Wacky fun place to go for brilliant tacos and frozen marguerites. LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly , sexy funny posters on the wall . Lovely friendly place to go with a few friends . Don’t tell Ray Rayner about it otherwise you’ll never get in though

I was really excited about eating at Taco Queer but I wish I hadn't bothered, I ended up apologising to my friends for bringing them there. The nachos were really bad - the sort of thing you would expect to be served at a cinema. And we were in a state of shock when the tacos came. I say tacos plural, but it was literally one taco... I have never been anywhere where tacos came singularly, but they do at taco queer! One single taco, for £8!!!! Yes, seriously! The fish taco did taste good. But nowhere should be charging £8 for one single taco!!! I would only suggest visiting if you have already eaten before you go.

Margs were amazing but nothing was seasoned with salt let alone Mexican spicing. Incredibly bland and water logged tacos, also missing ingredients from menu. So disappointing

I rated as 4 as I had an amazing evening here, but do read on. The vibes were immaculate. The drag performance was fun and engaging. The energy from the drag artist really made the night, and the atmosphere really made the evening. However, the food was only so-so. Highlight was the pork tacos. Order the soft tacos. The filling from the hard tacos end up everywhere. Chicken wings felt a bit undercooked. All the food felt like it needed a bit more salt. The time between tacos being delivered seemed excessively long. If you’re looking for a fun night out, I would recommend. But it does feel like the concept is being put ahead of the food quality.

Good margaritas, good atmosphere. Really chaotic service, terrible tacos, disappointing nachos. Such a shame, was really hopeful for this queer venue but seriously the food had less spice/flavour than an old el paso kit from the shop.
