito I had was so good, normally I wouldn’t go for some of the toppings I chose but it was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend!!!!!

We had used TGTG app for veg surprise bag and received a half filled bowl of rice, beans, green bell pepper, pickled onion and some sauce/salsa(there was no veg protein as mentioned at app). Although food taste was good but portion size of food is too small for a person. It is mentioned that we shall receive food worth £12 but its not even worth £4 ( what we had paid thru app).

The food here is literally amazing! The portions here are great, especially for the price as well. Their loyalty card is so worth it too! I was served by Beth and she was so lovelyyy and friendly.

So, the burritos... They were okay, I guess? Don't compare to the last time I had a Barburrito (10+ years ago though). Flavour-wise they were nothing special and I wish I'd just gone to Costco and bought some of their much tastier ones for ¼ price. Perhaps more importantly - it's now 12 hours later and I'm having a very unpleasant time on the porcelain throne. Everything else I've eaten today has been verifiably fine - the burrito is to blame. It smells like something crawled up there and died. The staff were nice and friendly, though the manager didn't seem to have much confidence about the allergen situation - the website PDF menu was informative though. As for atmosphere - it was takeaway. But I spent maybe 10 minutes in the place to order and it was uncomfortably hot and humid.

Missed out guacamole and a can of coke when ordering. Refunded the coke but realised there was no guacamole until too late. I mean come on. We payed guacamole and were left disappointed not to find any. This will make me question about ordering again. To be honest we probably won't.

Bought a beef burrito for myself and a friend. We both agreed it was absolutely delicious! We’re still talking about it hours later. The balance of flavours is spot on. The service is lovely too. I was served by Paige who really knew her stuff. No need to go large on these as medium is plenty big enough but be sure to get a bit of pickled onion.

Always worth it to eat here just make sure you keep an eye on which extras you get as some of them charge

My partner had a burrito there today. He started feeling ill shortly after eating in and then he started throwing up when he got home. I guess the food was from before Christmas. We had eaten there a few times, but it's always been worse than Tortilla in Birmingham (both places in Birmingham are better).

A nice place for a quick snack when you're out shopping. The food was tasty enough, I had a naked burrito, all was cooked well. I'd say it was just about good value, although, hot drinks being available would've been nice. All in all, I enjoyed it.
