At 10am my highly autistic son asked for a Big Breakfast wrap and myself an original breakfast wrap. We had to repeat ourself so many times only for the server to give us to original breakfast wraps. This set my son off and it took a really long time for the food to come out. Once we got the breakfast wraps it was cold and still incorrect. Our drinks tasted like water. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons, of the West. Came through for me in my hour of need. Much needed coffee and donuts for a wee tired man, and comfy seat upon which I could rest my weary legs. And clean toilets. Would happily recommend.

it's just a basic coffee chain Great value breakfast. but wouldn't want it any more than once a fortnight. not really keen on the coffee

gave wrong sauce. asked for chipotle. they gave me red. couldn't even eat it. allergic to red sauce.

Order was at door step and the coffee was all spilled all over the place and the driver said he would be back and hasn't .. Would never leave a negative comment about a food place but this has really angered me

They've recently released a new Raspberry donut and Timbit which is really nice! Goes down well with the new Raspberry Frappe! Would recommend it as well. Great new menu selection! Always worth taking a trip down and seeing what the options are. Plenty of options for anyone!

A girl called Eimear served me here last week she was so lovely and helpful when it came to my order! I have only been here a few times before and wasn’t really sure what to buy but Eimear went over and above with her customer service for me! I definitely will be back 10/10

Quick and friendly service. Got a cappuccino, with the Guatemalan beans, it was nice but as a black coffee drinker I will have to return and try the beans without milk. And a peppermint tea, which I thought was a bit steep charging ~£2.50 for essentially a tea bag and hot water. As we were going shopping we got a portion of chicken strips which were what you would expect.

Iced vanilla latte was nice the first time I got it in fact was one best I ever had until the next 2 times I got it taste weird & buring taste it had little tiny white bites in it which burn ur mouth very strange 🤔 it's a shame because I actually really do love Tim Hortons been wanting one in the West for so long. I hope they can improve their quality. Updated today I asked for a breakfast stacked and I asked for BBQ sauce and instead I got brown sauce which I don't like and it would make me sick because I hate it also asked for caramel in my latte and did not get caramel and the latte not that nice im done with Tim Hortons now. Time & time again I have give them changes even after 3 or 4 problems with previous orders im done now they need whole new staff who can do there job
