Wanted bbq base but none and no sauces sent.

garlic bread was cold and hard. the pizza hardly had any topping on and wasn't cooked enough the base was squashing and soft. very pale. and the chesse wasn't even.melted probably.

i order from this place alot & normally im very happy but was disappointed when i received the mozzarella sticks which were stone cold & actually hadnt been cooked but everything else was, so hope they check theyre orders in future.

The food is normally good, but the last 2 times the chicken and chips have been drenched in old oil, the bag and boxes just disintegrated and the food was inedible

I was expecting to get good Hawaiian with more pineapple top of my pizza and my spicy chicken fillet burger. the chicken meat is hard to bite into

The pizza meal deal was very good for a family however, we found your food extremely salty which meant we couldn't eat due too much salt and that is for everything the Wing, pizza and chicken stripes. please reduce your salt. thank you

Everything was cooked well and arrived hot

pizza is a bit spongy but they did deliver at the earliest estimated time since pizza had to run out the oven early. good beans wish I got more of them (no judgement)

Honestly I wouldn’t bother wasting your money here. Food is not good, greasy, poor and actually hardly edible. Missing items and pizza the worst I’ve ever had.

Not the best tasting pizza its pretty bland, you do get a good amount of toppings and The doe is more like bread. Does come with 1 dip per pizza but one of mine had burst open and the plastic base shrivelled up. Chicken wings were really good

had an order of Nuggets and food was not cooked , food was cold. rang up and got them to re deliver and it was exactly the same told by the staff member over the phone is dont prepare the food I just cook it. clearly dont cook it long enough. when you order and recieve the food 20mins later questions need to be asked. was a long time customer of top hut , however will never order from here again. the quality of food has gone to pot

terrible food now, they have changed there Chicken Products from quality chunks to reformed mush. food was delivered too quickly which reflected with soggy chips and nuggets. pizza was sub par but still able to eat. ask for the nugget meal to be redone as was not cooked enough, arrived in exactly the same format. soggy and like mush. was told i dont prepare the food just cook it....sad as ive been a long time customer of theres. never again now.

The quality of the products is not the best. The garlic bread was barely toasted, and the pizza was too greasy.

I’ve ordered from this place 3 times within the last week or so(wife is pregnant) I regularly order from here. Never had a problem in the past. Today I would of given them a pass, food was cold and late, the driver couldn’t follow

Wrong pizza was delivered. Tried to call to resolve but they attempted to blame it on me. The guy on the phone was very rude.

Part of the order was delivered on time, but one item was missing and we were accused of making a false claim. Driver came back with missing items, but still insisted that he had delivered it all in the first place. My carer received the order as she arrived to look after me. I phoned you immediately to report the shortage and was kept on the phone for a while during which time there was a lot of discussion in a foreign language which I could not understand. I thought this was very rude and poor customer care. The final part of the order was delivered within half an hour as promised which meant I was eating later than I should, but I did enjoy the food.

I paid cash on delivery but the coleslaw £1.25 was missing which I paid for but didn't get in order so would like a replacement when have next takeaway, plus am owed £3.60 in change when paid by cash on delivery

Pizza was nice and fresh, just a bit warm not cold but also not hot. Would recommend trying a new delivery bag to keep it hot for longer.
