Easily the best staff at a Tortilla that i've been to, super friendly and give service with a smile. It's rare to have that kind of experience at a chain and its refreshing. The food quality is good, as to be expected from a chain, not anything special. Location is not great and the outdoor seating area sucks which also makes the lack of seating indoors a bigger problem.

Toby was fantastic! If you’re in the mood for something different for lunch, this is the place. Our server toby was really welcoming and his service was brilliant, what a lovely guy!

Manish was great, served me an amazing tortilla. Amazing service and will be back in soon, is nice to be served by someone with good friendly vibes.

The food was great for its price, the quesadilla was really good. Service was quick and efficient. Sam, the server, was really nice and friendly while having most amazing attitude and work ethics. Big applause to him, every time I see someone like Sam it brings a smile to my face :D

Since I shifted to Cov, I have been eating at this place a lot and let me tell you it’s consistent. Being a vegetarian, I like the veggie option(s) they have and the chips… man the chips have uniformity all over them.

Toby was wonderfully attentive and the food was absolutely unreal! We haven't had a burrito like this since we moved away from our local back home. It was genuinely a taste of what we have been missing

Nutritional information harder to find than before. I ate here because it was easy to track macros. The website and app now do not show them and you have to faff with a PDF which is annoying. At least the information is there though.

Been ordering from here for a while but visited Tortilla for the first time. Thanks to Toby, I loved the service and food. He was very friendly and helpful. He felt like a person who loves his job and interacting with people, while ensuring he works diligently. I hope his efforts are valued.

Went in feeling like I hadn't seen food in years and came out so stuffed I couldn't even walk out the door. The food was literally perfect. But the real MVPs were Toby and Manesh. If charisma and top-tier service were Olympic sports, they'd take the gold medal home any day. You're not just lucky if they serve you, you're blessed. Tortilla is by far my favourite spot in Coventry. Not only does the food taste amazing, the customer service matches! I had the pleasure of being served by Toby and Sam tonight, they’re awesome; really friendly and bring a good vibe. Love the staff, love the food, love the place. Highly recommend if you’re feeling hungry and don’t want to break the bank!

I came in around 9:45. But Toby and Mannan were both super helpful and kind. Mannan made me one hell of a burrito and was patient. I really love Tortilla and have been to quite a few different ones. But nothing beats the service I had from them. 10/10 thank you!!!!!

We had a great time at Tortilla! Toby was really friendly and answered all our questions about the different ingredients. It’s one of our favourite food places and we love coming back! The view from the window is especially nice now with all the Christmas lights outside so it’s worth to dine in!

She’s quite small if you’re having trouble finding her and bright blue hair. Thank you for my experience.

Great food, great staff. One of the staff working there, Angel, went out of her way to accommodate my specific food request. I have a hard time tailoring my meals in other restaurants, especially fast food joints but it went seamless here.

It is a particularly bad experience, the shop assistant tonight does not think much about the feelings of the guests, they will serve me over my later customers, even if there are only three people in the store, if it is not a female shop assistant to ask whose meal it is, I don't know when he can give my meal to me.
