Awful food. The food gave me and my kids food poisoning will never order from here ever again.

If you want severe diarrhoea and vomiting that last for 5 days and results in dehydration with fever then please eat here. Total nightmare.

qashif and the rest of the staff are lovely and friendly, food is amazing, best takeaway in walsall, the grilled chicken is better than pepes and cheaper too, my favourite place to order from.

Ordered via uber eats on 15/02/25, full platter. Very disappointing. I’ve never tried any thing else so can’t comment on that but their Peri Peri is waste of money.

Pretty much a cheaper pepes, the family deal worth £34.99 is very good value for money, always pick this deal up. It's enough for everyone, food is tasty and spicy if u want it that way. Friendly service and decent prices + food.

This place has never disappointed me as a fast food place, everytime i come here the food is excellent and even freshly made, which is why my order takes a bit longer, it is also quite popular and i can see why. Over the past few times i've been here i've tried their fried chicken burger, peri peri grilled burger, chips and their pizza all of which are very nice, their ketchup is also amazing, they put over the chips and they put plenty, not a small amount like other places, here they aren't shy and put more than enough on which i like.

Delicious Food excellent staff behavior

One of my GO-TO places for a munch, ordered strips and fries and straight piping fresh from the fryer, Also the pizzas have a delightful texture and are extremely filling. The peri peri wings are a signature with a multitude of flavour. Lastly the staff are very polite and try their best to fullfill orders. 10/10 chicken shop

If you want donner thats dry and tastes like cardboard this is the place to go. The quality of donner meat is extremely bad, long pieces of rubber. The peri peri chicken is nice but donner is appalling, change your supplier.

Visited today... place is a hit and miss really dependent on who is serving you/ running the shop.Its a shame as this shop used to have a good reputation until recent new employees who can barely communicate in English, bark at you when taking you order and clearly lying about orders and mishaps. Shame the owner dosen't invest in the staff and instead resort to hiring anyone off the streets with no customer service skills. Be warned.

Had some trouble with a dodgy uber delivery driver. Thankyou Pearl's for taking extra care with the redelivery. Much appreciated. Great pizza.

UNHYGIENIC PLACE AND FOOD! UNTRAINED STAFF! REVOLTING SMELLS! INCORRECT FOOD ORDERS GIVEN TO ME! Whilst I was there 3 people came back complaining about their orders, they returned the food and brought it up with the employees there, the employee said he doesn't care and shrugged his shoulders. I will never be buying food from here and neither should you.

Had 3 portions of 2 piece chicken n chips. Tasted beautiful n clean. No foul smell like you get in some other places. Chicken was cooked fully all the way through no red bits. Chips were nice and BBQ sauce was tasty.

i really don’t like giving negative reviews. but from start to finish this was a disappointment. ordered on uber eats and an hour later received a notification asking if my food had been delivered. phoned the store up and man said “10/15 mins”. 20 minutes later nothing. phoned again and they advised 5 minutes. 5 minutes past and you guessed it NOTHING. tried to call again. “line busy”. finally got my food and my wife’s burger was barely edible. Avoid.

Just got order through Just eat. Chicken niblets were ill smelling and I threw it in dustbin. They have not given any cutlery, tissue or sauces. Rice were good though.

Very disappointing. I ordered family bucket which was opposite to that advertised in the menu. I received left over small cold chicken pieces and box full of niblets. Ruined my family dinner. Doesn’t worth even 1 star.

When taking orders . It would be helpful if you know your own menu. Telling me you don't do rice when I buy it of you all the time.and it's on your own menu.

Rubbish service, first they said no card then took card payment from the customer behind us, then tried to charge extra on drinks with the meal. Got aggressive when I asked why. Terrible and rude customer service, won't be coming back.

I’ve never had food as bad as what I’ve just been delivered. The fries looked like they had been kept in the back of the cupboard for 7 weeks. The pizza was literally freezing cold. The “salad” on my wrap if you could call it that was half of slice of dead cucumber. Made me feel sick. No refund. Didn’t even feed it to my dog. Disgusting. Not to mention the food took a hour and 10 minutes. Steer away from this place.

Good was late to start with when it cam food was cold and missing items told me that they will get a replacement and 1 hour later no food service from the staf was despicable stay away and never order from hear again Avoid at all cost

They have "special offers" on but the portions are so small the offers arent that special. The food is also mediocre at best.

Terrible staff and service Got about 3 cheeseburger meals, the guy didn't put no cheese in. Asked to put sauce on the fries and he ignored me. Then didn't give me any drink, so I asked for the drinks which are included in as part of the meal, and he was limiting my option to 1 drink which he wanted to give me, so I said last time I had such and such drink with the meal, then he gave me the drink I requested. That member of staff obviously doesn't care about the business as long as he's getting paid. There's about 5 locations where I can get the same food from within throwing distance, so why would I want to go to a place with such terrible staff?

Gets busy, the chicken is well grilled however you must check your order before you leave as the likelihood of being served the wrong one.

Very disappointed with the food. The peri peri chicken leg was not cooked properly. The breast had the skin which should have been removed. The masala fish naan was not nice. The cod was not tasty not proper masala and the naan was hard it was not fresh and soft. I won’t go there again and would not recommend

Got to say pearls peri peri have the most flavoursome wings so full of taste and no blood, better than Dixie,chunky chicken (this would be next best), chicken palace etc. Can't say much about the other food as not tried anything else

My order was fine apart from the portion of wings which were ridicously small and tasted like charcoal, contacted the store and they were reluctant to resolve the issue, cant get rid of the charcoal smell & Taste!

I ordered the donner in naan and 2 piece chicken n chips and it was banging!! Chicken was big and juicy with a nice southern fried coating and the kebab was really tasty!! Naan was perfect!! The best takeaway I’ve had for a while to be fair!! All hot and delivered in a good time!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is 2nd worsts Peri Peri l have ever had. I really want to take the owner to a real Peri Peri restaurant to show what is Peri Peri chicken. Although he decorated the wall as perfect copy of a Peri Peri restaurant. His so called Peri Peri rice is hardly more than a normal Pilao rice.
