Staff are so lovely, always in for breakfast or lunch 😄

The service was very kind and the atmosphere was very welcoming

Its superb especially the Mocha and mrng breakfast and the honey cruller

My experience in Tim hortons Kennedy centre was outstanding, the service by a young gentleman that went by the name of "G" I believe was amazing , he directed me through the process of ordering my food and drinks , keep up the good work👏🏻

Tim Hortons, of the West. Came through for me in my hour of need. Much needed coffee and donuts for a wee tired man, and comfy seat upon which I could rest my weary legs. And clean toilets. Would happily recommend.

it's just a basic coffee chain Great value breakfast. but wouldn't want it any more than once a fortnight. not really keen on the coffee

Order was at door step and the coffee was all spilled all over the place and the driver said he would be back and hasn't .. Would never leave a negative comment about a food place but this has really angered me

gave wrong sauce. asked for chipotle. they gave me red. couldn't even eat it. allergic to red sauce.

A girl called Eimear served me here last week she was so lovely and helpful when it came to my order! I have only been here a few times before and wasn’t really sure what to buy but Eimear went over and above with her customer service for me! I definitely will be back 10/10

Very lovely staff. The manager, Adi is a very helpful and friendly man. Would recommend Tim Hortons to anyone who's passing by the area. Great food and a great selection of donuts. They've recently released a new Raspberry donut and Timbit which is really nice! Goes down well with the new Raspberry Frappe! Would recommend it as well. Great new menu selection! Always worth taking a trip down and seeing what the options are. Plenty of options for anyone!

Quick and friendly service. Got a cappuccino, with the Guatemalan beans, it was nice but as a black coffee drinker I will have to return and try the beans without milk. And a peppermint tea, which I thought was a bit steep charging ~£2.50 for essentially a tea bag and hot water. As we were going shopping we got a portion of chicken strips which were what you would expect.

Iced vanilla latte was nice the first time I got it in fact was one best I ever had until the next 2 times I got it taste weird & buring taste it had little tiny white bites in it which burn ur mouth very strange 🤔 it's a shame because I actually really do love Tim Hortons been wanting one in the West for so long. I hope they can improve their quality. Updated today I asked for a breakfast stacked and I asked for BBQ sauce and instead I got brown sauce which I don't like and it would make me sick because I hate it also asked for caramel in my latte and did not get caramel and the latte not that nice im done with Tim Hortons now. Time & time again I have give them changes even after 3 or 4 problems with previous orders im done now they need whole new staff who can do there job

Wrong order delivered. I ordered and paid for 3 mc muffins stack and received 3 sausage and egg mc muffins. Please issue refund of the difference I was charged

Didn’t have any donuts left when i ordered but left me a cute note and gave me something that equaled up to price but other than that everything was good, tasted good and good service and quality 10/10.
