Chips were dry and hard not fresh. Special fried rice was good and bang bang chicken too.

Never in all my life will I ever eat from here again. Found a black hair and also dead flys/Johnny long legs in my food. Went back to complain they said sorry and refunded my money. Only then 2 have the cheek to tell me never come back again. Just gonna upload some pictures to show you guys why I left a 1 star review, wish I could not even give them a 1 start review. Bear in mind the chef had black hair and wearing no hair net at all. Absolutely disgusting and poor quality and bad hygiene…

Great food every time thanks. We love the tender Barbecue Ribs. Also the Special Curry, Special Fried Rice, Large Spring Rolls, Pineapple & Banana fritters are delicious too. Give them a tryout, you will get to have some fabulous food from here ⭐🧡

there chicken curry is to die for ,nice place and very quick waiting time

I was attempting to call these guys for over 15 minutes, they always take their time answering the phone. The food was 6/10 at best and service was terrible, they shout at you over the phone!

I've always ordered from Tip Top Leamore never used another Chinese takeaway and have always been very happy never wanted to go else where to be honest as it is round the corner. However, the customer service I received today was awful. I got my meal home and realised that they'd hadn't done what I'd asked for one of the dishes. I called and spoke to the lady and politely explained the issue. I asked if there was any chance of a new one being made and I'll come and collect it. The lady was abrupt and cut me off before I could finish and explained that she wouldn't make a new one and that was not what I asked for. I said back that I did ask for that as I know I would not have eaten it and explained our conversation. I know I definatly ordered it as I did cause it is specific and i'm a fussy eater. The lady was so rude and basically said no she wasn't doing anything and that is not what I asked for. I was at this point shocked that she was willing to lose business rather than just make a fresh one that I would collect. I will now no longer use Tip Top and will take my business else where. It is a shame the gentleman who use to work on the desk is no longer there as he was much nicer and very chatty and I bet he would have been more accommodating. It was a very simple mistake that could have been simply rectified.

Never been to China, but Chinese food in my imagination tastes like this, king prawn curry special friend rice and a large spring roll bang on very nice.

Great food, cheaper than a lot of the other takeaways, round here, good quality, piping hot,fast service 😊😊😊

Very nice food , fast delivery times only thing i could complain about is the guy who answers the phone can sometimes be a bit rude, but last few times ive phoned its been a woman who answers, besides that i cant complain.

Last night we called them up and they asked for our address and email and post code so we told them so they could deliver our food but they just hung up on us then immediately they called us back so we answered then they hung up on us again so they have got our address and email. Bad customer service as well, we recommend a new Chinese shop in walsall that is called Mayflower, they have better customer service and they never get our order wrong. Don’t go to Tiptop again!

you get a large amount of chicken curry I had boiled rice with chips,very nice and a good price.

Phoned for food and when it arrived I had missing items. When I phoned to tell them they said I never ordered the items and tried to charge me a further £7 for sed items. The bloke on the phone was extremely rude and accused me of not ordering correctly when it was his mistake. Food we got was also cold. Normally my regular Chinese but time to find a new one I think.

Found hair in my food, total rip off, charge us over £ 26 pound for chicken curry which comes with rice, 3 bags of chips, chicken fried rice and 1 chicken chow mein. Tryed charging and extra £ 6 pound for 2 curry sauce which we ordered originally. So over £32 for food? I dont think so. I've ordered more than that before and it only come up to £27. If prices have been risen customers should be informed!!!

Absolutely terrible! Ordered food and some didn't come, then when I asked them to send the food they missed they tried to charge me for it. Just read another review that this has happened to another lady.. this never happened when the old owner ran it. New owners need to book their ideas up and get staff who do their job properly and are nice to the customers. Looks like bloxwich house is my new regular from now on.

The food was very tasty the only thing we have asked for chilli noodles, but it did not taste chilli apart from this was very good.

Great tasting food, the best special satay I've ever had as you can add your own extra veg eg carrots, baby corn water chestnuts etc. I'm guessing you can do that to any meal. You can also have a half portion of chicken balls which means you still get 6. I order by phone then collect. Tried several different dishes and all been good. Best chinese I've ever used

I am a visitor here in Bloxwich. I rang them and order beef and mushroom curry with egg fried rice and barbecue spare ribs. The ribs not only cold and tasted of stail gravey but not a mushroom in sight and plain fried rice.all cold. Ribs burnt to a crisp. When we rang to ask about our order. They was very rude. I said the papers should be contacted and the environment health. It didn't smell that good and nearly £13 went in the bin. Yes you take it right. I won't be going back

Great food always consistent but one of the delivery drivers is a dick.

AVOID!! Go around the back of the property and the food is prepared and left outside with flies all over it in the pots. The place is discussing and dirty. I would never eat from here! Owners have a bad attitude too!
