Since I shifted to Cov, I have been eating at this place a lot and let me tell you it’s consistent. Being a vegetarian, I like the veggie option(s) they have and the chips… man the chips have uniformity all over them.

Manesh went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, offering helpful suggestions and a friendly, welcoming attitude. His attentive service truly made the meal more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend this spot for both great food and excellent customer service.

Been ordering from here for a while but visited Tortilla for the first time. Thanks to Toby, I loved the service and food. He was very friendly and helpful. He felt like a person who loves his job and interacting with people, while ensuring he works diligently. I hope his efforts are valued.

Went in feeling like I hadn't seen food in years and came out so stuffed I couldn't even walk out the door. The food was literally perfect. But the real MVPs were Toby and Manesh. If charisma and top-tier service were Olympic sports, they'd take the gold medal home any day. You're not just lucky if they serve you, you're blessed. Thank you Tortilla, for not just feeding me, but for changing my life.

Nutritional information harder to find than before. I ate here because it was easy to track macros. The website and app now do not show them and you have to faff with a PDF which is annoying. At least the information is there though.

Tortilla is by far my favourite spot in Coventry. Not only does the food taste amazing, the customer service matches! I had the pleasure of being served by Toby and Sam tonight, they’re awesome; really friendly and bring a good vibe. Love the staff, love the food, love the place. Highly recommend if you’re feeling hungry and don’t want to break the bank!

Great service by the team at Tortilla Coventry, catering for our sports team for our post game food. Recommend for any sports team that needs to cater for post game food.

I came in around 9:45. But Toby and Mannan were both super helpful and kind. Mannan made me one hell of a burrito and was patient. I really love Tortilla and have been to quite a few different ones. But nothing beats the service I had from them. 10/10 thank you!!!!!

We had a great time at Tortilla! Toby was really friendly and answered all our questions about the different ingredients. It’s one of our favourite food places and we love coming back! The view from the window is especially nice now with all the Christmas lights outside so it’s worth to dine in!

Great food, great staff. One of the staff working there, Angel, went out of her way to accommodate my specific food request. I have a hard time tailoring my meals in other restaurants, especially fast food joints but it went seamless here.

I had a great time ordering my food, which isn’t expected as I was in and out within 5 mins, however, I was served by a very outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic employee ,which actually made me laugh a bit, their name is Mia, so if you ever do go please send my regards and treat them with nothing but good intentions as they don’t deserve one bit of slander. She’s quite small if you’re having trouble finding her and bright blue hair. Thank you for my experience.

I had an amazing experience at Tortilla the food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned definitely one of the best burrito spots in town. What made the visit even better was the incredible customer service from Angel, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from recommending the best toppings to making sure my order was just right her friendly attitude and warm smile truly made my day. It’s rare to find such exceptional service and Angel deserves all the praise for making the experience unforgettable

Especially the burritos and tacos, which are packed with flavour and always fresh. And don’t even get me started on the salsa verde, its the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, truly amazing! Whether it’s a quick bite or a casual meal, this is my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

It is a particularly bad experience, the shop assistant tonight does not think much about the feelings of the guests, they will serve me over my later customers, even if there are only three people in the store, if it is not a female shop assistant to ask whose meal it is, I don't know when he can give my meal to me.

I go here quite frequently for either a work lunch or just to grab something while in town. The workers are really nice, and the food is always good. They always ask about dietary requirements or allergens as well, which is good.

I have been at this place many times and OH MY, Adna was amazing. He stood out to me on the 3rd of July from when I usually come in. I had to come back cause I wanted his name to leave a review. He also made me join the club. He would recommend different items on the menu cause I always want to know if the employees are enjoying or like it as I do. He deserves every raise that comes to him . Such a positive attitude and person. I hope you recognise this employee because that would mean a lot. I had chicken tacos and with was amazing 🤩 well put together by the amazing Zi, he’s super awesome with his service .

I came in and bought two burritos, it came up to £10.20 per burrito, they charged £1.30 for a spoon of guacamole which just seemed like a chunk of avocado. The burrito was below standard and the flavour profile didn’t shout “Mexican flavour” to me at all. I could have made this at home for 3/4 of the price. Staff were friendly however, the food did not meet up to the standard of price. Quite dissatisfied with the food and ended up throwing away half of it due to the overwhelming taste of barbecue in the beef. I would advise the company an evaluation of flavours within your food as it doesn’t meet the standard set.

I went today whilst they were doing a free burrito deal and I was so impressed. Everyone was calm despite the amount of people in the queue and the burrito I had was so good, normally I wouldn’t go for some of the toppings I chose but it was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend!!!!!

The food here is literally amazing! The portions here are great, especially for the price as well. Their loyalty card is so worth it too! I was served by Beth and she was so lovelyyy and friendly.

We had used TGTG app for veg surprise bag and received a half filled bowl of rice, beans, green bell pepper, pickled onion and some sauce/salsa(there was no veg protein as mentioned at app). Although food taste was good but portion size of food is too small for a person. It is mentioned that we shall receive food worth £12 but its not even worth £4 ( what we had paid thru app).
